Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of earning per share, price earning ratio, return on equity, and debt to equity ratio on stock returns, especially in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies. The method used in this research is quantitative research method and the data used is secondary data. The population and samples used in this study are food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 21 companies with 4 years of observation, so 84 data samples were obtained. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. besides using multiple regression analysis analysis test and hypothesis testing consisting of determination coefficient test and t test. The results of data analysis show that partially earning per share has a positive effect on stock returns, price earning ratio has a positive effect on stock returns, return on equity has a positive effect on stock returns, and debt to equity ratio have no influence on stock returns.

Abstract

One of the language phenomena that the writers encounter a lot these days is code switching. Code switching, or a switch from one language to another one while talking, is usually used by the bilingual and multilingual society. The objectives of this research are to find out the types of code switching and the reasons behind them being used by the characters in the novel. The writers use descriptive qualitative information on conducting this research. Books and theories of experts on Sociolinguistics are used as the frame of the study. The source of data is obtained by reading the whole content of the novel, focusing on the utterances and dialogues by the characters. When all is done, the writers finally know that from 4 types of code switching, inter-sentential switching is the most used type. The writers find out that of all reasons, the most common one behind the use of code switching is for the intention of clarifying the speech content for the interlocutor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence related to the influence of company size, company age, audit committee, and industry classification on audit delay simultaneously and partially. This research method uses a quantitative approach using 163 samples of companies in the Consumer Goods and Banking sector collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2016 as research material. The results of this study found that firm size and industry classification had a significant negative effect on audit delay, the audit committee had a significant positive effect on audit delay while the age of the company had no significant effect on audit delay.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and information technology on employee performance through work productivity as an intervening variable. The population of this study are employees or female employees who work at the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bogor Regency. The number of polls was 62 peopls. The statistical method used in this study is the Patrial Least Square (PLS) or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation which is operated through the smartPLS program. In this study, it can be seen that motivation and information technology have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work productivity also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study is to find the effect of capital structure, liquidity, free cash flow and company size to firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. Sample 10 coal companies and listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014 -2018. The method of data analysis used in this research with multiple regression approach with the help of Eviews9. The result of research indicates that capital structure, liquidity, and company size have no positive and significant influence to profitability. Only free cash flow has a positive and significant influence. Capital structure, liquidity, free cash flow and company size have no positive and significant influence to value firm. Only profitability has a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan (financial knowledge), sosialisasi keuangan (financial socialization), dan efikasi diri keuangan (financial self-efficacy) terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan (financial management behavior) mahasiswa melalui locus of control sebagai variabel intervening. Studi ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa reguler khusus di Universitas Pancasila. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada sampel mahasiswa reguler khusus di Universitas Pancasila. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan (financial knowledge) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sosialisasi keuangan (financial socialization), efikasi diri keuangan (financial self-efficacy), dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan (financial management behavior) mahasiswa. Selain itu, sosialisasi keuangan (financial socialization) juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri keuangan (financial self-efficacy) dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan (financial management behavior). Efikasi diri keuangan (financial self-efficacy) juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan (financial management behavior) mahasiswa. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control memediasi hubungan antara pengetahuan keuangan (financial knowledge), sosialisasi keuangan (financial socialization), dan efikasi diri keuangan (financial self-efficacy) dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan (financial management behavior). Ini mengindikasikan bahwa locus of control memainkan peran penting dalam menghubungkan faktor-faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pelaku pasar modal memiliki pengaruh dalam penggerakan dana investor dan perusahaan. Pelaku pasar modal biasa dapat didorong psikologi kognitifnya yang seringkali berperilaku berlebihan dalam menyikapi suatu berita. Investor dapat bereaksi secara berlebihan saat memperoleh berita yang tidak terduga, yang dapat mempengaruhi harga kenaikan atau penurunan melebihi nilai actual. Peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan analisis mengenai bias yang ada berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Variabel ini merupakan variabel yang terletak di antara variabel independent dan dependen, sehingga variabel inndependent tidak langsung mempengaruhi berubahnya atau timbulnya variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini hanya self-attribution bias yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Investor senior dalam galeri investasi universitas Pancasila harus membantu investor milenial agar terhindar dari pengaruh investasi negative mengenai saham. Dalam penelitian ini self-attribution bias tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Peneliti berasumsi bahwa investor milenial ini tidak hanya merasa bahwa keberhasilan dalam berinvestasi bukan hanya dari kemampuan teknikal dan fundamental, tetapi dari informasi-informasi yang valid yang dapat mereka dapatkan.

Abstract

How to accept educational staff who lack competence with the level of job satisfaction of staff due to lack of competence and measure the level of motivation that has continued to decline since entering the staff, that the level of staff discipline has decreased. Quantitative research, which is a type of research emphasizing the testing of theoretical theories through measuring research variables with numbers and requiring data analysis with statistical procedures. The measuring instrument for this research is a questionnaire, the data obtained is in the form of answers from staff to the questions asked. based on the research objectives that have been set, this type of research is explanatory. The statistical t value of the effect of competence (KO) on motivation (MO) is 5.29 with a positive structural equation coefficient, that competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation. The more competence of university staff, it will increase employee motivation, otherwise the less competence the university staff has, it will reduce work motivation and can even transmit decreased motivation to other staff so that motivation becomes the main thing that must be owned by university staff. For universities, it is better when recruiting educational staff to have basic competencies so that they can increase the motivation of the staff themselves and form an academic culture that is in accordance with academic rules

Abstract

The research aims to measure the effect of compensation, work environment and leadership on ship crew loyalty with motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines. This research is a quantitative research in which the object used is the ship's crew in the engine room. The number of samples used as many as 53 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that compensation, leadership and motivation have a significant effect on ship crew loyalty. However, there is no evidence that the work environment effects the loyalty of ship crews. This study also shows that there is an indirect effect of compensation on ship crew loyalty through motivation, there is an indirect effect of leadership on ship crew loyalty through motivation, but there is no evidence of an indirect effect of work environment compensation on ship crew loyalty

Abstract

This study investigates the role of leadership in shaping the strategic management decisions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owners in Indonesia. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we surveyed 250 MSME owners and managers across various sectors and conducted in-depth interviews to gain qualitative insights. Our findings reveal that entrepreneurial and transformational leadership styles are the most prevalent and influential, significantly driving strategic planning, innovation management, and competitive positioning. Transactional leadership, while important, plays a comparatively lesser role. Qualitative insights highlight the impact of personal networks, cultural values, and adaptive leadership in navigating regulatory challenges and leveraging government support. Additionally, digital transformation emerges as a critical factor for operational efficiency and market reach. These results suggest that leadership development programs should focus on enhancing entrepreneurial and transformational skills, and government policies should be tailored to the specific needs of MSMEs, with an emphasis on reducing bureaucratic barriers and improving digital literacy. This study provides valuable implications for policymakers and practitioners aiming to strengthen the strategic management capabilities of MSMEs in Indonesia.
