Supporting factors for school-based school management. Adapted from a model from schools in Kelantan, the school organizes projects or activities by bringing in speakers from other schools to teach or give lectures and community support, such as helping to keep the school safe. 3. Factors hindering school-based management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education are problems with facilities such as inadequate technology and learning media that cause obstacles in teaching. Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Pollutants from human activities released into the environment, including heavy metals, dyes, and chemicals, can harm the environment and living organisms. One solution offered to treat these pollutants is an adsorption technique using activated carbon from banana peel waste. The research aims to review the potential of banana peel waste as active carbon to remove various contaminants in wastewater and highlight the opportunities and challenges. This research uses a systematic literature review method, or what is usually called a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), to collect data from the Google Scholar online article database and E-Journal at SSO Undip (Single Sign On). The results of the literature review show that active carbon from various types of banana peels, such as Musa Acuminata, Musa sp., Musa paradisiaca L., and Musa Acuminatabalbisiana has been proven to be able to remove organic materials, inorganic anions, heavy metals, dyes, and chemical compounds from wastewater.

Abstract

The Kampus Kita Tendik application is a mobile-based application developed by Airlangga University to streamline and optimize the performance of Educational Personnel. From a usability perspective, the application exhibits several UI/UX issues, including inconsistent font placement and size, as well as a disorganized profile menu. Consequently, there is a need for research to redesign the application interface, aiming to deliver an intuitive user experience, ease of navigation, and enhanced functionality. The research methodology employed includes User Centered Design (UCD) for application design and System Usability Scale (SUS) for assessing application usability. Twenty respondents, comprising Educational Personnel, were engaged to evaluate both the initial design and the redesigned interface. The outcomes of this evaluation, conducted through UCD, demonstrate a marked improvement in application design quality. This is evidenced by the SUS score of 87.14, awarded an A+ grade, for the redesigned application—a significant increase from the initial SUS score of 65.57, which received a C grade.

Abstract

So far the educational process that has taken place in Indonesia has not implemented a humanistic learning process which plays an important role in this case because it will form students who have a sense of humanizing humans. Therefore, researchers try to choose topics for discussion of humanistic theory with the aim that the learning process in formal institutions such as schools can better understand what talents or potential students have so that they do not directly justify these students. The method used in writing this article is qualitative by using a literature study method. This research, is descriptive, trying to see the existing theory, then trying to illustrate it, then implementing it into the learning process of Islamic religious education. The conclusion obtained is that in humanistic learning theory, a teacher or mentor serves as a facilitator, meaning that the teacher assists with a humanist approach that students feel interested in and enthusiastic about. Also, the facilitator here must be flexible to students in delivering material by using strategies that promote active, creative, and fun learning so that students can actualize material that can be incorporated into their daily lives. Therefore, one of the implementations of humanistic theory in PAI learning is the peer-tutoring technique, in which students considered to have understood and are qualified in one material are ask

Abstract

Evaluation of learning is very important in the learning process. This is because learning evaluation is used to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning system used. Evaluation of learning includes evaluating the learning process, the learning process, and the learning outcomes themselves. Therefore, it is very necessary for educators and students to understand this. This writing aims to understand the evaluation of learning in Islamic Religious Education. The method used is library research, the technique in collecting data is by searching, collecting, and studying from various sources both books, journals, and existing research. This writing aims to determine the effectiveness of learning evaluation in Islamic Religious Education. A good learning evaluation will make the learning process run well, and vice versa if the learning evaluation is not going well then the learning process will be slightly disrupted.
