Abstract

Pasar Depok dikenal dengan Pasar Burung dan Pasar Ikan, merupakan pasar tradisional yang terkenal dengan pasar satwa seperti burung dan mamalia, namun yang paling dominan berupa burung. Permasalahan pokok di pasar Depok adalah manajemen sarana prasarana maupun manajemen usaha. Sebagian besar pedagang dalam mengelola usaha belum menerapkan manajemen usaha khususnya manajemen keuangan yang baik, usaha hanya dijalankan dengan mengandalkan konvensional. Aspek manajemen keuangan yang meliputi perencanaan usaha, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan pengendalian usaha kurang diperhatikan para pedagang. Berdasarkan kajian situasi maka perlu penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelatihan manajemen keuangan khususnya perencaan  keuangan yang dimulai dari keluarga kemudian berkembang ke bisnis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini para pedagang 1)memiliki motivasi, pemahaman tentang pentingnya perencanaan keuangan 2)memiliki pengatahuan tentang tabungan dan asuransi, 3)memiliki ketrampilan tentang Budgeting keuangan yang mulai dari keluarga. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi pedagang di pasar Depok Surakarta. Abstract

Dengan berlandaskan UU No. 25 Tahun 1992 Tentang Perkoperasian menimbang bahwa koperasi perlu lebih membangun dirinya dan dibangun menjadi kuat dan mandiri berdasarkan prinsip koperasi sehingga mampu berperan sebagai soko guru perekonomian Nasional. Oleh karena itu koperasi ikut bertanggung jawab dalam pembinaan terhadap anggotanya untuk bisa mandiri dalam hal pemberdayaan ekonomi anggotanya untuk mengembangkan jiwa berwirausaha sehingga mampu membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota , sebagai implementasi dari program tersebut anggota perlu di lakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan dalam berwirausaha sehingga mampu menjadi wirausahawan yang mandiri dan berkarakter, salah satu usaha yang dilakukan yaitu usaha perdagangan melalui bisnis ritel yang dikelola secara profesional dan memiliki daya saing. Pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan di KOPKAR RSIS atau Koperasi karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Surakarta Jl. A Yani Pabelan Kartasura Sukoharjo, peserta pelatihan ditargetkan sejumlah 30 peserta dari anggota dan karyawan KOPKAR RSIS. Pelaksanaan ini direncanakan selama 6 bulan. Luaran yang diharapkan dari pengadian ini diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan peserta diharapkan memiliki jiwa berwirausaha yang mandiri dan mampu mengaplikasi ilmu dan ketrampilan yang diperoleh untuk bisa mempunyai usaha ritel yang dikelola secara profesional dan terprogram serta mempunyai daya saing di bisnis serupa.Kata kunci : Kewirausahaan, Manajemen Ritel, Koperasi

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Animal Husbandry and Healthy Board of Probolinggo Regency with research variables, namely Discipline (X1), Communication (X2), and Motivation on Employee Performance (Y). The population of this research is all employees of Animal Husbandry and Animal Husbandry Office as many as 90 people at once sampled. Data analysis method is qualitative and quantitative analysis using seven formulas that is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, classical assumption test, and regression hypothesis with SPSS 22 for windows software. Based on the test result 1) t test (Partial) is obtained the significant of discipline (X1) on employee performance with t value ≥ t table (8,389 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0,000> 0,05), for communication test result (X2) Employee with the value of t table ≥ t table (2,481 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0.015 ≤ 0,05), while for the result of motivation test (X 3) on employee performance with t value table ≥ t arithmetic (2,530 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0.013 <0.05). For test results 2) F test knows whether Discipline (X1), Communication (X2) and Motivation (X3) influence simultaneously (F) on Employee Performance (Y). F count> F table (64,088> 2.71) (Sig.0,000 <0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the analysis result of the variables affecting employee performance, it can be seen that the dominant influence the employee performance is the disciplinary variable (X1).

Abstract

This research was conducted in DLH Kota Probolinggo with the aim to know whether conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) have significant partially and simultaneously effect on employee performance at DLH Kota Probolinggo. Research type used is quantitative, with research variables used to consist of three kinds of variables that are independent variable (conflict and work stress) and the dependent variable (performance). Population in this research is 20% of a total employee at DLH Town of Probolinggo that is equal to 90 responders. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. The results showed that the results of the analysis F test known together Conflict and Work Stress significantly influence employee performance in DLH Probolinggo city. Based on the results of the F statistic test shows the value of 64,079 with a significance of 0.000. then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Partially work conflict is significant and significant to employee performance at Probolinggo Town DLH. Based on the results of t-test partial coefficient value of 5.411 with a significance of 0.000 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. And partially work stress also have an effect and significant to employees performance at DLH Town of Probolinggo. Based on the results of partial t-test shows the coefficient of 3.936 with the significance of 0.000 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Keywords: Employee Performance, Conflict, Job Stress

Abstract

Jahe merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman obat yang dikembangkan sebagai bahan obat tradisional. Namun produktivitas jahe merah mengalami penurunan. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan pesemaian jahe merah.  Kegiatan dilakukan Desa Wonorejo, Kecamatan Jatiyoso, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) Koordinasi dengan tokoh masyarakat dan petani mitra; 2) Sosialisasi tentang hasil penelitian tahun 2020; 3) Penyuluhan tentang pesemaian jahe merah, dan 4) Pelatihan pesemaian jahe merah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa petani sangat tertarik dan berminat dalam budidaya jahe merah, yang tercermin dari keaktifan dalam berdiskusi maupun dalam melaksanakan pelatihan. Hasil demplot pada pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang dengan proporsi tanah: pupuk kandang 2:1 baik pada lahan maupun polybag meningkatkan persentase daya kemunculan tanaman dan pertumbuhan tanaman, sehingga hal ini dapat direkomendasikan pada tingkat petani jahe merah.

Abstract

The human life that is in the globalization period has a lot of shifting values, and the norm that raises behaviors that tend to ignore norms and moral order. Pancasila as an open ideology continues to improve itself by developing meaning without compromising the basic value. The law in Indonesia contains rules to control the global values that have been present. Indonesian man is a culture that is obedient to the rules or the positive law by using progressive law that is sourced from the value of humanity. Pancasila as the foundation of the legal source will be the footing of the community to be a good citizen in the Order of society, nation and state that remains oriented to the human being itself. The research method of using the normative law reach is research with the approach of legislation. The results showed the revitalization of Pancasila ideology as an attempt to return Pancasila as a guideline for Indonesia's nation and state. Pancasila as a national ideology as a nation, advisers and directors in the country of Indonesia that is a charateristic nation.

Abstract

Student organizations are organizations within the university whose members are students with the aim of accommodating the talents, interests, and potential of students which are carried out outside of lecture activities. So that the objectives of this study are (1) To determine the role of student organizations in the development of soft skills of students at the University of Education of Indonesia. (2) Knowing the types of soft skills that have developed during organizational activities. The method used in this research is a questionnaire method. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online with google form media. The subjects in this study were active students of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Education of Indonesia who participated in organizations within the author's environment. The results obtained were (1) student organizations that have a very important role and support the development of soft skills themselves and (2) 88% of students stated that the types of soft skills that have developed are cooperation and collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop). The population of this research is AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop) customers who have used the services of AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop) at least twice. The sample of this study was determined using non-probability sampling so as to produce 50 respondents. The results in this study indicate that trust contributes positively to AP Garage's customer loyalty, the higher the customer's trust in a service, the higher the level of customer loyalty to the service. For customer satisfaction, it is known to contribute positively to customer loyalty. If the customer is satisfied, the customer will not move to another place and will not be reluctant to take advantage of the services that have satisfied him.
