Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of LMX on OCB with work motivation as mediation for employees of PT Adi Satria Abadi. This quantitative research has a population of 80 employees from PT Adi Satria Abadi. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all employees are used as samples. Data was processed using the SPSS 23 software application and the Sobel test. The research result stated that LMX had an insignificant effect on OCB, with a calculated t-value of -0.103 and a significance value of 0.918. LMX significantly impacts work motivation with an estimated t value of 4.007 and a significance value 0.000. Work motivation had an insignificant effect on OCB, with a calculated t-value of 0.329 and a significance value of 0.007. LMX on OCB is mediated by the variable work motivation, which is proven to have an effect with a one-tailed probability value of 0.0111. Keywords: Leader-Member Exchange; Work Motivation; Organizational Citizenship Behavior Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh LMX terhadap OCB dengan motivasi kerja sebagai mediasi pada karyawan PT Adi Satria Abadi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan dari PT Adi Satria Abadi sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua karyawan dijadikan sebagai sampel. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS 23 dan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa LMX ada pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai t hitung -0.103 dan nilai signifikansi 0.918. LMX ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai t hitung 4.007 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000. Motivasi kerja ada pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 0.329 dan nilai signifikansi 0.007. LMX terhadap OCB dimediasi variabel motivasi kerja terbukti ada pengaruh dengan nilai one-tailed probability sebesar 0.0111. Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with mediation of job satisfaction at PT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta. By using a population of PT Adi Satria Abadi employees with a sample size of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Data obtained through questionnaires and processed by classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as the sobel test. So the conclusion is that LMX and work motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. LMX variables and job satisfaction are not significant on OCB. Work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction does not mediate the LMX and work motivation on OCB. The object in this study only covers one branch of PT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Supermarkets are expected to develop the quality of their human resources in ways that can build Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Trilogy leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment can be important factors that influence OCB, and this was tested in this study. Samples were taken by applying the non-probability method with saturated samples on Pamella Supermarket employees. The research findings state there is a mediation of organizational commitment to the effect of job satisfaction on OCB. Furthermore, trilogy leadership was found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik, perceived organizational support, kepuasan kerja, dan person-job fit terhadap komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diambil secara accidental sampling pada 51 responden. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu sebagian pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan DIY. Penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, data dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, dan person-job fit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif.

Abstract

Low performance is caused by employees' understanding of the targets that must be pursued not being fully understood, and the organization has not identified factors that affect employee performance. This study examines the effect of job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Kantor Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan (BPK) Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative, and primary data was taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling of 46 respondents. Sampling is done using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job involvement and OCB have no significant effect on employee performance. The implication is to maintain employee satisfaction and the performance of workers in the agency.

Abstract

There is a phenomenon that occurs at the Kapanewon Girimulyo Kulon Progo Office, where performance achievements are not yet optimal. This is because there is a workforce that is not yet able to face every challenge and change in dealing with every challenge around them, including in the use of information technology to support community services. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, superior support, and co-worker support on the performance of Kapanewon Girimulyo Kulon Progo Yogyakarta employees. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data collection with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. There were 21 research participants, and the data was taken by census. The data was processed using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results found that organizational support, supervisory support, and work support had a significant positive effect on employee performance. This research proves that strengthening antecedents has implications for organizations when organizations make policies and decisions to improve employee performance. The number of employees who were respondents was only small, which was a limitation in this research.

Abstract

This community service aims to explain the application of ing madya mangun karsa from Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy to SMEs in Yogyakarta consisting of UMKM Pottery & Ceramic Crafts "Dwiyanto Ceramic," UMKM Azka Furniture Bantul, Rama Putra Motor Bantul, and schools in Malaysia namely the Community Learning Center (CLC). This abdimas method uses direct and indirect observation with interview techniques through the Zoom application. The concept used is that of ing madya man gun karst in overcoming ongoing problems and providing solutions to leaders and followers in achieving their vision and goals. Training seminars and workshops were held both offline and online. The results of the activities are the understanding and implementation of the ing madya mangun karsa leadership attitude in the Pottery & Ceramic Craft UMKM "Dwiyanto Ceramic," UMKM Azka Furniture Bantul, Rama Putra Motor Bantul, and the Community Learning Center (CLC).

Abstract

This research intends to examine the influence of leader-member exchange (LMX), perceived organizational support (POS), person-job fit (PJF), and person-organizational fit (POF) on employee performance. The study used the population coverage of all employees of the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah (DPAD) Yogyakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire on 46 employees by census. Following a traditional assumption test, the analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results stated that LMX, PJF, and POF had no significant effect on employee performance. The test also revealed that POS has a significant impact on employee performance. Implications are made by providing organizational support to stimulate employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Prosocial Organizational Behavior (POB) dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai pemediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang datanya diambil di CV Karta Jafa Indo sebanyak 160 karyawan dan UMKM Peci Abbas Group sebanyak 51 karyawan secara sensus. Data diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi software SPSS 23, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap POB. Motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap POB. Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap POB dimediasi variabel komitmen organisasional. Pimpinan organisasi dapat mendorong peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasional serta meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional untuk menguatkan POB

Abstract

Having creative human resources is a must for companies today, because companies must always be innovative to face competition. This study aims to determine the perceived organizational support and dynamic ambiance capabilities as a strategic effort to increase the creative problem solving study of employees at PT. Indonesian Glove Image (CSINDO). Primary data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to employees. The results showed that perceived organizational support has an effect on creative problem solving, as well as perceived organizational support and dynamic ambidexterity capabilities have a positive effect on creative problem solving
