Abstract

The security system is very important for someone who often leaves his/her home or private room that can be used by perpetrators of crimes such as thieves. In this case, a tool is needed to anticipate this crime. Security is needed to protect ourselves and our valuable assets. In this study, a tool was used to secure a room by replacing a conventional door lock with a solenoid which can only be opened if entering passwords, cards or commands from the smartphone is correct. If entering a password or card is incorrect, then the system will lock the door automatically and sound an alarm for the specified time limit. if it is correct to enter a password or card then the system will open the solenoid and the door will open automatically without having to push the door. In addition to providing good safety, it also provides a practicality that is quite good because the door can be opened and locked automatically since we often forget ourselves to lock the door.

Abstract

The indication of an active geothermal system is shown by the presence of surface manifestations such as the hot spring in Kedungoleng, Paguyangan, Brebes, Central Java. The temperature of the largest hot spring reaches 74o C and there is an assumption that this is an outflow of Mount Slamet geothermal system. DC-resistivity, Spontaneous Potential (SP) and Shallow Surface Temperature surveys were conducted to determine the subsurface structure as well as its correlation with the distribution of thermal fluid flow and shallow surface temperature. The subsurface resistivity has been investigated using 5 points of the Schlumberger configuration with 400 m separation for each point. For the fluid and temperature pattern, a measurement using 15 m interval in 3 lines of conducting fixed electrode configuration has been carried out, along with a 75 cm of depth of temperature measurement around the manifestation area. The thermal fluid is assumed by the low resistivity of 0.756 to 6.91Ωm and this indicates sandstone that has permeable characteristic. The fluid flows in two layers of Sandstone at more than 10 meter from surface of the first layer. Accordingly, the SP values have a range between -11- 11 mV and a depth interval of 13.42- 28.75 m and the distribution of temperature is between 24o-70oC at a tilting range of 46.06o-12.60o. Hence it can be inferred that the thermal fluid moves in the Northwest direction and is controlled by a fault structure stretching from Northwest to Southeast.Article History: Received Feb 3, 2016; Received in revised form July 11, 2016; Accepted August 13, 2016; Available onlineHow to Cite This Article: Setyawan, A., Triahadini, A., Yuliananto, Y., Aribowo, Y., and Widiarso, D.A. Abstract

Abstract

The success of a culture depends on the quantity and quality of water used in fish culture without water exchange, the concentration of aquaculture waste such as ammonia (NH3) will increase very rapidly and is toxic to the cultivated organism. One of the innovations applied in fish farming is integrating plants through an aquaponics system. This study aims to determine the effect of using a settling tub in reducing ammonia waste (NH3) and growth in tilapia aquaculture using an aquaponic tidal system. The size of the initial tilapia seeds used is 3-4 cm. There are two treatments used, without settling tub (A) and addition of settling tub (B) with three replications. However, the results showed no significant differences (P>0.05) between treatments for all parameters observed. It is necessary to carry out further research on different fish and plants to see the optimization in reducing ammonia waste (NH3).

Abstract

Issue handling of inadvertence situations in the decision-making process of recruiting new employees at PT. Warta Media Nusantara that use criteria value of interviews, field test, a psychological test and medical check-up requires Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) as an auxiliary method of decision-making on the prospective eligible employee to be accepted in the company. There are various MADM methods, such as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Weighted Product (WP) method. Both of these methods are known as the most common method used in handling MADM issues, so in this study both methods are applied to the DSS and analyzed the differences in terms of obtained results and the execution time required for each method. The results of the study of the application of SAW and WP methods in the recruitment of new employees DSS there are some differences in the results of the candidates rank order and the differences in execution time of each method. The differences in rank order of these methods are due to the effects of alternative values, weighting criteria, and the calculation method. WP method is able to provide more rigorous result than SAW method, while the difference in execution time of SAW and WP methods explains that the execution time of SAW method relatively quick because SAW calculation method has a simpler process than the process of WP calculation methods

Abstract

Anisotropic Pre Stack Depth Migration method has been carried out for 2D seismic reflection data on Line “IR” The simplest form of anisotropic media (VTI (Vertical Transverse Isotropy) was used. Theoretically, this form requires two parameters to describe the media, those are δ (delta) and ε (epsilon). δ is an anisotropy parameter that describe velocity variation near to vertical while ε is an anisotropy parameter that describe velocity variation near to horizontal. The anisotropic Pre Stack Depth Migration produce a section which has corrected build up image and has change to be the true of reflector in 67 m of depth. Base on well and seismic data calculation process, an anisotropic parameter is in the range of 0.050-0.058. Generally, Anisotropy Pre Stack Depth Migration method gave better result than isotropy Pre Stack Depth Migration. Key Word: Anisotropy, Pre Stack Depth Migration, VTI, delta, epsilon

Abstract

Multipel in marine seismic data is the noise formed due to the high impedance contrast at he boundary between layer. Multipel interfers the data processing that will also affect the interpretation of subsurface image. Radon transformation is one of the methods to attenuate the multipel. Radon transformation method is to transform the data of the domain time-offset (t-x) into a domain intercept time- ray parameter (τ-p). Primary wave and multipel will be separated with muting desain in domain (τ-p). At the end of this study to compare the result stacking preprocessing and stacking Radon. The result of the research shows that multipel in time 190-200 ms are attenuated.
