Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of the tryout instrument for students of the Industrial Chemical Engineering Professional Education (PPG) Study Program through the validity and reliability test of the questions. The method used is descriptive quantitative with 29 students as research subjects. The instrument consists of 35 multiple-choice questions analyzed using Corrected Item-Total Correlation for validity and Cronbach's Alpha for reliability. The results showed that of the 35 questions, only about 20-25% met the validity requirements, while the rest were declared invalid. The reliability value of the first instrument was 0.565 which is included in the low-sufficient category. After item selection and leaving 11 questions, the reliability increased significantly to 0.804 which is included in the good category. This finding indicates that the quality of the instrument is determined more by the quality of the questions, not the number of questions. The second instrument is more valid and reliable so it can be used for learning evaluation, while the first instrument requires revision. In this case, the second instrument is the result of a selection of the first instrument, not two different instruments. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the tryout questions so that the questions developed are not too easy for PPG students in the Industrial Chemical Engineering Study Program.

Abstract

Pengajar mata pelajaran PKn yang mencakup Memahami Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia mengharapkan hasil yang sangat berbeda dengan tes formatif dan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Karena hanya empat dari 18 siswa yang mengikuti pelajaran yang memenuhi standar KKM, maka tingkat ketuntasan tercapai sebesar 22,22%. Masih jauh dari tingkat ketuntasan belajar yang diharapkan, yaitu minimal 75%. Menurut KKM, 14 siswa belum menyelesaikan mata kuliah atau 77,78% yang menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran guru masih belum efektif. Penulis memfokuskan permasalahan tersebut dan merumuskannya setelah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis permasalahan yang ada: Apakah metode Teknik Klarifikasi Nilai (VCT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V tentang Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia di SDN Tulupari, Kecamatan Tiris? Pada Sabtu, 30 September 2017, dilakukan pra siklus. Ada dua pelajaran dan dua pertemuan 70 menit. Pada 7 Oktober 2017 telah dilaksanakan pembelajaran Siklus I. Ada dua pelajaran dan dua pertemuan 70 menit. Learning Cycle kedua berlangsung pada 21 Oktober 2017. Terdapat dua pembelajaran dan dua kali pertemuan 70 menit. 77,8% dan 22,2% siswa tidak menyelesaikan pendidikan mereka selama pra-siklus. Pada pembelajaran Siklus I, 55,5 persen siswa menyelesaikan tugasnya, sedangkan 44,5% tidak menyelesaikannya. Pada siklus II, 83,3 persen siswa menyelesaikan tugasnya, sedangkan 16,7% tidak menyelesaikannya. Setelah peningkatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan, tingkat keberhasilan, atau persentase siswa yang menyelesaikan pendidikannya meningkat secara signifikan. Hasil tes pra siklus menunjukkan rata-rata hanya 65,50; 85 pada siklus kedua; dan 71,10 pada siklus pertama.

Abstract

Fatty acid methyl esters can be obtained from the synthesis of vegetable oil with methanol using a base catalyst. Vegetable oil has the potential as biodiesel feedstock, the methyl ester character of various vegetable oils is different as from castor seed oil. Synthesis of methyl esters by transesterification reaction with the addition of a heterogeneous catalyst, namely MgO/K2O. The purpose of this study was to synthesize methyl esters from castor seed oil with MgO/K2O catalyst and to determine the yield and character. The research went through 6 stages which included (1) isolation of castor seed oil, (2) determination of free fatty acid (ALB) levels of castor seed oil, (3) manufacture of MgO/K2O catalyst (4) esterification of castor seed oil with H2SO4 catalyst (5) transesterification of jatropha seed oil with methanol and various variations in the concentration of the catalyst MgO/K2O 1%, 2%, 3%, (6) characterization of the synthesized methyl ester which includes tests of density, viscosity, acid number, refractive index and moisture content. The results showed that the concentration of MgO/K2O had an effect on the synthesis of methyl esters from castor seed oil, where the optimization condition was achieved at a concentration of 2% MgO/K2O with a yield of 97.99%. The methyl ester character which is synthesized from castor seed oil with a 2% MgO/K2O catalyst is having a density of 1.0244 g/mL, a viscosity of 22.531 cSt, an acid number of 2.81 g KOH/g methyl ester, a refractive index of 1.456, and a moisture content. 0.035%.

Abstract

Registration of limited liability company legal entity deeded from a manual system to an electronic system or online is expected so that the registration or validation can run more efficiently and more effectively. Similar to the previous provisions, until now the process of making a request for registration into the General Law Administration System still requires the role of a notary. The purpose of this paper is to analyze: 1) The role of the notary in drawing up limited liability company legal entity deeds through the general legal administration system in Blora Regency. 2) The effectiveness of making and registering limited liability company legal entity deeds by a notary through the general legal administration system in Blora Regency. The approach method in this research is a sociological juridical approach. The specification of the research used is descriptive analysis research. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. Data collection by interview method and literature study. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. The research problems were analyzed using the theory of legal certainty and the theory of legal effectiveness with the results of the research concluding: 1) The role of the notary in making legal entity deeds of limited liability companies through the General Legal Administration system in Blora Regency, namely making deeds and making applications electronically through the general law administration system, because a notary deed that functions as an authentic deed must provide certainty and legal protection for the community and function as the most perfect means of evidence.2) The effectiveness of making and registering limited liability company legal entity deeds by a notary through the General Legal Administration System in Blora Regency is the registration of limited liability company deeds through the General Legal Administration System by a notary directly which strongly supports a faster and more effective registration completion process.
