Abstract

Tofu industry waste pollution is still a serious problem. The high burden of tofu industrial waste pollutants is still a major problem. besides, the unavailability of the budget for processing and the limitations of a cheap and efficient treatment system are factors supporting the pollution of tofu waste in the environment. This study examines the efficiency of reducing BOD5 and COD treated with constructed wetlands using water jasmine plants (Enchinodorus palaefolius). The system used is the wetland subsurface with continuous flow. The media used include sand and biochar with a residence time of 12 hours 18 hours. Whereas pH, temperature, and flow rate are conditioned as control variables. The greatest efficiency of BOD5 and COD occurs in reactors using biochar media and a residence time of 18 hours with an efficiency of BOD5 of 50.52% and COD of 55.02%.

Abstract

Community service is part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which aims to make a real contribution to improving the quality of life in the community. Children in orphanages are a social group that requires ongoing support, not only in meeting basic needs but also in developing character, self-confidence, and social skills. This community service activity focuses on optimizing the development of children in orphanages through the Facena Love Lab event organized by Mahar Agung. The goal of this activity is to increase self-confidence, social interaction, and develop the potential of children in orphanages through an educational and creative approach. The empowerment method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory strategy, encompassing the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The activity took the form of an event that included motivational sessions, educational games, art activities, and group activities that actively involved children in orphanages. The empowerment results showed that children in orphanages experienced increased courage in interactions, self-confidence, and the ability to work together in groups. Furthermore, this activity also fostered the values ​​of responsibility, discipline, and togetherness. The Facena Love Lab event has proven to be an effective and enjoyable non-formal learning tool in supporting the development of children in orphanages. This activity is expected to become a model for event-based support that can be implemented sustainably

Abstract

The development of social media has encouraged wedding organizers to adopt more adaptive digital marketing strategies, one of which is influencer marketing. As service providers in the wedding industry, wedding organizers are required to build a strong brand image in order to remain competitive amid the rapid growth of the creative industry. However, the implementation of influencer marketing is often carried out without a structured and strategic approach. This community service activity  focuses  on  developing  influencer  marketing  strategies  for  wedding organizers in building brand image through social media platforms. The purpose of this program is to enhance the understanding and capacity of wedding organizers in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective influencer marketing strategies that align with their target market characteristics. The methods used include observation, social media analysis, strategic mentoring, and the formulation of influencer collaboration concepts based on relevance, credibility, and audience engagement. The empowerment strategy was implemented through collaborative content planning, appropriate influencer selection, and optimization of social media publications. The results indicate that a well-planned influencer marketing strategy can increase brand visibility, strengthen the professional image of the wedding organizer, and improve audience interaction on social media. Therefore, influencer marketing can serve as an effective and sustainable strategy for building the brand image of wedding organizers.

Abstract

Love is the core of Christian theology, serving not only as a Christian teaching but also as the ethical and practical foundation of church life. However, in today's church, the concept of love often loses meaning, especially when the church faces internal conflicts. The tension between the teaching of love that does not hold grudges and church practices that tend to perpetuate conflict reveals theological issues that have not been adequately addressed. The phenomenon of church divisions and conflicts exacerbated by digital culture shows that churches often find it difficult to live out reconciliation rooted in Christian love. This study aims to analyze the theological implications of the concept of love that does not hold grudges for the practice of church reconciliation in today's context. The research method is a qualitative literature review, which concludes that God's love that does not hold grudges is the theological foundation for relational and transformative Christian reconciliation. Reconciliation is understood as a continuous theological process that transcends pragmatic conflict resolution. The implications of liberating love demand a renewal of church practices oriented toward the restoration of relationships.   Abstrak Kasih merupakan inti teologi Kristen yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ajaran kekristenan, tetapi juga sebagai dasar etis dan praksis kehidupan gereja. Namun, dalam realitas gereja masa kini, konsep kasih sering kali mengalami reduksi makna, terutama ketika gereja berhadapan dengan konflik internal. Ketegangan antara ajaran kasih yang tidak menyimpan kesalahan dan praktik bergereja yang cenderung memelihara konflik menunjukkan adanya persoalan teologis yang belum terjawab secara memadai. Fenomena perpecahan gereja dan konflik yang diperkuat oleh budaya digital memperlihatkan bahwa gereja kerap kesulitan menghidupi rekonsiliasi yang berakar pada kasih Kristiani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi teologis dari konsep kasih yang tidak menyimpan kesalahan terhadap praksis rekonsiliasi gereja di era masa kini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka. Disimpulkan bahwa kasih Allah yang tidak menyimpan kesalahan merupakan fondasi teologis bagi rekonsiliasi Kristen yang bersifat relasional dan transformatif. Rekonsiliasi dipahami sebagai proses teologis berkelanjutan yang melampaui resolusi konflik pragmatis. Implikasi kasih yang membebaskan menuntut pembaruan praksis gerejawi yang berorientasi pada pemulihan relasi.

Abstract

Abstract. Instagram is widely used as a digital marketing platform by service companies, including wedding organizers, to enhance brand awareness. This study aims to analyze the optimization of Instagram content as a marketing tool to increase brand awareness of Mahar Agung Organizer. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with quantitative data support. Data were collected from Instagram Insights, including reach, impressions, and engagement, as well as interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results indicate that consistently managed and relevant Instagram content can enhance audience interaction and support the development of brand awareness for Mahar Agung Organizer. Therefore, content optimization on Instagram plays a significant role in the marketing strategy of Mahar Agung Organizer. Instagram dimanfaatkan sebagai media pemasaran digital oleh perusahaan jasa wedding organizer dalam membangun brand awareness. Abstract

Industri Wedding Organizer (WO) merupakan sektor jasa yang menuntut tingkat koordinasi tinggi, ketelitian, serta kerja tim yang solid dalam menghadapi tekanan waktu dan ekspektasi klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kenyamanan kerja dan dukungan antar-crew dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim pada sebuah Wedding Organizer ternama di Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif selama kegiatan magang dan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga orang crew yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan event berskala besar. Pemilihan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling berdasarkan pengalaman dan keterlibatan langsung dalam berbagai acara pernikahan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenyamanan kerja yang terbentuk melalui lingkungan kerja yang suportif, pembagian tugas yang jelas dan terstruktur, komunikasi yang efektif antar pihak yang terlibat, serta dukungan antar-crew mampu meningkatkan semangat kerja dan kinerja tim secara keseluruhan. Kenyamanan kerja berperan dalam menciptakan atmosfer kerja yang positif sehingga setiap anggota tim merasa termotivasi dan berkomitmen untuk memberikan performa terbaik. Dukungan sosial antar-crew juga terbukti membantu mengurangi tekanan kerja yang bersumber dari deadline ketat, tuntutan klien, dan perubahan rencana mendadak, serta mendorong kelancaran pelaksanaan acara melalui kerja sama dan saling membantu dalam mengatasi kendala di lapangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada industri Wedding Organizer, khususnya dalam pengembangan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim melalui penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan budaya saling mendukung. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi dalam pengembangan modul praktik magang bagi mahasiswa yang tertarik mendalami industri jasa kreatif, serta menambah literatur akademis tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam konteks industri Wedding Organizer yang selama ini masih terbatas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of the variables of commitment, integrity, supervision and work experience on the performance of teachers at SMK Dian Kirana 1 Sragen. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were all teachers who worked at Vocational School Dian Kirana 1 Sragen, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a census sampling technique with a sample size of 40 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that commitment, integrity, supervision and work experience simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of teachers at Dian Kirana 1 Sragen Vocational School. Suggestions from this research, Dian Kirana 1 Vocational School Sragen continues to improve existing commitment, integrity, supervision and work experience, so that teacher performance will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap kemampuan ketahanan keluarga; (2) pengaruh pemahaman materi pendidikan pra nikah terhadap kemampuan ketahanan keluarga; dan (3) pengaruh tingkat Pendidikan dan pemahaman materi pendidikan pranikah terhadap kemampuan ketahanan keluarga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah alumni SPN Nurul Ashri dengan kriteria alumni SPN Nurul Ashri Angkatan 4, tahun 2022 sebanyak 38 peserta, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner (angket) dan studi Pustaka (dokumentasi). Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat Pendidikan calon pasangan suami istri khususnya pada tingkat Pendidikan SMA/SMK dan perguruan tinggi tidak secara signifikan membentuk kemampuan ketahanan keluarga; (2) calon pasangan suami istri yang memiliki pemahaman materi baik teori dan praktik tentang Pendidikan pranikah akan mendorong secara signifikan sikap dan perilaku pasangan terhadap kemampuan ketahanan keluarga; dan (3) semakin tinggi tingkat Pendidikan dan pemahaman materi baik secara teori dan praktik tentang Pendidikan pranikah dapat menjadi faktor penguat adanya sikap dan perilaku pasangan untuk menciptakan kemampuan ketahanan keluarga. Kata Kunci: tingkat pendidikan, pendidikan pra nikah, ketahanan keluarga   The Influence of Education Level and Understanding of Premarital Education Material on Family Resilience   Abstract This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of education level on family resilience; (2) the influence of understanding premarital education material on family resilience; and (3) the influence of education level and understanding of premarital education material on family resilience capabilities. The type of research used is quantitative. The target of this research is SPN Nurul Ashri alumni with the criteria of SPN Nurul Ashri alumni Batch 4, 2022 as many as 38 participants. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and literature studies (documentation). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that (1) the education level of prospective married couples, especially at the high school/vocational school and tertiary level, does not significantly shape the family's resilience capacity; (2) prospective married couples who have an understanding of both theoretical and practical material regarding premarital education will significantly encourage the couple's attitudes and behavior towards the family's resilience; and (3) the higher the level of education and understanding of material both in theory and practice regarding premarital education can be a strengthening factor in the attitudes and behavior of couples to create family resilience capabilities. Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan media video tutorial analisis struktur portal 3D berbantuan SAP2000 versi 15 (study kasus) di jurusan Teknik Sipil FT UNESA ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video tutorial SAP2000 versi 15 dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan media terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Tahapan pengembangan mulai dari perumusan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain media, validasi ahli, dan uji coba terbatas pada kelompok pengguna media. Subjek penelitian kasus ini melibatkan 12 orang mahasiswa prodi S1 PTB jurusan Teknik Sipil FT UNESA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian angket dan tes berupa pretest dan posttest. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menghitung perolehan angket dengan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Hasil validasi tingkat kelayakan media sebesar 78,84 %, yang berarti media tersebut layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karena telah memenuhi batas minimal kelayakan media yaitu 61%. (2) Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah menggunakan media video tutorial SAP2000 versi 15, ditunjukkan dari persentase mahasiswa yang lulus tes sebesar 58,3 % pada pretest menjadi 83,3 % pada posttest. Subject of this case study involving 12 students study programs PTB S1 Civil Engineering FT UNESA. The data was collected by administering questionnaires and tests in the form of pretest and posttest. Data processing is performed by calculating the percentage gains with descriptive questionnaire. The results showed that (1) The results validate the feasibility of media at 78.84%, which means that the media be used as a medium of learning because it has met the minimum eligibility is 61% media. (2) The results of the analysis of the data shows an increase in student results after using video media tutorial SAP2000 version 15, shown by the percentage of students who pass the test by 58.3% on the pretest to 83.3% on the posttest. Abstract

During the current pandemic, the pattern of activity, lifestyle, and sleep quality of students at the school level has changed due to the Covid 19 outbreak which required students to reduce their activities outside the home. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of physical activity, body mass index (BMI), and sleep patterns Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High School (SMA) students of Kediri City and District. This study uses quantitative qualitatively described methods. The subjects of this study are 548 participants of the Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High School (SMA) in Kediri City and District. Instruments in this study for physical activity levels use IPAQ (International Physical Activity Quessionare) questionnaires, body mass indexes using BMI questionnaires, and sleep patterns using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The results of this study show that physical activity levels of 81% fall into the Moderate category, Body Mass Index by 63% falls into the Normal category, and sleep patterns by 83% fall into the bad category. The results of this study have limitations on certain levels of education and a limited number of samples who perform new habits due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study show the real impact of the Covid-19 pandemic for school students, so in the future there needs to be a research study that can overcome the impact of the pandemic on students, namely regarding health and lifestyle.
