Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Danagung D'Briquettes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi yang berjumlah 46 orang sebagai populasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan, (2) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan, (3) Pendidikan dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah penting bagi kinerja perusahaan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya mediasi dari loyalitas karyawan pada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Borobudur Oto Mobil Yogyakarta, dengan ukuran sampel 94 responden. Temuan menyatakan terdapat mediasi penuh loyalitas karyawan pada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  Price consciousness, brand image, accessibility, and social value perception toward purchase intention of Honda motorcycles at the Cendana Dealer in the city of Kendal. This type of research is quantitative with accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study is those prospective buyers of Honda motorcycles. The results indicate that price consciousnes, acessibility, and social value perceptionis has no significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention.Keyword: Price Consciousness, Brand Image, Accessibility, Social Value Perception, Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the response sensitivity and the direction of consumer response. Research type in this study is an ex post facto research. Subjects in this study were students who had been riding an old and new Honda Beat scooter as many as 100 respondents to represent the population students from Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa and Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta. The results showed that the major changes in response to product Honda Beat scooter is at 44.10 and the level of importance of attributes, the highest average value shown on the body design attributes (3.41), it indicates that the consumer has an interest in the design of the scooter body of Honda Beat. Then, the respondent perceptions of the quality attributes of the old Honda scooter to scooter Honda Beat New Beat at 29.269. Thus, the result that the sensitivity in response to changes in the design of Honda Beat scooter long been a Honda scooter new Beat amounted to 1,191. That is, the sensitivity is sensitive because of the sensitivity value of more than 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Hedonic motivation on social media product browsing and its impact on purchase intentions at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University students in Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study is customers who buy and use social media. Accidental sampling is used as a sampling technique. Researchers used a questionnaire to collect primary data with a total of 213 respondents. In this research researchers used regression analysis to determine the effect of hedonic motivation on the search for social media products and their impact on purchase intentions. The results show that hedonic motivation has a positive effect on social media product browsing. Hedonic motivation and social media product browsing were found to partially influence purchase intention. Furthermore, social media product browsing mediates the effect of hedonic motivation on purchase intention.Keywords: Hedonic motivation, social media product browsing, purchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel pemediasi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 80 karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Cabang Sleman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara offline. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan sampel jenuh.  Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data dengan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan sobel test. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional. Ditemukan juga kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dengan dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan kampus dan penggunaan media sosial  secara parsial bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, pengaruh lingkungan kampus terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Jumlah sampel 82 orang mahasiswa program studi manajemen angkatan 2017 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Saarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST) Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; 2.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kampus terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; 3.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; dan 4.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan kampus dan penggunaan media sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa.AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, campus environment, and the use of social media simultaneously on student achievement, the influence of emotional intelligence on student achievement, campus environment on student achievement, the use of social media on student achievement. The research method used was a survey. The total sample is 82 students batch 2017 of the management study program, Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University (UST). The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Research results: 1.) there is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on student achievement; 2.) There is a positive and significant influence of campus environment on student achievement; 3.) There is a positive and significant influence of the use of social media on student achievement: 4.) There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence, campus environment, and the use of social media simultaneously on student achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap komitmen afektif dengan dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja. Penelitian menggunakan populasi seluruh pegawai Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menengah (KUKM) & Perindustrian Bantul, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner pada 45 responden dan diproses menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji mutikolonieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas sedangkan uji regresi berganda meliputi uji t, uji sobel, uji adjusted r square, dan uji beta. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen afektif, maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Implikasi hasil penelitian didiskusikan pada bagian pembahasan. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Motivasi Intrinsik, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Afektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transactional leadership style and compensation on employee performance mediated by work motivation on the employees of the Sleman Regency. Sampling in this study uses probability method because the population of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Sleman Regency is quite a lot to be studied. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed by the Director of PDAM Sleman. Data analysis techniques using the application SPSS version 21 include validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the transactional leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by motivation. The most dominant influence is work motivation variable, then compensation variable is followed

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in the Regional Financial Institutions and Assets of Sleman Regency. The sample in this study were all employees of the Regional Financial Institutions and Assets of Sleman Regency. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure indicators. The technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment acts as mediation affect organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
