The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Marawi Family Office, Tiroang District, Pinrang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 1,342 family cards from three environments, the sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with the results of 93 people, taken based on cluster techniques. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data selection, data clarification, data tabulation, data standardization using the SPSS 21 application. Based on the research taken from the results of the questionnaire data processing, the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 64 % is included in the "Good" category, while the recapitulation of the Community Satisfaction variable is with a percentage of 63%.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soaking coconut fiber in sodium hydroxide solution on the strength of the coconut fiber composite. This research was divided into several stages, namely: preparation of materials and tools, the process of soaking coconut fiber, making coconut fiber composites, testing the tensile and flexural properties of coconut fiber composites, and analyzing the test results. Coconut fiber is soaked in sodium hydroxide solution, then dried in an oven, then used as a composite reinforcement using BQTN 157 polyester resin with a composition of 5% coconut fiber. Based on the results of the tensile test according to the ASTM D638-03 standard, and the flexural according to the ASTM D790 standard, it was concluded that the process of soaking coco fiber in sodium hydroxide solution of 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% had not been able to increase the strength of the coco fiber composite with composition of 5% coconut coir fiber compared to the strength of the resin.

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of extraversion personality interactions and agreeableness on the work involvement of lecturers at Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, South Sumatra. The focus of this research is on the personality of the lecturer and aims to explore the influence of the interaction between extraversion and agreeableness on work involvement. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The form of analysis of the validity of exploratory factor analysis and through the SPSS program, the results concludedit does not thatindicate that the interaction between extraversion and agreeableness has a positive and significant influence on work involvement. The results obtained by extraversion having an alpha of 0.945 extraversion have a significant effect on work involvement, while agreeableness has an alpha of 0.965, and work involvement has an alpha of 0.761. agreeableness has a significant effect on work involvement. Abstrak Perlebahan merupakan suatu rangakain kegiatan pemanfaatan lebah madu yang ramah lingkungan dan dikenal sangat banyak manfaatnya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal yang masih dipraktikkan dalam kegiatan perlebahan madu alam di Kampung Persada Tongra, Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Mengetahui cara pemanenan madu alam yang dilakukan di Kampung Persada Tongra, Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dukungan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini Bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal perlebahan: Membakar kemenyan, menentukan waktu pemanenan, pembacaan doa sebelum pemanenan, gotong royong, upacara adat, mempunyai pantangan dan larangan, pempunyai sanksi, Perlindungan pohon tualang dan sarang lebah, alat pemanenan digunakan secara turun temurun. Cara pemanenan madu alam: Pemanenan madu alam dilakukan secara tradisional dan diawali dengan pengusiran lebah melalui ritual perlindungan dari sengatan lebah, pemanjatan pohon, pengusiran lebah melalui pengasapan sarang, penurunan sarang lebah, penirisan, penyaringan dan pengemasan hasil panen madu.Kata Kunci: Perlebahan, kearifan lokal, Kampung Persada Tongra

Distribusi Spasial Lauraceae Di Hutan Arul Relem Kabupaten Gayo Lues Provinsi Aceh Cici Ariska A; Essy Harnelly; Muhammad Rusdi

Abstrak. Hutan Arul Relem merupakan hutan lindung yang terdapat di Kecamatan Pining yang masih menyimpan keanekaragaman hayati baik flora maupun fauna, salah satu keanekaragaman yang terdapat di hutan Arul Relem adalah suku Lauraceae. Suku Lauraceae merupakan kelompok tumbuhan yang memiliki kualitas kayu yang bagus dan nilai ekonomi yang cukup penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis suku Lauraceae dan memetakan keberadaan suku Lauraceae di hutan Arul Relem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode garis berpetak yang dibuat sebanyak 4 transek dan 20 plot. Di mana panjang setiap transek 180 m, dan setiap transek dibuat 5 petak ukur yang berukuran 20x20 m dengan jarak antar petak 20 m, dan pada setiap petak ukur dibuat sub-sub petak berdasarkan strata pertumbuhan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di hutan Arul Relem terdapat 10 jenis suku Lauraceae yang berasal dari 5 genus yaitu genus Actinodapne, Litsea, Beilcsmiedia, Cinnamomum, dan Phoebe, dengan jumlah individu sebanyak 93 individu yang terdiri dari 30 individu pada strata pohon, 17 individu tiang, 12 individu pada strata pancang, dan 34 individu strata semai. Jenis yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah jenis Actinodaphne nitida yaitu sebanyak 19 individu dan strata pertumbuhan yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah strata semai. Suku Lauraceae tersebar pada beberapa ketinggian yaitu pada ketinggian 500 mdpl terdapat 31 individu suku Lauraceae, pada ketinggian 520 mdpl terdapat 38 individu, pada ketinggian 550 mdpl terdapat 17 individu, dan pada ketinggian 575 terdapat 4 individu. Tingkatan yang paling dominan ditemukan pada setiap ketinggian adalah strata semai dan jenis yang paling dominan ditemukan adalah jenis Actinodaphne nitida, Actinodaphne glabra, dan Litsea sp.Abstract. Arul Relem Forest is a protected forest located in Pining District which still stores biodiversity both flora and fauna, one of the diversity found in Arul Relem forest is the Lauraceae tribe. The Lauraceae are a group of plants that have good wood quality and significant economic value. The purpose of this study was to identify the species of the Lauraceae tribe and to map the presence of the Lauraceae tribe in the Arul Relem forest. The method used in this research is the checkered line method which consists of 4 transects and 20 plots. Where the length of each transect is 180 m, and each transect is made 5 plots measuring 20x20 m with a distance between plots of 20 m, and in each measuring plot, sub-plots are made based on growth strata. Based on observations in the Arul Relem forest, there are 10 species of the Lauraceae family originating from 5 genera, namely the genus Actinodapne, Litsea, Beilcsmiedia, Cinnamomum, and Phoebe, with a total of 93 individuals consisting of 30 individuals in tree strata, 17 pole individuals, 12 individuals in the sapling strata, and 34 individuals in the seedling strata. The most common type found was Actinodaphne nitida, which was 19 individuals and the most common growth strata was the seedling strata. The Lauraceae tribe is spread over several altitudes, namely at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level there are 31 individuals of the Lauraceae tribe, at an altitude of 520 meters above sea level there are 38 individuals, at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level there are 17 individuals, and at an altitude of 575 there are 4 individuals. The most dominant level found at each altitude was the seedling strata and the most dominant species found were Actinodaphne nitida, Actinodaphne glabra, and Litsea sp.

The distribution and abundance of fish are strongly influenced by several oceanographic parameters, one of which is chlorophyll-a. Chlorophyll-a is one of the oceanographic parameters that play an important role in primary productivity in the sea. The distribution of chlorophyll-a contained in phytoplankton can be used as a measure of fertility in water. With advances in geographic information systems or remote sensing, the distribution of chlorophyll-a can be used to estimate fish catchment areas. This study aims to look at the distribution of chlorophyll-a in Aceh waters both spatially and temporally to predict fishing locations. This study used satellite imagery combined with a Geographic Information System (GIS) to detect chlorophyll-a’s distribution. The results of satellite image processing show that the average monthly value of chlorophyll-a in Aceh waters ranges from 2.71 – 23.54 mg/m3, areas with high chlorophyll-a are generally located in the western waters of Aceh to the southwestern waters of Aceh, while areas with The lowest chlorophyll-a is generally in areas far from the coast (towards the open sea) with a range of 0.04 – 0.5 mg/m3 where the lowest average occurs in the east monsoon. Corn is included in the category of fruit that farmers have planted since ancient times using the instinct method in determining the soil content of corn plants. Along with the development of the times, farmers used a soil meter to measure soil pH, humidity, and lighting. However, there are areas for improvement in the microcontroller in the form of data that needs to be stored. So farmers need calculations to measure soil pH, water pH, and humidity. Monitoring is carried out by storing data to continuously know the level of its value. Based on these problems, through this research, an application for monitoring soil content, moisture content and soil moisture for corn fields through a microcontroller-based web was made, and data collection was carried out in the farmer's field in Batu Ampar village covering an area of 10,000 meters2. The microcontroller's data follows field conditions, the results of calculations using web. At the same time, the web page can be viewed by farmers. Besides being able to monitor soil and water, farmers can see the location of the soil whose data was taken on the free user maps page and choose a marker, then the name of the place, address, date and time of the pH results have been monitored will appear. For further research development, the authors suggest minimizing the cost of making a microcontroller, adding sensors, and hosting web pages so that they can be viewed in the form of a mobile web application.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan menemukan Model Pengembangan Kapasitas Adaptif Pemerintah Daerah dalam Peningkatan Produktivitas Pertanian di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Jenis Penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan serta menggunakan alat bantu analisis dengan aplikasi N-VIVO. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). Kapasitas Adaptif Pemerintah Daerah menurut Grindle yang memfokuskan pada dimensi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Penguatan Organisasi, dan Pembaharuan Institusional memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam peningkatan produktivitas pertanian di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 2). Model Program Transformasi Agrobisnis Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang (PATARAKASI) dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi adaptif dalam merespon perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada sektor pertanian sekaligus sebagai langkah inisiatif secara holistik yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kapasitas adaptif pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian yang berkelanjutan demi terwujudnya visi sebagai daerah Agrobisnis yang Maju.
