Abstract

The title of this study is "Application of Role Playing Techniques to Increase Students' Learning Motivation in Class V SDN 89 Uru in the New Normal Period." The pupils in this research were all in fifth grade at SDN 89 Uru. When provided to pupils, little learning motivation is shown, and just a few repetitions are appropriate to complete the job. The goal of this research was to see if using role-playing strategies may help pupils become more motivated to learn. A pre-experimental approach was used to perform this study. In this study, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. This is a class V research project involving 19 pupils. To make observations and distribute surveys, and subsequently draw conclusions, data gathering techniques were utilized. Learning motivation in class V SDN 89 Uru is in the high group, according to the research findings, with an average score of 84.65, a standard deviation of 7.03, and an ideal score of 200. The use of role playing tactics is now more common than it was previously.

Abstract

Abstract: The main problem in this researc is the formation of students’ spiritual intelligence in islamic guidence counseling. Students who used to have a bad attitude towards their parents and lack of attention to yher worship, honest attitude, self-awareness and have a sense of love. This study aims to shape students’ spiritual intelligensi so that they can be useful in the future. This research was conducted using qualitative method steps. The research focused on junior high school stdents in Ba’ka Hamlet consisting of 2 students. This study consisted of 3 meetings with data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, obervation and documentation. Abstrak: Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pembentukan kecerdasan spiritual siswa dalam layanan bimbingan konseling islam. Siswa yang dulunya mempunyai sikap yang tidak baik terhadap orangtuanya dan kurangnya perhatian terhadap ibadahnya, sikap jujurnya, kesadaran diri sendiri dan memiliki rasa kasih sayang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membetuk kecerdasan spiritual siswa agar dapat berguna di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah metode kualitatif. Penelitian difokuskan pada siswa SMP yang ada di Dusun Ba’ka beranggotakan 2 orang siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling adalah proses interaksi antara konselor dengan klien baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam rangka memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dialami oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling secara tatap muka terbatas untuk memaksimalkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah pada masa pandemic yang dilaksankan di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP 3 Enrekang. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan tatap muka terbatas yang dilakukan oleh guru BK dimasa pandemic memberi dampak yang signifikan kepada siswa. Keaktifan dan komunikasi yang dilakukan secara langsung dengan memerhatikan protokol kesehatan, membantu guru dalam menanamkan karakter bagi anak dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling tatap muka terbatas.

Abstract

Abstract: Aggressiveness that is owned by some students, mostly comes from problems that occur in the family, so that students tend not to be able to accept and manage problems let alone solve them. There was a report from the counseling guidance teacher at Alla 3 Middle School that there were some students who behaved aggressively, which prompted the researcher to change this behavior. This problem must be resolved and find out the main cause, by testing the effectiveness of Islamic guidance and counseling services by conducting guidance and counseling action research. The Islamic counseling approach in question is an individual counseling process whose essence is directing clients to understand, accept, internalize, and actualize Islamic religious values ​​in their lives so that the heart and soul strength emerges to return to their nature. The research subjects were 35 students in class VIII at SMP 3 Alla Enrekang. The method used in this research is guidance and counseling action research with cyclical procedures through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that: (1) Islamic Guidance and Counseling services in guidance and counseling services are able to improve aggressive behavior of female students and (2) through Islamic Guidance and Counseling Services students have the ability to face, manage, and solve every problem they face. Abstrak: Agresif yang dimiliki oleh sebagian siswa, sebagian besar berasal dari permasalahan yang terjadi di dalam keluarga, sehingga siswa cenderung tidak dapat menerima dan mengelola masalah apalagi menyelesaikannya. Adanya laporan dari guru bimbingan konseling di SMP 3 Alla bahwa ada beberapa siswa yang berperilaku agresif, sehingga membuat peneliti ini mengubah perilaku tersebut. Masalah tersebut harus di tuntaskan dan di cari tahu penyebab utamanya, dengan cara menguji efektifitas layanan bimbingan konseling islami dengan cara melakukan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Pendekatan konseling Islami yang dimaksud adalah suatu proses konseling individual yang esensinya mengarahkan klien agar memahami, menerima, menginternalisasi, serta mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam kehidupannya sehingga muncul kekuatan hati dan jiwa untuk kembali kepada fitrahnya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 35 siswa di SMP 3 Alla Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling dengan prosedur siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Layanan Bimbingan Konseling Islam dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling mampu memperbaiki perilaku agresif siswi dan (2) melalui Layanan Bimbingan dan konseling Islam siswa memiliki kemampuan untuk menghadapi, mengelola, dan mengentaskan setiap masalah yang dihadapinya.

Abstract

Abstract: The Tahfidz Al-Qur'an House plays an important role in improving the behavior of students through the role of the Educator. The educator or ustad does not only play a role in teaching but guides, trains and advises in improving the character of the students. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the educator in the formation of the character of the Santri at the Miftahul Jannah Pontana Tahfidz Quran House, Malua Village, Malua District, Enrekang Regency. There is a formulation of the problem, namely, what is the role of educators in the formation of the character of students at the Tahfidz Quran Miftahul Jannah Pontana House, Malua Village? The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. data processing techniques namely using research extension, increasing persistence, and triangulation using source and technique triangulation. Data analysis was performed using Miles and Huberman's model analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis of the data that has been processed, it can be concluded that educators at the Miftahul Jannah Pontana Tahfidz Quran House, Malua Village, play an important role in shaping the character of students through mentoring, training, and advising in forming religious, independent, and communicative characters. Abstrak: Rumah Tahfidz Al-Qur'an sangat berperan penting dalam memperbaiki perilaku santri melalui peran Pedidik. Pendidik atau ustad tidak hanya berperan dalam pengajaran melainkan membimbing, melatih dan menasihati dalam meperbaiki karakter santri . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Pendidik terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Santri di Rumah Tahfidz Quran Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kelurahan Malua Kecamatan Malua Kebupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. teknik pengolahan data yakni menggunakan perpanjangan penelitian, peningkatan ketekunan, dan triangulasi menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis model Miles dan Huberman yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah diolah maka dapat disimpukan bahwa pendidik di Rumah Tahfidz Quran Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kelurahan Malua sangat berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter santri melalui pembimbingan, melatih, dan menasehati dalam membentuk karakter religius, mandiri, serta komunikatif.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture (E-KKN) activity was carried out by UNIMEN students on 2 August-10 September 2021, in Pasang Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The purpose of this KKN activity is to serve and be directly involved with the community through activities that have been previously designed to be carried out. Methods Data collection was carried out by interviews and observations in the community. The results of the activities that have been carried out in the implementation of this E-KKN are (1) The E-KKN program proposed by E-KKN students is very much supported by the village of Pasang and the local community. (2) Through the E-KKN program this is one of the considerations in exploring the potentials that exist in the village and have not been managed properly. (3) With the E-KKN it provides benefits for all parties, be it students, villages and the community

Abstract

This paper is the result of a descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine effective communication patterns in the implementation of guidance and counseling at Public Elementary School Number 172 Enrekang. The results showed that SD Negeri No. 172 Enrekang had 248 students, and did not yet have a teacher who specifically handles guidance and counseling, so that each class teacher became the executor of guidance and counseling services in his class. Class teachers who act as counselors provide guidance and counseling services to students through instilling values ​​in appropriate subjects, building empathetic communication, setting an example and giving appreciation and reinforcement. Public Elementary School Number 172 Enrekang should have a counselor who specifically handles guidance and counseling, given the large number of students, besides that counselors need to have special abilities, especially in terms of communicating with children, so that the guidance and counseling process can run better and more effectively.

Abstract

Website-based library services have been implemented in various libraries in Indonesia, especially those in South Sulawesi. Almost every librarian employee (librarian) routine is greatly helped by the presence of this technology. This research method was carried out with the aim of conducting a survey of 33 libraries that have implemented a library automation system. While the rest also adopted a similar system. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method through questionnaire surveys and direct visits to several libraries in South Sulawesi. We first do further exploration. The survey results showed that of the 33 libraries that filled out the questionnaire, 24 of them had used the library automation system because of the convenience provided by the use of this technology. The results of the analysis of the data obtained during the research show that the use of the Library Management System in the library fulfills two main aspects of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. Utilization of the Library Management System is considered useful to help work in the library, including to assist users in the process of searching for information, the library provides services to users more quickly.

Abstract

This research is motivated that students with disabilities have the same rights as other students in getting Islamic religious education. Based on school realities, teaching inclusion classes requires specific skills. This study aims to describe and critically analyze data on the implementation of inclusion-based Islamic religious education for students with disabilities at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta, whether Islamic religious learning is easy and accessible or not. This type of research is qualitative research, taking the case of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta. Data collection is carried out by conducting observations, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data that has been collected, and from that meaning conclusions are drawn. The results of this study state that: 1). Inclusive-based PAI learning cannot be separated from the learning components, namely curriculum, educators, students, materials, methods, media and evaluation. The curriculum used is a curriculum prepared by the PP Primary and Secondary Education Council. Muhammadiyah refers to the 2006 National curriculum for grades 8 and 9, as well as the 2013 curriculum for grade 7. Learning methods and media are tailored to the needs of students with disabilities with duplication, and modification (accommodative curriculum model). Islamic Religious Education materials can already be accessed by students with disabilities even though they have not been maximized. 2). The obstacles of PAI teachers in learning Islam for people with disabilities are the lack of understanding and skills of teachers in teaching, PAI teachers have only attended inclusive school training once, there has been no intensive coordination between PAI teachers and special assistance teachers, PAI teachers have not mastered the use of sign language and the use of learning media that has not been maximized for students with disabilities

Abstract

Motivating Teachers is an educational program from the government to improve teacher competency. Apart from that, the presence of mobilizing teachers is expected to be able to mobilize the learning community. The principle of the program is to encourage efforts to improve the quality of education in schools and outside schools using andragogy and blended learning approaches. This activity was carried out with the aim of providing individual assistance to Prospective Mobilizing Teachers before they carry out workshop activities. The activity will last for 5 days, namely from 11-15 September 2023 which will take place face to face in five (5) schools, namely: SD Negeri 13 Curio, SD Negeri 147 Pelali, SMP Muhammadiyah Cece, SD Negeri 140 Kabere, SD Negeri 165 Pudete and SD Negeri 85 Laba. The results of the mentoring activities are: CGP is able to discuss online learning challenges; CGP was able to reflect on the implementation of class changes according to Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts; CGP is able to carry out discussions on creating a portfolio framework; and CGP is able to discuss self-position maps and self-development plans within the competence of driving teachers.
