Abstract

Advances in digital technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the spread of religious teachings. 'Aisyiyah Branch (PRA) Joyosuran faces challenges in the cadre and members' understanding of compulsory worship in accordance with Tarjih Muhammadiyah. This service program aims to improve 'Aisyiyah members' understanding of compulsory worship through workshops and the use of the Kader-Mu digital application. The methods used include Focus Group Discussion (FGD), workshop and practice, and evaluation using pretest and posttest. The results obtained showed an increase in members' understanding after participating in the activity, with an increase in the average pretest score of 84 to 95 in the posttest. Statistical evaluation through paired t-test showed a significant increase in members' understanding of Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. Thus, this program makes a real contribution in supporting digital da'wah and strengthening regeneration in the 'Aisyiyah environment, especially for the Joyosuran branch.

Abstract

The rapid development of the industry has led to increasingly fierce business competition. Consumers are often faced with a wide selection of brands offering products with similar features and prices. Likewise, competition in the automotive industry is fierce, so every motorcycle brand company strives to build a strong image and be recognized by consumers, such as brand image and brand awareness. Understanding the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchase intention is important, both for companies to formulate marketing strategies and for consumers to make purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchase intention of the Yamaha motorcycle brand. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach from existing relevant sources, such as literature, books, journals, and others. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of brand image and brand awareness variables on the purchase intention of the Yamaha motorcycle brand.

Abstract

This study critically examines the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah—IMM) in preparing functional cadres for student organizations (Ormawa) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS). As an autonomous student wing of Muhammadiyah, IMM holds a strategic mandate in leadership development—not only for its internal structure but also to support the broader ecosystem of student leadership within the university. Employing a descriptive approach with a mixed-methods design, the study integrates basic quantitative analysis through percentage-based calculations and qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that in 2022, IMM’s contribution to the formation of functional cadres in Ormawa accounted for only 4% of the total leadership demand, indicating a significant gap between the organization’s idealized role and its actual implementation. Key challenges identified include low student participation in the Darul Arqam Dasar (DAD) training program and insufficient cadre readiness in terms of ideological understanding and leadership capacity. The study recommends a comprehensive strengthening of cadre development strategies—both in quality and quantity—to enhance IMM’s contribution to student leadership sustainability at UMS

Abstract

Semakin ketatnya persaingan di industri kopi, menjadi pasar potensial bagi berbagai merek kopi, termasuk Fore Coffee. Konsumen kini memiliki banyak pilihan dalam memilih produk kopi, baik dari segi kualitas maupun harga. Konsumen cenderung semakin selektif dalam memilih produk, mempertimbangkan tidak hanya cita rasa, tetapi juga harga dan kualitas produknya. Riset ini bermaksud untuk mengeksplorasi apakah kualitas produk dan harga berdampak pada keputusan pembelian produk fore coffee. Data diteliti dengan metode kuantitatif melalui skala likert yang berisi 5 poin. Riset ini sebanyak 100 responden dari masyarakat di Kota Surakarta. Pada riset ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0 untuk menganalisis data. Pada riset ini diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas produk berdampak pada keputusan pembelian secara positif dan signifikan. Serta harga berdampak pada keputusan pembelian secara positif dan signifikan. Namun, keterbatasan pada riset ini jumlah sampel masih terbatas hanya 100 konsumen di Kota Surakarta dan tidak mencakup variabel lainnya yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study explores the multifaceted determinants of Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) in alleviating poverty by employing a qualitative meta-synthesis approach guided by the ENTREQ protocol. The research synthesizes findings from 23 scholarly articles indexed in Scopus to identify key internal and external factors influencing IFI performance in poverty alleviation. These determinants are systematically categorized into a strategic quadrant model: internal-structural, internal-behavioural, external-structural, and external-behavioural. Internal-structural elements such as institutional capacity, operational models, access to capital, and adherence to Islamic values significantly affect the success of IFIs, while internal-behavioural dimensions highlight the roles of innovation, religiosity, and community-based initiatives. Externally, the legal and policy environment, cultural dynamics, public perception, and economic conditions emerge as critical influences on IFIs’ outreach and effectiveness. The findings reveal that IFIs often face challenges in maintaining their developmental focus due to resource limitations, regulatory gaps, and competitive financial landscapes. Nonetheless, when grounded in Islamic ethical principles and supported by appropriate institutional frameworks, IFIs demonstrate a strong potential to deliver inclusive financial services and uplift marginalized communities. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach to consolidating diverse themes into a coherent analytical framework, offering actionable insights for practitioners, regulators, and scholars. It emphasizes that successful poverty alleviation through IFIs requires a synchronized interplay of ethical commitment, institutional readiness, policy support, and grassroots participation. The results contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for enhancing the role of Islamic finance in addressing poverty across different socio-economic and regulatory contexts.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving technology landscape, this proposal investigates the transformative field of human capital recruiting through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on organizational attractiveness and applicant intent. This research aims to explore prospective employees' perceptions of AI-based recruitment processes and their impact on organizational attractiveness, as well as their intentions to apply for job opportunities. A quantitative research approach was used using an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, qualitative methods were also applied in this research to add variation to the research. The interview process and distribution of this questionnaire is to measure the attractiveness of the organization's brand in five dimensions, applicant intentions through five specific items, and AI recruitment through five additional items. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine factors and test hypotheses. This questionnaire was distributed via social media platforms, using a Likert scale to capture different responses. Leveraging a diverse body of literature on AI in recruiting and organizational brand appeal, this research provides a comprehensive examination of the modern recruiting landscape. Through methodological rigor and strategic use of technology, this research aims to explain the dynamic interactions between AI, organizational attractiveness, and applicant intent, thereby contributing valuable insights to the growing field of HR management. Apart from that, in an effort to support the Independent Campus Learning program promoted by the government, this research will be carried out by a research team consisting of four lecturers and four students.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental di tempat kerja menjadi isu yang semakin penting, khususnya bagi generasi Z yang memiliki karakteristik unik dalam menghadapi tekanan kerja. Generasi ini cenderung lebih terbuka terhadap isu kesehatan mental, namun juga menghadapi tantangan seperti tekanan sosial dan kebutuhan akan keseimbangan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak program kesehatan mental terhadap karyawan generasi Z. Metode kajian literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menganalisis data dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan terpercaya, dan publikasi resmi yang relevan. Sampel penelitian mencakup studi yang membahas efektivitas program kesehatan mental di tempat kerja, terutama pada aspek kesejahteraan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kesehatan mental yang dirancang dengan baik memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, kepuasan kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan, sekaligus mengurangi tingkat turnover. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada penggunaan data sekunder, yang mungkin tidak sepenuhnya mencerminkan pengalaman langsung karyawan generasi Z. Penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk menggunakan metode primer, seperti wawancara atau survei, guna memperoleh data yang lebih spesifik dan terperinci. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan program kesehatan mental yang lebih relevan dan efektif bagi generasi Z.

Abstract

This community dedication program is intended to assist partners in the preparation of institutions to become sustainable green schools. This is a community-based activity that promotes the circular economy, particularly in elementary schools staffed by parents, students, and faculty, as well as the adjacent area. Activities for promotion, instruction on the significance of adiwiyata schools, and a sequence of initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficacy of communication, in addition to the construction of facilities at the adjutant school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of tourism sector development as a strategy to increase the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Surakarta City. Tourism is one of the economic sectors with significant potential to contribute to regional income growth. This research employs a literature study method with a quantitative data approach, based on secondary data analysis from official reports by the Surakarta City government and related agencies, covering target and realization data of PAD and tourism sector contributions from 2022 to 2023. The analysis results indicate an increase in PAD realization from the tourism sector, although the overall PAD target has not been fully achieved. The tourism sector’s contribution to PAD has shown a consistently positive impact, with substantial progress toward meeting targets. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that tourism sector development plays an essential role in driving the local economy and significantly contributes to Surakarta City's PAD. This study is expected to serve as a reference for local governments in developing sustainable strategies to strengthen the tourism sector as a primary source of revenue.

Abstract

Bisnis di Indonesia saat ini menyajikan berbagai pilihan dan bentuk kepada masyarakat, salah satu bentuk bisnis yang sedang populer di Indonesia adalah waralaba atau biasa disebut dengan fanchise. Kemudahan dan keunggulan yang ditawarkan oleh bisnis dengan bentuk waralaba atau franchise menjadi pilihan untuk masyarakat yang tidak ingin merintis bisnis dari nol tetapi masih ingin menjadi pelaku bisnis. Salah satu waralaba yang kerap dijumpai adalah waralaba minuman dan makanan terutama minuman teh. Masyarakat Indonesia sangat familiar dengan minuman teh karena hampir setiap hari dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini memilih waralaba Menantea yaitu bisnis teh buah nomor satu di Indonesia sebagai objek penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literarature review. Dalam penelitian ini akan diulas mengenai manajemen strategi yang diakukan Menantea untuk meningkatkan pemasarannya. Social Media Marketing, pemilihan brand ambassador, memantik niat repurchase, dan manajemen strategi waralaba menjadi opsi yang dipilih oleh Menantea dalam meningkatkan pemasarannya.
