Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SD-IT) in Koto Baru District, Dharmasraya Regency. The Independent Curriculum was introduced by the government in 2021 as an effort to restore learning affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and improve the quality of education through a project-based learning approach. This study evaluates teacher readiness, the implementation process, and the impact on student motivation in the implementation of this curriculum. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The research population is based on a sample taken from data obtained in the form of numbers. In this study, the samples taken were 64 teachers and 33 Class V students at SD IT Al-Ihsan, SD-IT Al Bina, and SD-IT Sakinah. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire that had previously been validated to experts (judgment experts). The data obtained in the field was analyzed descriptively. The results of the research on teachers and students of SD-IT in Koto Baru Dharmasraya District show that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum for teachers and students has been very good with an average score of 85.68% for teachers and 87.27% for students

Abstract

The learning process carried out by teachers does not utilize media that is in accordance with informatics materials, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm and interest for students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning video media for phase E students in the Informatics subject at SMAN 1 Matur. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The research design used is a Nonequivalent Control Group with a design form that provides different treatment to each class. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The data needed was obtained from the students' learning outcomes, written and practical tests. The data obtained were analyzed using a t-test which was previously carried out first a normality test and a homogeneity test

Abstract

The lack of utilization of learning media is one of the factors in students' low understanding of the material discussed and students feel bored during the learning process. Science subjects are one of the subjects that have a high level of understanding, one of the materials is animal cells and plant cells, therefore multimedia learning can help visualize this concept so that it is easier for students to understand. This research aims to find out how the process of developing multimedia learning and find out the results of validity tests and practicality tests. The development used is Research & Development (R&D). with a development model, namely a 4D model consisting of define, design, develop and disseminate. The results of the data analysis showed that the media validity with validator 1 got an average result of 4.93 in the "very valid" category and the result with validator 2 got an average of 4.80 in the "very valid" category. The acquisition of material validity by material validators obtained an average result of 4.80 with the category of "very valid". This learning multimedia is practical based on a practicality test with an average of 4.52. Based on the results of the practicality test, it was concluded that multimedia learning in science subjects in grade VIII junior high school can be used in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Analysis of the learning process shows several obstacles, including the use of suboptimal learning media, students' difficulties in mastering the material, and time limitations. Therefore, this study aims to develop video media as an effort to overcome these obstacles. This type of research is development research known as Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques. The data used is the data from validation by one material expert and two media experts. The practicality test was carried out to 30 students of SMAN 1 Suliki District as many as 30 students in class X to test the practicality of the learning video products developed. The results of the material validation test showed an average of 4.86 categorized as "very valid", the results of the validation of two media experts in a row obtained an average score of 4.93 and 4.79 categorized as "Very Valid". Furthermore, the results of the product practicality test carried out are in the "practical" category for use with an average score of 4.36. Based on the results of the validity test and practicality test, it can be concluded that the learning video product developed is valid and practical and can be used in the learning process

Abstract

This research aims to develop multimedia learning that can help students to understand the process of the human excretory system and can facilitate students to learn independently. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with a 4-D development model. The results of the study obtained that the average validity score by material experts was 4.85 with the category of "very valid"." The average validity score from validator 1 is 4.88, also categorized as "very valid," while the average score from validator 2 is 4.79, categorized as "very valid." Subsequently, a practicality test was conducted with 20 students, resulting in a score of 4.62, categorized as "very practical." Based on the practicality test results, it is concluded that the learning multimedia on the topic of the human excretory system for eighth-grade science subjects can be used in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The background of this research problem is limited access to technology, inadequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as a lack of managerial support that can affect the effectiveness of curriculum implementation. This study aims to analyze the perception of Driving Teachers regarding the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, focusing on the obstacles they face in the learning process. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis of all research data. The results of the study showed that most respondents had a good understanding of the Independent Curriculum, with the respondents' achievement rate reaching 93.38%. However, challenges such as limited internet connections, low understanding of technology, and limited time allocation for the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can hinder the success of the curriculum. This research is expected to provide recommendations to increase support for Teacher Mobilizers and improve learning conditions in similar areas.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan Aplikasi Chatgpt Sebagai Alat Pendukung dalam Pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan dengan tahapan yaitu sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegitan dilakukan selama satu hari dengan jumlah peserta 12 orang. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada skor post-test dibandingkan dengan pre-test, yang menandakan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan ChatGPT untuk keperluan pembelajaran. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari kemampuan peserta yang lebih baik dalam menggunakan ChatGPT untuk menyusun soal, memberikan penjelasan tambahan, serta memfasilitasi diskusi interaktif dengan mahasiswa. Kata kunci:  aplikasi Chatgpt; pendukung pembelajaran; pelatihan Abstract The purpose of this service activity is to determine the effectiveness of using the Chatgpt Application as a Supporting Tool in Learning. The implementation method is in stages, namely socialization, implementation of activities and evaluation of activities. The activity was carried out for one day with a total of 12 participants. The results of the service showed that there was a significant increase in post-test scores compared to the pre-test, which indicates that this training succeeded in improving the ability of participants to use ChatGPT for learning purposes. This improvement can be seen from the participants' better ability to use ChatGPT to compose questions, provide additional explanations, and facilitate interactive discussions with students. Keywords: chatgpt application; learning supporter; training

Abstract

 Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan sumber daya manusia pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor, dampak dari belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan sumber daya manusia pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor dan upaya yang harus dilakukan PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam. Sementara untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan sumber daya manusia pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor yaitu a). Perencanaan Perusahaan terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia; b). Kebijaksanaan-kebijaksanaan organisasi/perusahaan pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; c). Tuntutan Kinerja yang Tinggi; dan d). Metode Pelaksanaan Prekrutan Karyawan. (2) Beberapa dampak dari belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan jumlah karyawan pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor yaitu: a). Tidak tercapainya target output perusahaan; b). Karyawan diposisikan pada jabatan yang tidak sesuai dengan bidangnya; dan c) Hasil Kerja karyawan kurang maksimal. (3) Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan oleh PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor untuk memenuhi jumlah kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia yaitu: a). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor harus melakukan perbaikan sistem dalam perencanaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia; b). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor melakukan suvey lapangan tentang untuk memahami karakter budaya masyarakat sekitar; c). PT KIA akan membuka kesempatan bagi masyarakat di luar Mitra Abadi Motor untuk bekerja pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; d). Melakukan promosi tentang prospek perusahaan dan tentang pembukaan lowongan pekerjaan PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor pada tempat-tempat keramaian masyarakat; dan e). Membuka rekruitmen tenaga kerja dengan inten dan efektif.Kata Kunci:  analisis, kebutuhan, sumber daya manusia This research was conducted to describe the unfulfilled human resource needs at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor, the impact of the unfulfilled human resource needs at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor and the efforts that must be made by PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor to meet their needs. In this study the approach used is descriptive qualitative research with the type of research used is a case study. The research location was conducted at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor. The data collection techniques used in this study were documentation, participatory observation and in-depth interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) there are factors that cause the need for human resources at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor to have not been fulfilled, namely a). Corporate Planning on Human Resources; b). Organizational/company policies at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; c). High Performance Demands; and D). Employee Recruitment Implementation Methods. (2) Some of the impacts of the unmet need for the number of employees at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor are: a). Not achieving the company's output target; b). Employees are positioned in positions that are not in accordance with their fields; and c) Work results of employees are less than optimal. (3) Several efforts have been made by PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor to meet the number of Human Resources needs, namely: a). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor must make system improvements in the planning of Human Resource Management; b). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor conducted a field survey to understand the cultural character of the surrounding community; c). PT KIA will open opportunities for people outside Mitra Abadi Motor to work for PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; d). Conducting promotions about the company's prospects and about the opening of job vacancies for PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor in public crowded places; and e). Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Pengelolaan sampah organik berbasis masyarakat merupakan salah satu solusi strategis dalam mengurangi permasalahan lingkungan sekaligus meningkatkan nilai tambah ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kepada masyarakat Desa Bajur, Kecamatan Labuapi, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, dengan Yayasan Mujahidin Falah sebagai mitra kegiatan. Program ini melibatkan 27 orang peserta yang terdiri atas perwakilan warga dan pengelola lingkungan setempat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Tahap persiapan dilakukan melalui identifikasi permasalahan, survei lapangan, dan koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa serta mitra. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, peserta memperoleh penyuluhan, workshop praktik pembuatan pupuk kompos padat dan cair, serta pendampingan kelompok untuk mengaplikasikan keterampilan pengolahan sampah organik secara mandiri. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemantauan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta dalam mengelola sampah organik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep pengelolaan sampah organik serta keterampilan praktis dalam mengolahnya menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan perilaku masyarakat dari membuang sampah secara langsung menjadi mengolahnya secara produktif. Program ini juga mendorong peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan membuka peluang ekonomi melalui pemanfaatan produk pupuk organik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini berpotensi menjadi model edukasi berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pembangunan desa yang ramah lingkungan dan mandiri secara ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Sampah Organik, Pupuk Organik, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Lombok Barat ABSTRACTCommunity-based organic waste management is one of the strategic solutions in reducing environmental problems while increasing economic added value. This community service activity aims to provide education and training on the use of organic waste as fertilizer to the community of Bajur Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency, with the Mujahidin Falah Foundation as a partner in the activity. This program involves 27 participants consisting of representatives of residents and local environmental managers. The implementation method consists of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation and follow-up. The preparation stage involves problem identification, field surveys, and coordination with the village government and partners. During the implementation stage, participants received counseling, workshops on making solid and liquid compost, and group assistance to apply their skills in processing organic waste independently. Evaluation was carried out by monitoring improvements in participants' knowledge, attitudes, and practices in managing organic waste. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concept of organic waste management and practical skills in processing it into fertilizer. In addition, there has been a change in people's behavior from directly disposing of waste to processing it productively. This program also encourages increased environmental awareness and opens up economic opportunities through the use of organic fertilizer products. Abstract

This article examines Mahmud Shaltut’s interpretation of socio-legal Qur’anic verses through a maqasid al-shari‘ah–based approach, focusing on its methodologicalframeworkand implications for contemporary Islamic legal thought. Employing qualitative library research with a descriptive-analytical design, the study analyzes Shaltut’s exegetical works—particularly Tafsiral-Qur’anal-Kari and Al-Islam‘Aqidah waSyari‘ah—usingqualitative content analysis. The findings reveal that Shaltut positions maqasid al-shari‘ah not merely as a complementaryprinciplebut as a central hermeneutical framework guiding socio-legal interpretation. Through a thematic analysis of three key issues—women’s leadership (Q.S. An-Nisa’: 34), interreligious relations and peace (Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 256; Al-Anfal: 61), and economic justice (Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 275–280)—this study demonstrates that Shaltut consistently applies a tripartite model of ijtihad that integrates textual analysis, socio-historical context, and the higher objectives of Islamic law. His interpretive approach prioritizes the spirit of the law (ruh al-tashri‘), substantive justice, and public welfare (maslahah), allowing for contextual legal reconstruction without undermining the authority of the Qur’anic text. This study concludes that Shaltut’s maqasid-based tafsir represents a contextual-progressive exegetical modelthat significantlycontributes to the development of contemporary socio-legal hermeneutics and offers a viable methodological foundation for addressing issues of gender justice, peaceful interreligious coexistence, and equitable economicsystems.
