Abstract

Generation Z is currently under threat from the negative impact of technological developments in the form of Phubbing Behavior, therefore the Phubbing phenomenon must immediately receive serious attention and look for what factors cause the Phubbing behavior, this is important to do because the Phubbing Phenomenon has we can see it anywhere, especially in the school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students' Phubbing Behavior and its causal factors based on gender and grade level. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. the number of respondents in this study totaled 173 male and female students with grade levels 10, 11 and 12. The data collection was carried out through the Phubbing Behavior scale based on the theory and aspects described by Karadag and using the Generic Scale of Phubbing (GSP) scale developed by Chotpitayasunondh and Douglas. A descriptive analysis was then carried out. The results obtained from this study are that the level of Phubbing behavior of students at SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru is in the moderate category, then the factors that cause Phubbing behavior in male students are the Nomophobia factor while in female students are the interpersonal conflict factors and the factors that cause Phubbing behavior. based on class level, namely the Interpersonal Conflict factor in grades 10 and 11, and the Nomophobia factor in grade 12. The results of this study can help guidance and counseling teachers in providing treatment to students both in the form of Guidance and Counseling

Abstract

Drama Korea mempunyai dampak positif maupun negatif dalam proses pendidikan di Indonesia. Dampak negatif yang timbul tidak dapat dibiarkan begitu saja. Perilaku dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal. Namun sekuat apapun stimulus dan faktor eksternal, manusia masih dapat mengaturnya melalui proses kontrol diri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu SMA di Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa yang gemar menonton drama Korea dengan kriteria menonton lebih dari lima episode per hari. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan metode art therapy terhadap kontrol diri penggemar drama Korea. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif, uji Wilcoxon, dan uji Spearman Rank. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan art therapy terhadap kontrol diri penggemar drama Korea

Abstract

Multimedia pembelajaran merupakan komponen sistem penyampaian pengajaran untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan multimedia tersebut dilandasi oleh kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan dengan dukungan media pembelajaran yang menarik perhatian murid. Multimedia pembelajaran merupakan komponen sistem penyampaian pengajaran untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan multimedia tersebut dilandasi oleh kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan dengan dukungan media pembelajaran yang menarik perhatian murid. Adapun metode penerapan kegiatan pengabdian adalah ceramah, demonstrasi dan latihan penggunaan multimedia dalam konseling. Sasaran kegiatan adalah guru-guru SLTP, SMA sederajat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini bertambah pengetahuan, guru bimbingan dan konseling menjadi lebih terampil dan percaya diri serta mendapatkan pengalaman dalam hal mengekspresikan penggunaan multimedia dalam konseling

Abstract

Judging by the changing times, the thinking patterns and daily habits of teenagers have also changed so that judging from the environment and people around us, many teenagers have indications of emotional disorders or mental disorders which cause psychological changes that disrupt teenagers' daily lives. It can be seen that unrest is growing day by day and as an effort to prevent and eradicate it, it has been socialized and the Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) was formed. From the implementation of the formation of PIK-R, it is hoped that the new organization that the students create can become a forum for female students to increase their insight, skills and potential. And it is also hoped that the establishment of PIK-R can help female students with information about teenagers, probation, higher education, or other things. It is hoped that it can also be a place for peer counseling to alleviate and find solutions to the problems they are experiencing, which will later be supervised by teachers BK Pondok Putri Assalam Naga Beralih.

Abstract

Academic Burnout is a problem experienced by students that causes a lack of motivation in learning and school activities. The high demands of school learning activities make students feel bored and physically exhausted. This occurs because the learning process has pushed students to their psychological and physical limits. Academic Burnout is a personal issue that must be addressed through the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools. These services can be provided through individual or group counseling strategies. One group approach that is appealing to elementary school students is Art Therapy. Art Therapy is a therapeutic activity that uses the creative process as an expressive therapy for clients. This community service activity will be conducted in a two-day workshop on July 20-21, 2024, with expert faculty members as speakers. The workshop will take place from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM WIB and will be held in Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The training will be guided by instructors, with participants receiving direct guidance in designing guidance and counseling services aligned with the new curriculum paradigm, enabling guidance counselors to develop skills to address students' academic Burnout using Art Therapy. The level of program goal achievement is categorized as high, at 90%. This can be seen from the participants' understanding of the stages of implementing Group Counseling with Art Therapy techniques, with teachers showing great interest in practicing the Art Therapy techniques in each session.

Abstract

The thesis is task end students whose nature must be a condition for graduation. During the work thesis, students experience various obstacles that disturb their psychological well-being. Support social is one of the factors that contribute to Psychological Well-Being. When stressed with academic demands in the form of a thesis, students try to look for support social from the environment family, or friends. Research This uses the approach of descriptive correlational. The population and Sample are Riau University FKIP students. The retrieval technique sample with the Snowball Sampling Technique obtained a sample of 96 samples. The instrument used was the Social Support and Self-Adaptation questionnaire with the results of the instrument validity test with SPSS showing that all the statement items got a value of r-count > r-table, so they were declared valid, and the reliability test with the Cronbach's Alpha test got a value greater than 0.06, so that both The questionnaire was declared reliable.The results of the study found that there is a significant relationship​ between social support social Psychological Well-Being of students who are doing a thesis.

Abstract

The problem of students who are still confused about choosing a career after graduating from school is very influential in students' career development. This research aims to determine the influence of group guidance services with problem solving techniques in determining students' career choices. This research is quantitative research with an experimental method in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design . The subjects of this research were 10 student of class XI students. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, the Wilcoxon test and the normalized n-gain test . The research results obtained were that there was an increase in students' career choices before and after being given group guidance services using problem solving techniques . Furthermore, this research shows that there are differences in the level of student career choices before and after implementing group guidance services using problem solving techniques . Then it was found that the influence of group guidance services with problem solving techniques on students' career choices was in the medium category. These results indicate that group guidance services using problem solving techniques are influential in determining students' career choices.

Abstract

Proper career guidance can help students understand themselves. High school students are in their late teens and are in a transitional phase, so they need to make the right decisions for their future careers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Classical Guidance Project Based Learning Method using Canva to improve the Stability of Students' Career Decision Making. This study is quantitative with an experimental research type. The research design is one group pretest-posttest design. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, T-test, and Product Moment Correlation Test. The results showed that the level of stability of students' career decision making before being given treatment was in the low category of 12.50% and dominant in the medium category of 87.5%. However, after being given treatment, it was in the high category of 22.50% and dominant in the very high category of 77.50%. There was a significant difference in the stability of students' career decision making between before and after treatment, namely an increase in aspects and the highest increase in aspects was exploration, which was 398 points. Then the classical guidance service using the project-based learning method using Canva had a positive influence of 54% in increasing the stability of career decision-making in grade XI students.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring through group guidance in enhancing students' self-confidence levels. This research investigates the impact of cognitive restructuring through group guidance on enhancing students' self-confidence. The study employed a quasi-experimental design involving a pre-test and post-test assessment to measure changes in self-confidence levels. The participants were eight high school students categorized as having low self-confidence. The intervention involved a six-week group guidance program focusing on cognitive restructuring techniques. The results demonstrated a significant positive correlation between pre-test and post-test self-confidence scores, indicating the intervention's effectiveness in improving self-confidence. The findings highlight the importance of cognitive restructuring as a valuable approach for addressing low self-confidence among students. While the intervention played a pivotal role, it's essential to acknowledge the influence of other internal and external factors in shaping self-confidence.

Abstract

Pandemi   Covid   19   mengakibatkan   perubahan   dalam   berbagai   tatanan   kehidupan   termasuk pembelajaran. Awal pandemi, pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring dan selanjutnya bertahap menjadi pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM). perubahan system ini akan membutuhkan waktu siswa untuk menyesuaikan diri kembali, karena tidak semua siswa memiliki penyesuaian diri yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat penyesuaian diri siswa terhadap pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) di tinjau dari aspek kematangan emosional, kematangan intelektuan, kematangan sosial dan tanggung jawab. Jenis penelitian  ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa . Sampel penelitian  sebanyak 106 siswa dan diambil dengan  teknik  proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mengukur aspek penyesuaian diri menggunakan kuesioner skala linker. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan pada 30 responden. Hasil uji validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan nilai tiap item diatas 0,361 dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha Cronbach dengan nilai 0,834. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuesi dan persentase. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat penyesuaian diri siswa pada aspek kematangan emosional berada paada kategori tinggi, pada aspek kematangan intelektual berada pada kategori tinggi, pada aspek kematangan sosial berada pada kategori sedang dan pada aspek tanggung jawab berada pada kategori tinggi.
