Abstract

Community service activities in the national combination program were conducted in Waqf Village, Sukaratu Village, and Majasari Pandeglang District, targeting partner groups of opak food craftsmen and waqf farmer groups. The problem with fostered partners is that no one needs to be able to implement business management, online marketing, or apply innovative technology in standard production processes. Community service in the national service program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of fostered partners in implementing business management, online-based marketing, and technological innovation in the production process. Activity methods include the socialization of national programs, the application of technology in the production process, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity show that the two fostered partners can apply business management, online marketing (e-commerce), and the application of packaging technology with nitrogen injection as well as the application of production with solar dome dryers to dry opaque patches, which is very helpful during the rainy season, can still production. There was an increase in the business of the two fostered partners to reach 80%.

Abstract

In today's world, machines are essential in daily life, requiring efficient and safe operation. Tools have been developed to assess machine health by monitoring power usage, temperature, noise, and vibrations. Anomalies in these parameters can indicate potential defects. FFT analyzers, commonly used for vibration measurement, are often too costly for small businesses and may lack the ability to measure speed, temperature, or power usage. This project aims to create a low-cost alternative for health monitoring systems, capable of measuring vibrations, noise, temperature, speed, and power consumption. Integrating an Arduino Uno R3 with sensors and a MATLAB 2018b GUI provides an affordable solution, catering to small firms unable to invest in expensive FFT analyzers

Abstract

Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer globally, and early detection is crucial for effective treatment. This research reviews the use of deep learning techniques in detecting and diagnosing skin cancer. A review of current methodologies was conducted to propose new strategies for improving the accuracy and reliability of the detection and diagnosis processes. Various deep learning models, including convolutional neural networks, were evaluated using three publicly available datasets. The PSO algorithm was utilized for segmentation and feature extraction, while also exploring the impact of transfer learning, data augmentation, and model ensemble on model accuracy. The findings of this study indicate that deep learning techniques can significantly enhance the detection and diagnosis of skin cancer

Abstract

Recognizing facial expressions is a critical aspect of computer vision and human-computer interaction. It facilitates the interpretation of human emotions from facial images, aiding in applications such as affective computing, social robotics, and psychological research. In this work, we propose using hybrid deep learning models, ResNet50 and ResNet34, for facial expression classification. These models, pre-trained on large-scale datasets, demonstrate exceptional feature extraction capabilities and have achieved excellent performance in various computer vision tasks. Our approach begins with the collection and preprocessing of a labeled facial expression dataset. The collected data undergoes face detection, alignment, and normalization to ensure consistency and reduce noise. After preprocessing, the dataset is divided into training, validation, and testing sets. We fine-tune the ResNet50 and ResNet34 models on the training set, employing transfer learning to adapt the pre-trained models specifically for the facial expression recognition task. Optimization techniques such as SGDM, ADAM, and RMSprop are used to update the models' parameters and minimize the categorical cross-entropy loss function. The trained models are evaluated on the validation set, achieving an accuracy of 98.19%. Subsequently, the models are tested on unseen facial images to assess their generalization capabilities. This proposed approach aims to deliver accurate and robust facial expression classification, thereby advancing emotion analysis and human-computer interaction systems.

Abstract

Medical image processing has heralded a significant transformation in contemporary medical science, offering the promise of diagnosing, treating, and curing patients while minimizing adverse effects. By leveraging medical imaging, physicians gain the ability to visualize internal structures without invasive procedures. Moreover, this technology contributes to our understanding of neurobiology and human behavior, with brain imaging aiding investigations into addiction mechanisms. Interdisciplinary collaboration among biologists, chemists, and physicists is facilitated by medical imaging, with resultant technologies finding applications across various fields. This study focuses on enhancing medical images in both frequency and time domains. Contrast enhancement is achieved through local transformation histogram techniques, followed by overall enhancement using a Fuzzy-Neural approach. The proposed methodology is implemented using MATLAB 2018b. The findings emphasize the efficacy of the proposed technique in improving image quality for both MR and Selenography images. Its outstanding performance, marked by a higher PSNR (32.96) and a lower MSE (20.04), indicates its potential for more precise and dependable image enhancement compared to current methods.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the local potential of the Terumbu sub-district through SWOT analysis. Local potential is an invaluable advantage of a region or region. SWOT analysis is an analysis based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities, but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interview techniques with residents of the Terumbu sub-district.  Observations were carried out directly in the Terumbu sub-district area. The results of the research show that the Terumbu sub-district has strengths that can be maximized in order to develop further, starting from owning large areas of rice fields, having gypang MSMEs, red bricks and having a strategic geographic location. Reefs also have weaknesses, namely, the clean and healthy lifestyle is very low, the habit of throwing rubbish carelessly, MCK (bathing, washing, toilet) is still in rivers/streams which are not clean. In terms of opportunities, it is still very possible for the Reef to be developed by providing counseling, assistance, training and education to increase the knowledge, skills and insight of the community. Apart from that, the threats to the Terumbu sub-district are diseases, chronic, infectious diseases, malnutrition, stunting and decreased intelligence. By suppressing existing weaknesses and threats through counseling, training, mentoring and education, the perception of the Terumbu sub-district changes from a bad perception to a good perception because it has succeeded in increasing local potential such as agricultural products, MSMEs and the lifestyle of its people for the better

Abstract

This research focuses on the audit of the cashier information system at PT. Foods Beverages Indonesia (Serang Banten Branch), known as the Chatime brand. The background of this research is the importance of an effective and efficient cashier system in the digital era, especially for a leading beverage company like Chatime. The main objective of the research is to analyze how Chatime's current cashier information system works and evaluate the results using the COBIT 5 framework. The research method used is an information system audit using the COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) framework. This framework was chosen because it provides a collection of principles, practices, and frameworks that help companies achieve business goals through effective management of information technology. The results show several areas that require improvement, including the need for a clear classification scheme for managing service requests, strategic planning to address employee shortages, periodic evaluation of asset performance, and implementation of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of improvements in the management of Chatime's cashier information system, including better documentation, strategic human resource planning, regular performance evaluation, and implementation of comprehensive cost analysis. The recommendations resulting from this audit are expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the cashier information system at Chatime Serang Banten Branch

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a business trip application at the Regional Secretariat of Serang City to facilitate the management of official travel processes. The application is designed to support the digitalization of administrative procedures, from travel requests, budget management, to trip reporting. The system development uses the Agile methodology, enabling rapid iteration based on user feedback. This web-based system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in official travel management and minimize potential manual errors.

Abstract

The employee leave request application is a crucial need for large companies like PT. Indomarco Adi Prima to improve the efficiency of leave management. This study aims to design a web-based leave request application using PHP Native to simplify the process of submitting, approving, and tracking employee leave status. The system development method used is Waterfall, consisting of phases such as requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application is designed to be easily accessible in real-time, providing transparency and accuracy in leave management. Testing results show that the system can expedite the leave request process, minimize administrative errors, and enhance human resource management efficiency within the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer di MS Arena Cilegon guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pemesanan. Website ini dirancang agar pelanggan dapat memesan lapangan secara online, mengakses informasi ketersediaan lapangan secara real-time, serta mengatasi keterbatasan waktu dan metode pemesanan konvensional. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi komunikasi dengan pengguna, perancangan sistem, pengembangan unit program, dan pengujian. Proses ini bertujuan memastikan sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer online berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan di MS Arena Cilegon. Pelanggan tidak lagi harus datang langsung ke lokasi untuk memesan lapangan. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemesanan secara online dengan akses informasi ketersediaan lapangan yang akurat dan real-time. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer di MS Arena Cilegon memberikan solusi efektif dalam mengatasi kendala pemesanan manual. Sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan pemesanan lapangan, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan
