Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana dukungan organisasi, komitmen, dan keterikatan kerja mempengaruhi bagaimana masyarakat berperan sebagai warga organisasi yang baik di Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Bantul. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Bantul sebanyak 51 orang. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan analisis multivariat. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Memperkuat persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja mempunyai implikasi ketika organisasi mendorong perilaku kewargaan organisasi.

Abstract

Companies can improve company performance by improving human resource performance. Understanding the factor that influence employee performance is important in a company. This research aims to prove the antecedents of employee performance on the variables of coworker support, job satisfaction, and career development. Data were collected through direct survey to employees of CV Muda Jaya Utama in Sidoarjo, East Java. The data were processed through multiple linear regression analysis. This result stated that coworkers and career development have a positive effect on employee performance, but job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. Strengthening supportive relationships among workers and building a career ladder are implications for leaders to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantul is a government organization that operates in the transportation sector, which has an important role in society. Optimizing individual performance is still a concern in employee work behavior within government organizations. Performance factors can be caused by job satisfaction, innovative work behavior, and coworker support. So this study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, innovative work behavior, and coworker support on employee performance at Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantul. This research is a quantitative study that uses primary data collection with questionnaire instruments. This study involved 45 respondents whose data were taken using accidental sampling, and the number of respondents was determined by the Slovin formula. The results showed that job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, innovative work behavior also has no effect on employee performance, and coworker support has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Strengthening and maintaining a work ecosystem that facilitates good relationships between fellow employees is a task for the organization if it takes policies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this finding is to examine the effect of interpersonal communication, work morale on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Aromatik Yogyakarta. The population in this study is PT Aromatik Yogyakarta with 60 employees as respondents. The sampling method used a saturated sample or all employees became respondents. The method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and Sobel test. The results showed that interpersonal communication on job satisfaction and interpersonal communication on OCB did not have a significant effect. Work spirit on job satisfaction and work spirit on OCB have a significant positive effect. Job satisfaction on OCB has no effect. Does not mediate job satisfaction on interpersonal communication variables, work spirit on OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support, rewards, and organizational culture on employee performance by mediating employee engagement among The Hotel Victoria Yogyakarta employees. This research is a quantitative study with a population of The Hotel Victoria Yogyakarta employees. A total of 40 employees whose data was collected using a census questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS version 23 software application, including multiple linear regression tests and Sobel tests. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support and reward have no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Perceived organizational support, rewards, organizational culture, and employee performance have no significant effect on employee engagement. The implications of the research results are discussed in the discussion section.

Abstract

Populasi karyawan PT Tentrem Sido Rahayu Yogyakarta menjadi fokus sebuah penelitian yang menguji kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator antara otonomi kerja, beban kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Survei melalui kuesioner sensus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 48 karyawan. Analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23 melibatkan regresi linear berganda dan uji Sobel. Namun, temuan menunjukkan bahwa baik otonomi kerja maupun beban kerja tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Mengejutkannya, otonomi dan kepuasan kerja ternyata memengaruhi kinerja. Namun, model mediasi yang diusulkan yang melibatkan kepuasan antara otonomi kerja, beban kerja, dan kinerja karyawan tidak didukung oleh data. Studi ini menyiratkan perlunya mengatasi manajemen beban kerja sebagai kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Meskipun tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung antara otonomi, beban kerja, dan kinerja, signifikansi kepuasan kerja dalam mendorong kinerja menegaskan relevansinya dalam dinamika organisasi. Dengan mengelola beban kerja secara efektif dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, organisasi kemungkinan besar dapat memperkuat kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the impact of leader-member exchange (LMX) and value congruence (VC) on job satisfaction (KK) through perceived organizational support (POS) as mediation. Conducted at PT DM Baru Retailindo Sewon Bantul, Yogyakarta, with 50 employees participating, the study employed saturated sampling and questionnaires for data collection. Data analysis utilized SPSS, encompassing classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the Sobel test. Findings indicate a positive influence of LMX on POS (p<0.05) and of VC on POS (p<0.05). However, LMX didn't significantly influence job satisfaction (p<0.05), while VC did (p<0.05). Interestingly, POS didn't affect KK (p>0.05). Both LMX and VC exerted significant effects on KK with POS as a mediator. Implications suggest a need for organizational enhancements, particularly in areas like LMX, to foster employee satisfaction. Providing organizational support and attention to employees facing challenges could enhance job satisfaction within the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Makan Candisari, Karanganyar, Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diambil secara accidental sampling pada 50 responden. Penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

A company's performance is mostly influenced by its human resources' capacity to adapt, develop, and contribute fully to the business. The primary element to gaining a competitive advantage is to implement effective and innovative HR management techniques. Companies must assure employee work satisfaction because it has a direct impact on productivity, retention, and the organizational image. This study aims to analyse the effect of perceived organisational support, intrinsic motivation, and person-job fit on job satisfaction among employees of PT Mitra Tirta Buwana Tbk Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative and uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires taken with the census technique on respondents. Data collection using direct surveys was processed using multiple linear regression analysis, preceded by classical assumption tests utilising the SPSS software application. The results stated that perceived organisation support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and person-job fit has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The implication is that companies can increase antecedents to strengthen their employees' job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the variables person-job fit (P-JF), perceived supervisor support (PSS), and job satisfaction (KK) mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this study were employees of PT Mega Jaya Logam Klaten, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that P-JF had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. PSS has no significant effect on PSS. P-JF, PSS, and KK have no significant effect on OCB.
