Flexible Working Space is not synonymous with working from home (WFH). FWS is a very flexible space that can be done anywhere, anytime and according to the needs and conditions that support the implementation of work. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of Flexible Working Space and Organizational Culture on Work Productivity. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature study or Library Research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparison with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews that are emphasized in national and international scientific articles related to financial management. The results showed that (1) Flexible Working Space affects Work Productivity. (2) Organizational Culture affects work productivity. Quality products are the main key in winning market competition, which in turn will be able to provide higher satisfaction value to consumers. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of product quality and price perceptions on purchasing decisions. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature study or Library Research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparison with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews that are emphasized in national and international scientific articles related to financial management. All articles used are sourced from the electronic literacy data search engine Mendeley and Google scholar. Based on the theory of several articles on the results and discussion, the conclusions in this article are (1) Product quality has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Human resource management is the process of dealing with various problems faced by employees, workers and employees. Managers and other employees can support the operations of the organization or business to achieve the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on improving employee performance and to find out the effect of work motivation on improving employee performance. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling Technique and produced a sample of 71 people. The data collection method was through the distribution of Google form questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and simultaneous F test. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no significant effect on improving employee performance and work motivation. significant effect on improving employee performance.

Transformational leadership is a leadership style that has long been discussed in the context of management and organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on work productivity. The research method used is a literature study or Library Research with a qualitative approach. The aim is to analyze the comparison of theories about the differentiation between current ratio and profitability ratio on the company's stock price with the help of related references in the literature review. Based on the literature review that has been carried out on the results and discussion from both national and international journals, the conclusions in this article are: Transformational Leadership affects Work Productivity. Good leadership in the form of Transformational Leadership is essentially able to improve the quality and productivity of employee performance in a work environment. This research aims to find out whether service quality, trust and promotions influence member loyalty. The type of data in this research is quantitative in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The respondents for this research were 98 cooperative members. In research during the observation period it shows a normal distribution. Based on the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, no deviations were found from the basic assumptions, in other words the data used met the requirements for using the multiple linear regression equation model. The research results show that the variables of service quality, trust and promotion have a significant and simultaneous positive effect on the member loyalty variable.

This research aims to determine the effect of live music and café atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Legi Pait Food & Coffee Surakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this research were customers of Legi Pait Food and Coffee Surakarta and the samples in this research was 67 respondents using simple random sampling. The variables usen in this research are Live Music, Café Atmosphere and Customer Satisfaction. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The result of this research show that live music has a positive and significant effect on customer atisfaction, café atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and live music and café atmosphere simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap efektivitas kampanye Influencer Marketing dengan fokus pada pengaruh dan persepsi konsumen terhadap merek. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah literature review, yang menggabungkan temuan-temuan dari berbagai sumber terpercaya dalam domain pemasaran dan komunikasi. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana kampanye Influencer Marketing memengaruhi perilaku dan persepsi konsumen terhadap merek, serta faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi tingkat efektivitasnya. Dalam prosesnya, artikel ini juga akan membahas tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan dari strategi pemasaran ini, serta tren-tren terbaru dalam penggunaan Influencer Marketing. Hasil dari artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana kampanye Influencer Marketing dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk memperkuat citra merek dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini dapat membantu praktisi pemasaran dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif di era digital yang terus berkembang.

The background of this research is that most consumers come to fulfill their needs. This is in accordance with Alfamart's mission of providing satisfaction to customers or consumers by focusing on superior quality products and services.
