Abstract

This study examines the legal vacuum in resolving inheritance disputes in the Bonokeling indigenous community in Pekuncen Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, by examining the tension between customary law norms and the national legal system. Although the customary inheritance norms of the Bonokeling indigenous community, based on family deliberation, are still alive and well, the resulting agreements often lack legal force in the state's judicial system. This study employed a normative and empirical juridical approach (socio-legal research). Data were obtained through literature review, interviews, and observations within the Bonokeling indigenous community. The findings indicate that the legal vacuum is institutional and regulatory, rather than normative, because customary norms persist but have not received adequate formal recognition. The absence of a legal mechanism to validate the results of family deliberations creates the potential for legal conflict when disputes are brought to court. Therefore, this study recommends the need for a legal strengthening scheme for customary decisions, for example through the creation of a peace deed or legal recognition of customary deliberation mechanisms. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integrating legal pluralism into the national legal system to ensure substantive justice and legal certainty for indigenous peoples.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kemasan dan labeling produk makanan lokal serta memberikan pemahaman mengenai aspek legalitas merek dagang bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukasari, Kecamatan Tunjungteja. Produk yang menjadi fokus kegiatan ini adalah keripik singkong merek Al-Anfus, sebagai salah satu produk unggulan lokal yang berpotensi berkembang di pasar yang lebih luas. Melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan, peserta diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam merancang kemasan yang menarik, informatif, dan sesuai standar keamanan pangan, serta pentingnya pendaftaran merek dagang untuk melindungi identitas produk. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi, serta praktik langsung dalam desain label dan pengisian formulir pendaftaran merek. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya kemasan dan label yang profesional, serta kesadaran terhadap urgensi legalitas dalam pengembangan usaha. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendorong UMKM lokal untuk lebih kompetitif dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi pasar modern.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang utama  pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tantangan yang akan di hadapi para wisudawan pasca tahfidz, untuk menjaga konsistensi muroja’ah agar hafalan tetap terjaga serta mempertahankan motivasi spiritual, karena tahfidz merupakan amanah jangka panjang yang harus tetap istiqomah karena bukan akhir proses pembelajaran. Adapun orang tua juga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting keterlibatannya yang belum optimal maka itu diperlukan intervensi edukatif yang bersifat reklektif dan inspiratif. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk emberikan penguatan motivasi spiritual dan edukasi keada wisudawan wisudawati tahfidz Al-Qur’an Di Pondok Pesantren Riyadul Mubarok. Selain itu pengabdian ini juga bertujuan membangun kesadaran kolektif tentang pentingnya Pendidikan Al-Qur’an sebagai investasi akhirat. Adapun Metode yang di gunakan  adalah dengan  pendekatan ceramah motivasi keagamaan yang bersifat inspiratif dan reflektif, dilaksanakan secara luring pada tanggal 24 Januari 2026 dengan melibatkan wisudawan tahfidz (1–13 juz), orang tua, serta civitas pesantren sebagai mitra kegiatan. Dalam pengabdian ini juga  dilakukan evaluasi melalui observasi partisipasi, respons emosional, dan refleksi peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung.Pengabdian ini menghasilkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman, kesadaran spiritual, dan motivasi peserta dalam menjaga hafalan Al-Qur’an secara berkelanjutan. Adapun dalam kegiatan ini juga memperkuat peran orang tua dan pesantren dalam mendukung pembinaan generasi Qur’ani. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini berkontribusi dalam penguatan model pembinaan tahfidz berbasis motivasi spiritual yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Pengabdian Masyarakat; Tahfidz Al-Qur’an; Motivasi Spiritual; Pendidikan Pesantren; Generasi Qur’ani. ABSTRACTThe main background of this community service is the challenges that will be faced by graduates after tahfidz, to maintain the consistency of muroja'ah so that memorization is maintained and spiritual motivation, because tahfidz is a long-term mandate that must remain istiqomah because it is not the end of the learning process. As for parents, they also have a very important role in their involvement which is not optimal, so educational interventions that are collective and inspirational are needed. The purpose of this service is to strengthen spiritual motivation and education for graduates of tahfidz al-Qur'an at the Riyadul Mubarok Islamic Boarding School. In addition, this service also aims to build collective awareness about the importance of Qur'an Education as an investment in the hereafter. The method used is an inspirational and reflective approach to religious motivational lectures, which will be held offline on January 24, 2026 by involving tahfidz graduates (1-13 juz), parents, and the pesantren community as activity partners. In this service, evaluation was also carried out through observation of participation, emotional response, and reflection of participants during the activity. This service resulted in an increase in understanding, spiritual awareness, and motivation of participants in maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an in a sustainable manner. This activity also strengthens the role of parents and Islamic boarding schools in supporting the development of the Qur'ani generation. Abstract

The International Criminal Court (ICC) plays a strategic role in upholding international law, particularly in addressing grave crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes. In the context of the Israel-Palestine conflict, the ICC serves as an independent body offering hope to Palestine in seeking accountability for alleged human rights violations committed by Israel. This study analyzes the ICC’s role in the conflict and identifies the challenges it faces. The findings reveal that the ICC’s jurisdiction, as stipulated by the Rome Statute, encounters significant obstacles, particularly as Israel has not ratified the Rome Statute and firmly rejects the ICC’s authority. Conversely, Palestine, a member of the ICC since April 2015, has sought to utilize international legal mechanisms to pursue justice. The study concludes that while the ICC has considerable potential to enforce justice, legal and political challenges such as the refusal of cooperation by accused parties and the complex geopolitical dynamics limit its effectiveness. This research provides critical insights into the ICC’s role and challenges in administering justice in conflict zones, as well as its contribution to peace efforts in Israel and Palestine.

Abstract

Introduction: Baduy customary law is a system of norms that governs the social, spiritual, and ecological life of the Baduy people in Banten. The uniqueness of this customary law lies in its adherence to the principle of pikukuh karuhun (ancestral rules), which rejects modernization and maintains the sanctity of tradition. However, in the context of a modern state that upholds human rights and religious freedom, questions arise as to the extent to which Baduy customary law can coexist with universal human rights principles, particularly the rights to freedom of religion and expression. Purposes of the Research: This study aims to analyze the compatibility between Baduy customary law and human rights principles, as well as to examine the dynamics of the relationship between indigenous communities and the state in maintaining a balance between collective and individual rights. The research method used is a juridical-sociological approach with data collection techniques through literature studies, interviews, and field observations in the Inner Baduy and Outer Baduy regions. Methods of the Research: Using a juridical-sociological approach, with data collection techniques through literature studies, in-depth interviews, and field observations in the Inner Baduy and Outer Baduy regions, in order to understand the relationship between customary law, human rights, and religious freedom contextually. Results of the Research: This research reveals that Baduy customary law, while seemingly restrictive, is fundamentally oriented toward spiritual values. The state needs to adopt a multicultural and recognition-based approach to protect the rights of indigenous peoples without negating human rights principles. Integrating customary law into the national legal framework is key to achieving contextual and inclusive justice.

Abstract

 Perkembangan Smart City dan Internet of Things (IoT) menuntut ketersediaan infrastruktur jaringan yang mampu merespons dinamika trafik secara cepat, efisien, dan adaptif. Arsitektur edge konvensional memiliki keterbatasan dalam fleksibilitas, skalabilitas, serta kemampuan pengelolaan sumber daya pada kondisi trafik yang berubah-ubah. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model infrastruktur edge adaptif berbasis Software Defined Networking (SDN) untuk meningkatkan kinerja jaringan pada lingkungan Smart City dan IoT. Model dirancang dengan memanfaatkan pemisahan control plane dan data plane guna memungkinkan orkestrasi jaringan yang dinamis melalui pengaturan jalur, alokasi bandwidth, dan manajemen beban secara real-time. Metode penelitian meliputi perancangan arsitektur, implementasi prototipe menggunakan controller SDN, serta pengujian performa melalui simulasi pada Mininet dengan lima skenario trafik IoT. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan parameter Quality of Service (QoS), yaitu delay, throughput, packet loss, dan jitter. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model adaptif berbasis SDN memberikan peningkatan performa signifikan dibandingkan arsitektur edge konvensional, dengan peningkatan throughput sebesar 51,1%, penurunan delay sebesar 35,2%, pengurangan packet loss sebesar 47,4%, serta stabilitas jitter yang lebih baik pada seluruh skenario. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi SDN pada infrastruktur edge merupakan pendekatan efektif untuk mendukung layanan Smart City dan IoT yang bersifat real-time, masif, dan heterogen.
