Abstract

This study discusses issues in educational institutions, especially schools related to conflict and stress. This issue must be managed and handled properly so that it does not negatively affect the student development process. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of conflict management in schools and to determine the application of stress management in schools. This study uses a literature study or library research using various journal articles published in the last 10 years. The result is that there is a lot of conflict and stress handling in schools. The treatment technique is considered effective and can significantly reduce anxiety levels, change thinking and behavior and increase positive emotions in them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan investigasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat individu menggunakan internet banking di Kabupaten Lamongan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kabupaten Lamongan yang telah menggunakan internet banking, Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, dengan menetapkan 100 responden menggunakan teknik sampling stratifikasi. Menerapkan metode survei kuantitatif eksploratif, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa persepsi kegunaan dan risiko signifikan mempengaruhi minat penggunaan internet banking. Sebaliknya, persepsi kemudahan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Model regresi linier berganda yang digunakan menjelaskan sebesar 43% variabilitas minat individu, menunjukkan tingkat penjelasan yang moderat. Hasil penelitian menyarankan peningkatan fitur kegunaan dan manajemen risiko pada layanan internet banking sebagai faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan minat pengguna. Edukasi pengguna diidentifikasi sebagai aspek penting lainnya, mengingat kurangnya pengaruh kemudahan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan dalam model yang diteliti.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is characterized by leaders who inspire, motivate, and intellectually stimulate their followers, fostering an environment where employees feel valued and empowered to achieve beyond expectations (Bass, 1985). Such leaders focus on four key components: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. This study adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and employee engagement, and how these factors contribute to organizational success in the digital age. The systematic review clearly demonstrates that transformational leadership significantly enhances employee engagement, which serves as a powerful driver of organizational success in the digital era. Organizations that prioritize the development of transformational leadership competencies are better equipped to navigate digital disruptions, foster innovation, and retain top talent.

Abstract

Glass Furniture Industry is one of the growing industrial sectors in Indonesia. Providing attractive interior design and artistic value so as to bring comfort to consumers and make it their own value for art connoisseurs. Furniture not only has the function of comfort and neatness but also carries social meanings. Furniture indirectly conveys a person's economic status. This study aims to determine the impact and sales turnover on Margo Glass Gallary during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses a case study approach with primary collection obtained by Margo Glass Gallery Sukoharjo through interviews. The results obtained are analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that sales and orders for furniture glass products at Margo glass Gallery decreased by 60% during the pandemic due to delays in the distribution process, due to restrictions on activities, both shipping from within the country and abroad, especially shipments abroad which were constrained in shipping. custody of goods.

Abstract

Industri keripik menjadi salah satu sector usaha kecil yang tersus berkembangdi Indonesia, apalagi dengan adanya pandemi Covid 19 ini membuat seluruh perusahaan besar maupun kecil mengalami penurunan pendapatan sebagai dampaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran usaha industri keripik di “toko MINARASA” soditan, kartasura. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggukan metode pendekatan studi dilapangan yang dilakukan di desa soditan kartasura, dengan mewawancarai pemilik perusahaan kecil keripik tersebut. Dengan metode kualitatif, data dianalisis untuk mengetahui strategi usaha industri keripik di toko Minarasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran di toko Minarasa dengan menggunakan 4P, yaitu yang pertama price dimana harga dari usaha ini sangat terjangkau dikalangan masyarakat, yang kedua product dimana usaha ini tidak hanya memproduksi 1 produk saja melainkan ada banyak salah satunya kripik ini, ketiga promosi perusahaan ini menggunakan promosi dengan metode social media, dan yang keempat place dimana lokasi ini sangat dapat dijangkau karena tidak jauh dari jalan raya.

Abstract

The focus of public attention in recent times has been on companies that have gone public. This can be seen from the economic, environmental and social performance provided by the Company. The environment accompanied by social responsibility is able to encourage performance and reduce the company's risks. This research aims to examine in literature the influence of sustainability accounting on the performance of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research is descriptive research. This research uses secondary methods with a literature review. The data used is research data from several journals that are relevant to the research conducted. Research using the literature review model will discuss or summarize the thoughts obtained from the author's ideas through reviewing several documents on relevant topics. Based on the results of the literature review, it was found that sustainability accounting in the economic disclosure dimension has no influence on the economic performance of a company. The same thing also happens to the environmental disclosure dimension which has no influence on the company's economic performance. In fact, disclosure of social performance has no effect on financial performance. In this case financial performance is represented by return on Assets (ROA). The same thing happens if company performance is replaced with ROS (return on sales), but social disclosure has an effect on company performance as represented by the ROE variable.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a strategy for developing the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) cluster using SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The aim of this research is to identify internal and external factors that influence the MSME cluster and map existing business models in order to formulate effective strategies. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with case studies, involving data collection through in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The SWOT analysis revealed key strengths such as adaptability and government support, but also identified weaknesses in technology access and management. Meanwhile, BMC helped map out the important elements of the MSME cluster business model, showing the need for product diversification and expansion of the distribution network. The findings of this research lead to a comprehensive development strategy, such as increasing technology access and market diversification, which is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the MSME cluster in the future.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan komponen vital dalam membangun sinergi kerja, pengambilan keputusan, dan penyelesaian konflik dalam organisasi, termasuk dalam skala usaha kecil. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakta ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim melalui pelatihan komunikasi efektif pada komunitas usaha keci. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research (kajian pustaka), yaitu pendekatan yang mengandalkan literatur sebagai sumber utama informasi dan analisis. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk menyusun kerangka pelatihan yang relevan dan berbasis bukti, dengan merujuk pada hasil-hasil studi sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur, pelatihan komunikasi efektif terbukti memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim, khususnya dalam konteks komunitas usaha kecil yang sangat bergantung pada kerja sama tim dan koordinasi interpersonal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the personnel information system and employee self – service applications at the Alfamart Klewer retail store in Boyolali Regency. This study uses a quantitative method approach, which is a research problem formulation that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The sample of this study was 70 respondents from Alfamart Klewer employees in Boyolali Regency. The method used in determining the sample was Non Probability Sampling with a purpose sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests and f-tests (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R2) test using SPSS V 25. The results showed that all independent variables (relationship between, employee self – service applications and employee information) had a positive and significant relationship with the dependent variable (job satisfaction). Collectively, the independent variables, namely the personnel information system and employee self service application, provide an overall relationship with the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction.

Abstract

The achievement of a company's goals is the company's success in managing its human resources. This is a form of human capital or human capital whose value is entirely in the form of talent, knowledge, performance, experience and motivation that the workforce has for the company. Therefore, this research aims to determine how influential the work environment variables, work ethos and work discipline on employee performance at the Baru Toserba Wonogiri. This research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 80 respondents from a total population of 240 employees at Baru Toserba Wonogiri. Collecting data in this research using a questionnaire to employees at the Baru Toserba Wonogiri. From the results of the research it was obtained that partially, the work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work ethos has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results simultaneously (together) obtained that the work environment (X1), work ethos (X2), and work discipline (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Baru Toserba Wonogiri
