Abstract

Kenakalan remaja di Desa Kalijaga Selatan, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, meningkat akibat disfungsi keluarga, pengaruh lingkungan sosial, dan kurangnya aktivitas positif. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kenakalan remaja dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan pola asuh positif untuk orang tua, workshop keterampilan bagi remaja, serta penguatan peran komunitas melalui kelompok pemuda dan relawan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan perbandingan data sebelum dan sesudah program. Hasilnya menunjukkan penurunan kenakalan remaja sebesar 40%, peningkatan partisipasi remaja dalam kegiatan positif hingga 60%, serta kesadaran orang tua meningkat 85%. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan remaja di desa tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use on decisions to use QRIS in Palembang City through satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach method, the population in this study were QRIS users in Palembang City with a sample size of 226 respondents. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis, Bootstrapping using the Smart-PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that: (1) Perceived Security has no direct effect on Usage Decisions, (2) Perceived Usefulness has a direct positive and significant effect on Usage Decisions, (3) Perceived Ease of Use has a direct positive and significant effect on Usage Decisions, (4) Perceived Security has a direct positive and significant effect on Satisfaction, (5) Perceived Usefulness has a direct positive and significant effect on Satisfaction, (6) Perceived Ease of Use has a direct positive and significant effect on Satisfaction, (7) Satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on Usage Decisions, (8) Perceived Security has an indirect effect on Usage Decisions through Satisfaction, (9) Perceived Usefulness has an indirect effect on Usage Decisions through Satisfaction, (10) Perceived Ease of use has an indirect effect on Usage Decisions through Satisfaction. Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises play a strategic role in driving regional economic growth, yet they still face challenges in accessing capital. The government, through PT Bank Sulselbar, distributes the People's Business Credit program as an effort to increase the income of business actors. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the People's Business Credit program on increasing the income of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with survey techniques through questionnaires distributed to 68 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results show that input and process variables have a positive and significant effect on income increase, with a contribution rate of 68.1 percent. This study concludes that the People's Business Credit program is effective in supporting business development and increasing the income of small business actors in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of leadership, work experience, compensation and work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production. The type of research used in this research is the type of quantitative research. The source of the data comes from the results of a questionnaire aimed at employees of the production division. The population in this study were all employees of the production division, totaling 75 people and the sampling in this study used the saturated sampling method, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled, this was done because the population was relatively small or less. of 100, with a sample of 75 people. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression, for data analysis with the help of the SPSS Ver 21 program. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between leadership, work experience, compensation and work environment on work productivity, the results of the multiple regression test are Y = 0.470 + 0.079 X1 + 0.975 X2 + 0.067 X3 + 0.060 X4, and the results of the F test are Fcount (636.862) > Ftable (2.50). with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the independent variables namely leadership, work experience, compensation and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely work productivity.

Abstract

Based on observations during the Community Service Program (KKN) in Manera Village, Salomekko District, Bone Regency, it was identified that the majority of residents work as farmers and livestock breeders. Rice straw, as agricultural waste, is often not optimally utilized, even though it has the potential to be used as silage as a nutritious animal feed. The aim of this program is to provide training to the community on practical, efficient rice straw silage making techniques that can increase the availability of animal feed throughout the year. Activities are carried out through extension methods, direct demonstrations, and practice with the Manera village community. The results of the activities show high community enthusiasm and increased skills in processing rice straw into quality animal feed.

Abstract

Peningkatan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan ruang kelas menjadi salah satu kebutuhan utama dalam lingkungan akademik, khususnya pada Program Studi Teknik Telekomunikasi. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring ketersediaan ruang kelas berbasis komunikasi LoRa (Long Range) guna memantau status ruang secara real-time dan jarak jauh. Sistem dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler, modul LoRa RFM95W sebagai media transmisi data nirkabel jarak jauh, dan LCD I2C untuk menampilkan status ruang pada sisi lokal. Selain itu, aplikasi berbasis MIT App Inventor dikembangkan sebagai antarmuka pengguna untuk mempermudah proses pemantauan melalui perangkat seluler.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan Internet of Things (IoT) menghadirkan peluang besar untuk mengotomatisasi sistem akademik, khususnya pengelolaan ruang kelas. Keterbatasan informasi ketersediaan ruang sering menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam penjadwalan dan pemanfaatan fasilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem monitoring ketersediaan ruang kelas berbasis RFID menggunakan e-KTP sebagai identitas dosen di Program Studi Teknik Telekomunikasi. Sistem terdiri dari dua node sensor di ruang R.301 dan R.302 untuk mendeteksi kehadiran dosen, serta satu node gateway sebagai pusat penerima data. Komponen utama meliputi mikrokontroler ESP32, modul RFID RC522, LCD I2C, dan LoRa RFM95W untuk komunikasi nirkabel. Status ruangan “Occupied” atau “Empty” dikirim ke gateway dan ditampilkan melalui LCD. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi pembacaan RFID mencapai 100%. Pada komunikasi LoRa, kualitas sinyal terlemah terjadi di lapangan terbuka pada jarak 130–150 meter dengan nilai RSSI -84 hingga -83 dBm. Sementara itu, di dalam gedung nilai terendah tercatat di ruang 303 sebesar -110 dBm karena jarak terjauh dan hambatan fisik. Pengujian packet loss menunjukkan kehilangan maksimum 6,67% di ruang 302 dan 305 (LOS) serta 13,33% di ruang 303 (NLOS). Hasil ini membuktikan sistem mampu menjaga komunikasi data secara andal dalam berbagai kondisi dan layak diterapkan sebagai solusi smart campus yang efisien dan modern.

Abstract

Urban areas have densely populated housing, which can cause problems in the event of a fire. The problem that often occurs is that when a fire occurs, the fire department often arrives late, so that the losses due to the fire are even greater. Based on these problems, the authors want to design a House Fire Early Warning System Design Based on the Internet of Things, which is a prototype of a fire early warning tool as a medium of information. In this tool, the system designed is a fire detection system that works in real time and also knows the location of the fire. This system uses a fire sensor (KY-026), a smoke sensor (MQ-2) and a temperature and humidity sensor (DHT 11), based on the NodeMCU microcontroller to detect the presence of fire, smoke and fire temperature. The data received from the three sensors will be sent to the server using NodeMCU. This system utilizes the Telegram Bot and Website as an interface to provide location information to the nearest fire department by displaying it on the Mapbox and the LED lights up as an indication of a fire and a buzzer sounds to alert the home owner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif efektivitas plang edukasi yang berisi informasi tentang lamanya waktu sampah terurai dalam mendorong perilaku ramah lingkungan pada masyarakat kelurahan Pancaitana, Kecamatan Salomekko. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan plang edukasi pada lokasi strategis secara signifikan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap bahaya jangka panjang dari sampah anorganik. Selain itu, plang tersebut turut mendorong perubahan perilaku, seperti meningkatnya kedisiplinan dalam membuang sampah, adanya upaya awal dalam pemilahan sampah, serta berkurangnya ketergantungan pada plastik sekali pakai. Dengan demikian, plang edukasi dapat dipandang sebagai media komunikasi lingkungan yang efektif, murah, dan relevan dengan konteks sosial masyarakat dalam memengaruhi pola perilaku kolektif menuju keberlanjutan.

Abstract

This research focuses on the contribution of the egg tray manufacturing business operated by Mitra Bina Mandiri (MBM) Egg Tray Group to increasing community income in Cipotakari Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The study aims to analyze the business’s contribution to improving income levels and reducing the unemployment rate among the local population. A descriptive qualitative method was used, and data analysis was systematically conducted through the stages of data collection, reduction, coding, and presentation with the assistance of Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results show that the presence of Mitra Bina Mandiri (MBM) Egg Tray Group has had a positive impact by creating new job opportunities, especially for residents who previously did not have permanent employment. The structured work system and the use of recycled raw materials further strengthen the business’s contribution to increasing income and improving community welfare. This study also emphasizes that micro-enterprises based on local potential can serve as a concrete solution for sustainable rural economic development and community empowerment.
