Abstract

Da'wah can be done by anyone, anytime, and anywhere with the abilities and knowledge they have. Da'wah has various ways or methods. one of them is through novels. So the researcher decided to examine the message of da'wah in the novel Dua Barista by Najathy Sharma. This novel is interesting and worth researching because it is an Islamic genre novel which contains many preaching messages. The problem formulation of this research is: What are the signifiers and signifieds contained in the novel Dua Barista by Najhaty Sharma? And what is the message of da'wah in the novel Dua Barista by Najhaty Sharma? The aim of this research is to determine the signifiers and signifieds in the novel Dua Barista by Najhaty Sharma and explain the message of da'wah contained in the novel Dua Barista by Najhaty Sharma. This type of research uses a qualitative approach to semiotic analysis. Data analysis in this research uses Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic method with two stages, namely signifier and signified. Based on the research that has been conducted, the markers for this research were taken from a novel conversation between two baristas. In it there are signs contained in the novel Dua Barista by Najathy Sharma, namely: Gratitude, Courtesy, Justice, Faith, Patience, Sincerity, Worship, Saving disgrace, Backbiting, Husnudzon, Endeavor, Guyub rukun, and Affection, the message of accusation in the novel Dua Barista namely Aqidah, Morals, and Sharia.

Abstract

Reading the Qur'an is a must for Muslim ummas. However, it is unfortunate that 65 percent of Indonesia's population cannot read the Koran. Illiteracy of the Qur'an must be eradicated immediately, and this is our shared responsibility. One way to eradicate Al-Qur'an illiteracy is to teach students as early as possible. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning to read the Koran using the Al-Husna method for class 1 students at Pondok Tarbiyatul Qur'an Karang Anyar. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods, so the results obtained are decomposed data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation, journals and newspapers. The results of the study showed that learning to read the Koran using the Al-Husna method was effective in improving the ability to read the Koran for grade 1 students at Pondok Tarbiyatul Qur'an Cahaya Nusantara Jetak, Wonorejo, Gondangrejo, Karang Anyar. Students totaling 21 students completed completing the Al-Husna learning method within 3 to 4 months and were able to read the Al-Qur'an. The story and saying method approach increases the participants' activeness, interest and motivation. In addition, there are factors that support the effectiveness of learning to read the Qur'an using the Al-Husna method, namely, the sincerity of students in learning and teachers in teaching, increasing flight hours, concentration, applying learning designated by the al-Husna method (maintain adab), competent teachers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, cooperation between teachers and parents, and always pray to get useful knowledge. This method can be a valuable alternative in increasing the effectiveness of learning to read the Koran in Al-Qur'an educational institutions.

Abstract

We should know in detail the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the village, so that village development can be in accordance with the potential of the village to be sold, in this case, lokal residents can participate in village development, so that they can be used as subjects in the development of their village. One of the efforts made is by way of community empowerment. The method of implementation is to coordinate with the head of Sukorejo village to obtain an overview of the profile and geographical conditions and demographics of the village, then conduct a survey of each hamlet to determine the state and digital capabilities of the community members, the next stage is to create an email account for the community and the technical stage of socialization is to carry out digital literacy. Through digital literacy activities, it can open insight and knowledge for the residents of Sukorejo village, Sukorejo district to build digital literacy and use digital technology approopriately. The public can take advantage of digital means for the promotion and marketing of brands or propducts through digital media and digital media can reach a wider and cost- efficient market.

Abstract

We have reviewed several research related to the estimation of subsurface structure on several area in Indonesia using gravity method based on satellite image. There are located in Semarang City, Mount Tandikat, Mount Muria, Majene Earthquake Affected Area, and Mount Merapi-Merbabu. The aim of this literature study is to determine the accuracy of satellite gravity data to identify and model subsurface structures by testing them in several cases. Data processing was carried out starting from the free air anomaly and then field correction was carried out to obtain the Bouguer anomaly. Moreover, different advanced processing is carried out, such as gradient analysis, 2D and 3D modeling. The software used includes GRAV2DC, Gravblox, Bloxer, and Grav3D.The results show variations in rock density and subsurface structure at each location. Subsurface modeling includes rock types, faults and basins that can help understand local geology. The study also shows estimates of the thickness of the sediment layers at several research locations. The research results show variations in rock density in various locations (granite, sandstone, andesite, mudstone) with different density values (between 1 g/cm³ to 2.9 g/cm³). Generally, gravity data from satellite images can provide subsurface information such as lithology, geological potential, the presence of hydrothermal pathways and structures. Regarding the type of fault, it is necessary to carry out geological observations in the field and cannot just rely on the results of gravity modeling. Furthermore, the results of gravity mapping will play an important role in disaster risk management and understanding geodynamics in the area studied.

Abstract

media for communication not only electronic media, hadrah can also be used to communicate through prayer. Communicating through hadrah art is interacting with mad'u or listeners, by chanting sholawat. This research is a field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation then the collected data were analyzed using inductive thinking methods. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that in 1) Communicating through hadrah art there is a spiritual value including the love of students for the prophet Muhammad Saw, 2) The message of da'wah varies in each poem that is delivered. 3) Bersholawat as a form of realization of obedience to Allah's commands, as well as to obtain intercession from the Prophet Muhammad, 4) Supporting factors, namely: the equipment has been facilitated by the madrasah and the cohesiveness of the players. 5) the inhibiting factors are equipment damage, lack of hadrah trainers and unfavorable weather or rain.

Abstract

The success of a culture depends on the quantity and quality of water used in fish culture without water exchange, the concentration of aquaculture waste such as ammonia (NH3) will increase very rapidly and is toxic to the cultivated organism. One of the innovations applied in fish farming is integrating plants through an aquaponics system. This study aims to determine the effect of using a settling tub in reducing ammonia waste (NH3) and growth in tilapia aquaculture using an aquaponic tidal system. The size of the initial tilapia seeds used is 3-4 cm. There are two treatments used, without settling tub (A) and addition of settling tub (B) with three replications. However, the results showed no significant differences (P>0.05) between treatments for all parameters observed. It is necessary to carry out further research on different fish and plants to see the optimization in reducing ammonia waste (NH3).

Abstract

Amylolytic and proteolitic activity from thermophilic bacteria have been observed from the Way Panas hot springs, Kalianda, South Lampung. This study aims to isolate and screen amylase and protease enzyme-producing thermophilic bacteria and their potential in fisheries. A total of 8 bacterial isolates were examined from the Way Panas hot spring, Kalianda. Each was cultured on selective medium for amylase and protease production. The results showed that 4 bacterial isolates were able to hydrolyze starch (A.WP.50.1, A.WP.50.1, A.WP.50.3, and A.WP.50.4) were able hydrolyze starch and no bacterial isolates had hydrolysis activity against protein. The highest activity of amylolitic was achieved by A.WP.50.4 bacteria isolate. Based on the phenotype, biochemistry assay, and 16s rDNA sequencing, the A.WP.50.4 bacteria isolate have high similarity and identified as Bacillus cereus.
