Abstract

The research aims to test the mediation of work engagement between job resources toward task performance. The method used in this research is quantitaive method with accidental sampling technique. The sampel used in this government employees. The result indicate that job resources has a significant effect to work engagement, work engagement has a significant on task performance, job resources has no significant task performance and the result showed that work engagement mediated between job resources toward task performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leader-member exchange as a mediator on the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data were collected using a survey questionnaire and processed using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The findings show that perceived organizational support affects job satisfaction through leader-member exchange. Organizational leaders can encourage an increase in perceived organizational support to increase leader-member exchange which in turn also strengthens job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pada karyawan Jogja Kurnia Leather Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan Jogja Kurnia Leather yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian. Teknik pengujian data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji T. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and transformational leadership style on job satisfaction in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees at Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Gunungkidul and the sample size used was 90 employees. The results showed that intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and transformational leadership style partially have a positive influence on job satisfaction. Keywords: transformational leadership style; job satisfaction; extrinsic motivation; intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. The population used in this study were employees of  PT Grand Puri Persada Yogyakarta, the sampling technique used in this study was non probality sampling, with saturated samples. Data were taken using a questionnaire on 50 respondents and processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study state that organizational culture, work environment, and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The findings imply that company leaders can encourage increased job satisfaction through evaluation of items from organizational culture, work environment, and perceived organizational support which are still low which have been mentioned in the discussion section.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of Yayasan Bina Insan Mulia Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research and primary data is taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling on 68 respondents. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results show that compensation and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Latar Belakang : Work from home memberikan dampak positif dan kelebihan terutama penyelesaian pekerjaan yang dapat dilakukan dari jarak jauh, akan tetapi bagi beberapa pekerjaan yang memerlukan aktivitas fisik tidak dapat dilakukan dari jauh contohnya pada pekerja PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan di Komering Ulu. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode: Penelirian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pegawai PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan pada Kantor Pin 2 Mitra Ogan sebanyak 125 orang. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 pegawai dengan kuesioner didistrubusikan secara accidental sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan : Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja ditemukan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktisnya adalah pimpinan organisasi perlu mengelola stres kerja dan beban kerja agar tidak terlalu sedikit namun juga tidak terlalu banyak sehingga menurunkan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange on intrinsic motivation with psychological empowerment as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research using primary data. This research was conducted at the Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita Credit Union Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) office in Yogyakarta with a total of 50 respondents. Primary data was obtained from field surveys by distributing research questionnaires offline to employees. The analytical method used in this research is the classical assumption test and regression analysis. The results of the study found that the effect of leader-member exchange on intrinsic motivation was mediated by psychological empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, discipline, and pain on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Umat Muhammadiyah Kotagede. This research is a quantitative study involving 60 employees of Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Umat Muhammadiyah Kotagede. Data was taken using a questionnaire using a saturated technique. Data is processed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that competency, discipline, and alarm have a significant effect on employee performance. The research implication states that initial improvements will lead to improvements in employee performance.
