Abstract

At PT. Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk., the growth of polyester production industries is anticipated to enable the production of high-quality fiber in response to client demand. One of the divisions in charge of reviewing client complaints about thread sample issues is client Technical Service. In order to analyze the sample complaints, a lengthy procedure of reviewing the history of consumer purchases of yarn samples in a summary of the customer complaint list book was undertaken. In order to handle the process of processing customer complaints regarding thread samples by implementing the Laravel Framework, an application is required. The Laravel framework is an open source platform that aids in the speedy, reliable, and simple development of applications. Lean Software Development (LSD), which is based on the Agile Development model, is complicated in how Laravel handles coding on the Hypertext Preprocessor. the process that includes phases for needs analysis, design, system implementation, and testing. Blackbox is used to test application functionalities before User approval Testing (UAT) is done to gauge user approval of new apps. The Laravel Framework's UAT test results, which were attained by 85% in the building of consumer thread example complaint applications, can assist businesses in managing customer complaint data and adhering to business requirements.

Abstract

The case of termination of employment is not a difficult case to find. One of the cases of Termination of Employment that occurred was the case of the Industrial Relations Dispute in the Medan District Court between the insurance company PT. Kresna Life Insurance against William Winata as the supervisory position holder, with decision number 248/Pdt.Sus- PHI/2019/PN. Mdn. On July 22, 2017 William Winata sent a letter addressed to PT. Kresna Life Insurance regarding the review of the contents of the mutation warrant which at the core of the application is willing to be transferred by asking for a mutation fee but does not receive a response and the Defendant's bipartite request is also ignored so that the bipartite is considered a failure, the mutation made by the Defendant is a fraudulent mutation that very forced to avoid obligations and responsibilities for employee rights due to changes in the Agency System. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal rules in Indonesia regarding unilateral termination of employment by the company, to determine the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the IRC decision, and to determine the legal analysis of the termination of employment by the company in the decision number 248/pdt.sus-PHI/ 2019/pn.mdn.The research conducted is normative legal research with a sociological juridical approach (empirical) which is taken from secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials.Based on the research, it is understood that Decision Number 248/Pdt.Sus- PHI/2019/Pn.Mdn is a decision whose lawsuit value is below Rp.150,000,000 so that all charges for the case are borne by the government. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the decision are generally due to the limited budget from the government to finance the execution and the uncertainty of the time period when the execution costs will be disbursed. In the decision of the Industrial Relations Court in the case of Termination of Employment (PHK) which orders employers to pay for the rights of workers who are laid off, such a decision can be executed or implemented because it is condemnatoir or punishment. There is a possibility that the entrepreneur will not implement the decision to pay for the rights of the worker/laborer. If theentrepreneur does not implement such a decision, the entrepreneur has committed an unlawful act.Keywords: Industrial Relations, Layoffs, Insurance Companies

Abstract

ABSTRAK Patofisiologi manusia merupakan mata pelajaran mendasar dalam pendidikan vokasi kesehatan yang memberi bekal pada mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan penting tentang mekanisme penyakit dan gangguan kesehatan. Namun, waktu yang untuk mempelajari materi yang kompleks terbatas, sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa untuk memahami konsep-konsep utama secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan media flashcard dan flash virtual dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada materi patofisiologi manusia, khususnya mengenai penyakit yang disebabkan oleh paparan radiasi. Kegiatan intervensi pembelajaran dilakukan di kelas, dan mahasiswa mempelajari proses patofisiologis akibat paparan radiasi menggunakan flashcard fisik dan media flash virtual. Penilaian dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran untuk menilai perubahan tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa. Penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan bermakna dalam pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi setelah menggunakan alat pembelajaran berbasis flashcard. Sifat interaktif dan repetitif dari media tampaknya berkontribusi positif terhadap performa belajar mereka. Flashcard dan media flash virtual merupakan alat bantu yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mempelajari patofisiologi manusia, terutama dalam mengatasi keterbatasan waktu pengajaran. Metode ini dapat diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan vokasi kesehatan guna mendukung pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik.  Kata Kunci: Flashcard, Flash Virtual, Pembelajaran, Patofisiologi  ABSTRACT Human pathophysiology is a fundamental subject in health vocational education, equipping students with essential knowledge about disease mechanisms and health disorders. However, the time allocated for studying this complex material is often limited, posing a challenge for students to grasp and retain key concepts effectively. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of using flashcards and virtual flash media in enhancing students' learning outcomes in human pathophysiology, specifically focusing on diseases caused by radiation exposure. A classroom-based intervention was conducted in which students utilized both physical flashcards and virtual flash media to study radiation-induced pathophysiological conditions. Pre- and post-learning assessments were administered to measure changes in students’ knowledge levels. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ understanding and retention of the material after using the flashcard-based learning tools. The interactive and repetitive nature of the media contributed positively to their learning performance. Flashcards and virtual flash media are effective tools for improving student comprehension in human pathophysiology, particularly within limited instructional time. These methods can be integrated into health vocational education to support more engaging learning experiences. Keywords: Flashcard, Flash Virtual, Learning, Pathophysiology

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ability of students at SMPN 7 Cempaga to read the Qur'an. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of 10 seventh-grade students, Islamic Education teachers, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, and the Principal. The results of the study indicate that the absence of a program to encourage Quran reading at school, limited time for religious education, and a lack of support and guidance from parents are the main factors contributing to the students' low ability to read the Quran. Additionally, limited facilities such as the availability of Quran manuscripts at home and an unsupportive social environment further exacerbate the situation. These findings emphasize the need for collaboration between schools, families, and the community in fostering sustainable Quran reading habits, through the implementation of special programs at school, enhancing parental involvement, and providing adequate learning facilities. With collective efforts, it is hoped that students' Quran reading skills will develop optimally and support character development and the quality of religious education at SMPN 7 Cempaga.

Abstract

In this modern era, memorizing the Qur’an has become a characteristic of various educational institutions. If we look closely at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, memorizing was not a matter of speed of time but the importance of religious teachings to be understood, taught and applied in everyday life. For this reason, this article will discuss about Implementation of STIFIn Concept in Tahfizh al-Qur’an Learning at SMP IT Madani Payakumbuh. The method used in this research is qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with 48 respondents, namely class IX students of SMP IT Madani Payakumbuh. After carrying out in-depth research the author found that implemetion of STIFIn Concept in Tahfizh al-Qur’an Learning at SMP IT Madani Payakumbuh are i) Implemetion of STIFIn concept has been running for the past three years, ii) There are differences in students' memorization abilities based on the types in STIFIn concept, iii) Of the five intelligence machines that students have in memorizing the Qur’an, the Thingking type is the most efficient type in the memorization process, because the way this type works is used to being effective and produces high certainty, so this type will manage with full stability. In the future, the author hopes that this research will have a positive impact, especially at Islamic School and Teacher of Tahfizh Qur’an

Abstract

Tofu and tempeh are foods derived from a variety of processed soybeans which have been famous foods among the public for a long time because the tariffs are relatively affordable and widely consumed by the public from various groups. Its existence has long been known and recognized as a healthy and nutritious food. A micro and macro industrial business must have K3 guidelines and K3 standards, although micro-enterprises such as tempeh tofu must also have standards that have been set Industrial work standards which refer to the K3 Law regarding K3 standards. This study focuses on analyzing the standards of the tempeh tofu home industry on occupational safety health (K3) aspects in Purwodadi village, Kuala Pesisir district, Naga Raya regency. This research describes a qualitative type of research. The sample in the study consisted of 14 informants accumulatively broken down from 7 main informants and 7 transmission informants. The measuring equipment used is in the form of literature studies, observations and interview guidelines. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis whose results were presented in the form of a narrative( descriptive). The results of the study showed that applying assessment standards to buildings has not met the qualifications of businessworthy buildings. Conclusions of the study; each business is required to apply home industry standards and K3 aspects so that work productivity is good and guaranteed from work accidents.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of self-authenticity and role balance among students in coping with academic demands and the dynamics of the digital era. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design, data were collected from 92 students of the Islamic Education (PAI) Study Program, class of 2022, at IAIN Palangka Raya through the Authenticity Scale questionnaire and a role balance scale, then analyzed descriptively. The results show an average self-authenticity score of 4.91 (SD = 0.93) and a role balance score of 4.52 (SD = 1.12) on a 1–7 scale, with the majority of respondents falling within the moderate to high category. However, around 15% of students showed low scores in role balance, indicating vulnerability to identity crises due to social pressure and the influence of digital media. These findings highlight the need to strengthen digital literacy, limit the consumption of content that promotes social comparison, and internalize civic values and self-reflection to reinforce students’ personal identity. The implication is that higher education institutions need to design interventions that support psychological well-being, foster intrinsic motivation, and promote sustainable academic achievement amid the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Neo-vernacular architecture is a movement that developed during postmodernism, an architectural movement that emerged in the mid-1960s. Postmodernism emerged in connection with the protest of modernist architects against monotonous models (block-shaped buildings), which were believed to have no character that could distinguish buildings from other buildings. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. In this case the application of neo-vernacular architecture in the construction of the Public Service Mall Building "MPP" in Jepara Regency is by applying the joglo roof of the Astana Sultan Mosque building which has a mixed architectural style of Hindhu-Buddhist, Javanese and Chinese cultures combined with motif ornaments from troso blangket batik which is also one of the characteristics of Jepara Regency itself. On the other hand, the main building of the Public Service Mall is inspired by the means of transportation "Ship" which describes most of the Jepara people as fishermen. The design of the Public Service Mall "MPP" in Jepara Regency through the Neo-vernacular Architecture approach aims to provide more optimal services for the community and is also expected to be used as one of the solutions to maintain and preserve local cultural patterns in an increasingly modern era in all aspects, especially in terms of infrastructure so as not to be eroded by the times and lost to oblivion in the future

Abstract

Sengon (Falcataria falcata) merupakan salah satu komoditas penting karena memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, pertumbuhan cepat, serta banyak dimanfaatkan dalam industri kayu. Namun, budidaya sengon sering terkendala oleh serangan hama dan penyakit yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas bahkan menimbulkan kerugian ekonomi bagi petani maupun pelaku industri. Pengetahuan masyarakat terkait jenis hama dan penyakit, gejala serangan, serta teknik pengendaliannya masih terbatas sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan kapasitas melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan hama penyakit sengon yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Sertifikasi Perbenihan Tanaman Hutan, Kabupaten Sumedang, dengan peserta sebanyak 30 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui metode pre-test dan post-test yang berisi materi mengenai identifikasi hama dan penyakit, gejala serangan, serta strategi pengendalian. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata nilai peserta meningkat dari 72% menjadi 77,83%. Peningkatan signifikan terjadi pada peserta berpendidikan SMP dan Sarjana serta kelompok usia 41–47 tahun dan 55–61 tahun, sedangkan peserta SMA dan usia 34–40 tahun justru mengalami penurunan. Variasi ini menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang pendidikan, usia, dan motivasi belajar. Secara umum, sosialisasi dan pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta, meskipun strategi pembelajaran perlu lebih adaptif agar hasil lebih merata

Abstract

Fenomena kebiasaan begadang di kalangan atlet semakin meningkat seiring dengan padatnya aktivitas latihan dan penggunaan gawai hingga larut malam, yang berdampak negatif terhadap performa olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebiasaan begadang terhadap performa fisik, aspek psikologis, serta kemampuan kognitif atlet olahraga. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-korelasional, melibatkan 100 atlet aktif dari Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) olahraga di tiga universitas negeri di Jawa Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kebiasaan tidur yang dimodifikasi dari Athlete Sleep Behavior Questionnaire (ASBQ), tes daya tahan anaerobik, serta instrumen Profile of Mood States (POMS) dan Digit Symbol Substitution Test (DSST) untuk mengukur aspek psikologis dan kognitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan begadang berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap ketiga dimensi yang diuji. Atlet dengan durasi tidur kurang dari 6 jam mengalami penurunan daya tahan fisik rata-rata sebesar 18%, tingkat motivasi dan suasana hati yang lebih rendah, serta penurunan fokus dan konsentrasi hingga 21% dibandingkan atlet yang tidur cukup. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kebiasaan begadang dapat mengganggu pemulihan fisiologis, menurunkan stabilitas emosional, dan melemahkan fungsi kognitif yang penting dalam performa kompetitif. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen pola tidur dalam pembinaan prestasi atlet melalui pendekatan edukatif dan intervensi kebersihan tidur (sleep hygiene).
