Abstract

The digitization of the transportation system has encouraged online ticket booking platforms such as the RedBus application. RedBus helps the public to order tickets from various bus operators in Indonesia. Users can download and view reviews of the RedBus application through the Google Play Store. Reviews are important for both users and developers. However, there are users who give high ratings but have negative reviews. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze user reviews to classify these reviews into positive and negative sentiments class. The total data used is 500 reviews with details of 250 reviews in each positive and negative class. The stages for classifying are manual data labeling, text preprocessing to change the data to be more structured, weighting by the TF-RF and TF-IDF methods, classification by the Naive Bayes algorithm, and testing by the confusion matrix and k-fold cross validation. This study compares 2 word weighting methods, namely TF-RF and TF-IDF to obtain optimal accuracy results. The best accuracy results obtained were using the ratio of training data and test data of 90%:10% with TF-IDF weighting and cross validation testing with a value of k = 10. The average accuracy obtained is 93.56% accuracy, 93.97% precision, 93.57% recall, 94.68% specificity, 93.53% f-measure.

Abstract

Cooperatives at SMK Negeri Temayang are spaces that are usually used by students in conducting transactions between students and cooperative officers. Currently, the SMK Negerti Temayang cooperative serves students in making purchase transactions for food, beverages, and goods still using the conventional system. Problems that arise in making purchase transactions at cooperative stores during recess hours result in students and other visitors not being neatly arranged in queues and may be crowded when they are about to buy, making it difficult to process orders made at about the same time. In addition, it causes cooperative managers to experience obstacles and errors in summing the results of sales transactions in cooperative stores. The solution to this problem was designed and built a menu and goods ordering system, namely, "Application of the School Cooperative Store SMKN Temayang by utilizing the Midtrans Payment Gateway" so that there are no queues and resulting in crowding when the rest hour arrives. The payment method is carried out by means of a midtrans payment gateway that can handle transaction problems in cooperative stores so that transactions are made more efficiently. To build this application, a description and planning for functional and non-functional needs in the application is needed, namely utilizing the UML scheme. Application development is straightforward by using Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the programming languages PHP, DBMS MySQL, and laravel. This test is carried out after the implementation step is completed, namely blackbox testing gets 100% valid success which means the system runs well, compatibility testing gets compatible results so it can run in different browsers, and system usability testing is carried out with 5 respondents. The usability test results in an average value or final result of 82 with acceptable conclusions on the aspect of acceptability ranges, with an excellent category with a scale grade of B.

Abstract

Advances in technology make people tend to choose online transactions compared to cash. With the rapid development of technology, PT Pertamina launched their newest program, the MyPertamina application. The MyPertamina application is a combination program between loyalty and e-payment. The MyPertamina application has many users, so there are often positive and negative reviews that are irrelevant to the rating given on the Google Play Store. MyPertamina application review data will be obtained using the Web Scraping technique using the Google-Play-Scraper API. The scraped data will then be subjected to text preprocessing to clean the text so that the data can be executed. Sentiment analysis can detect whether a text contains positive or negative opinions from user reviews that are not in accordance with the rating. Random Forest is a method in analysis consisting of several decision trees as a classifier. In this study, the random forest method was used by dividing two sentiment classes, namely positive and negative, taking evaluation indicators, namely accuracy, recall, precision and f1-score. Tests were carried out based on the number of trees and tree depth on 800 data by dividing the data by 250 data per class. Based on the results of the tests and analyzes that have been carried out, with a comparison of training data and test data 80%:20% obtained values of 90% accuracy, 90% precision, 91% recall, and 89% F1-Score with a depth of 80 trees and 50 tree depths.

Abstract

CV. New Brilla Futura is one of the companies engaged in the rental of event equipment needs. The business process used to process equipment rental orders, manage rental data, equipment rental transactions, and payments in the form of screenshots of proof of transfer is also done manually where buyers interact using the company's WhatsApp. This is considered less effective and produces invalid reports. Therefore, the development of an information system that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway is made which can make it easier for managers and buyers to place orders and manage orders. System development begins with a needs analysis through consultation with stakeholders. After getting the results, a design is made in the form of a sequence diagram, class diagram, physical data model. Then make a prototype to visually describe the system requirements. Implementation of the system in the form of a website-based application using the Laravel framework with integration made to midtrans. System testing is carried out through validation testing and all test cases receive valid status. Usability testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale and obtained an average score of 87.5, meaning that the equipment rental system received Acceptability Range Acceptable status based on a questionnaire survey of 8 respondents.

Abstract

PT. JAVINA is a company engaged in the breeding, cultivation and trading of orchids and other agricultural products. In handling transactions, the company still uses conventional methods, namely written notes. This is of course less efficient and non-digitized transaction data slows down the cashier's income reporting process. In addition, the company is developing an e-commerce named isitaman.com. When e-commerce stuffing is running later, stock synchronization between products in the checkout (online sales) and at the cashier (offline sales) will certainly be a problem for the company. Therefore by utilizing a POS information system is expected to increase the efficiency of the company's business processes. As well as the transaction data management process becomes more structured and efficient. Then with a web-based information system that will facilitate integration in terms of synchronizing product stock data with e-commerce companies that are currently being built. The Javina POS information system will be built using a framework called Laravel with the PHP programming language and utilizing MySQL as database management.

Abstract

In early August 2022, Indonesia's Investment Minister, Mr.Bahlil Lahadalia, announced that the skyrocketing fuel prices have caused a national increase in fuel prices, and the difference between the current price and the one listed in the APBN has sparked discussions on removing fuel subsidies to save on the state budget. This has generated both pros and cons among the public, and one of the mediums used to express opinions on this matter is Twitter. Therefore, in this study, the author used the Bernoulli Naive Bayes Classifier classification method, which began with data collection using the Tweepy Library combined with the Twitter API, followed by data preprocessing to, then formed a text classification system with the help of N-Gram TF-IDF feature extraction, and implemented the Bernoulli Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm with the help of the Sklearn Library. With a total of 710 tweet data, divided into 80% training data and 20% test data, and passed through 3 testing scenarios (Unigram, Bigram, and Trigram), the resulting accuracies are 0.69, 0.57, and 0.57, respectively. Thus, it has been proven that the use of Unigram N-Gram TF-IDF combined with the Bernoulli Naive Bayes produces better results, particularly for sentiment analysis research.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang yang memiliki permasalahan dalam hal kemiskinan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengurangi kemiskinan ada membuat sebuah program bernama Bantuan Langsung Tunai. Program ini untuk membantu masyarakat yang masuk dalam kategori miskin atau sedang terkena musibah. Penentuan calon penerima bantuan masih dilakukan secara konvensional melalui sensus penduduk. Salah satu aspek yang menjadi pertimbangan adalah dari kondisi rumah, salah satunya adalah dari kondisi lantai serta kondisi dinding rumah. Saat ini belum ada sebuah sistem yang mampu membantu melakukan klasifikasi calon penerima dari citra rumahnya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem khusus pemrosesan citra rumah untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan berhak atau tidak menerima bantuan dengan pendekatan deep learning. Deep learning merupakan salah satu metode yang cocok untuk melakukan klasifikasi citra dengan ukuran data yang relatif besar. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah EfficientDet, karena algoritma ini mampu untuk mendeteksi objek pada gambar atau video dengan akurasi yang tinggi. Data yang digunakan adalah citra rumah yang diambil dari hasil survei wilayah Kabupaten Kediri, yaitu sebanyak 1500 data. Data tersebut diberi label berhak atau tidak berhak menerima bantuan dan dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu 1200 data training dan 300 data test. Penelitian ini mendapatkan akurasi yang cukup baik dengan rincian sebagai berikut, nilai accuracy 93%, nilai recall 92%, nilai precision 96%, serta nilai f1-score 94%. Selain itu, pada penelitian juga dilakukan pengujian performa sistem dengan mengubah nilai dari beberapa parameter serta jumlah dataset yang digunakan pada saat proses training untuk melihat efeknya terhadap hasil akurasi.

Abstract

Katering Kedai Mbak Tim merupakan salah satu nama usaha katering yang berada di Kecamatan Sukorejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sebagian besar pelanggan katering memesan melalui smartphone dan pesanan yang masuk akan dicatat oleh pengelola katering menggunakan aplikasi pencatatan bawaan di smartphone. Mulai dari pencatatan konvensional menyebabkan pesanan yang terlewat karena kurang detailnya pencatatan, pembayaran pesanan di tempat acara karena pelanggan kurang yakin yang menyebabkan resiko pesanan palsu, dan permintaan informasi berulang pada setiap pesanan dapat menyebabkan proses memesan lebih lama. Sehingga berdasarkan dari permasalahan tersebut, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi pemesanan katering yang menyediakan inovasi dalam memesan dan manajemen setiap pesanan. Solusi tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pada proses bisnisnya. Sistem akan dibuat dengan menerapkan teknologi Firebase sebagai basis data, menerapkan Midtrans sebagai metode pembayaran, dan menggunakan Google Maps API untuk mendapatkan lokasi pengguna. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototyping dengan membuat prototype untuk ditunjukkan kepada pengelola dan menghasilkan satu kali iterasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan tiga jenis pengujian. Pengujian blackbox mendapatkan hasil yang valid terhadap semua fungsionalitas sistem, pengujian efektivitas berdasarkan waktu menghasilkan peningkatan sebesar 15,18%, dan hasil pengujian usability dengan system usability scale (SUS) menunjukkan skor penilaian pada angka 75,75 yang berarti sistem dapat diterima.

Abstract

PT Venturo Pro Indonesia merupakan perusahaan outsourcing yang bergerak pada bidang jasa konsultan IT dan pengembangan software. PT Venturo biasanya melakukan penilaian karyawan setiap satu semester atau lebih tepatnya dilakukan pada bulan Juli dan Desember. Adapun penilaian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan setiap karyawan dan akan dijadikan bahan pertimbangan perusahaan untuk memutuskan apakah karyawan tersebut layak mendapatkan kenaikan jabatan. Dalam melakukan penilaian, perusahaan masih menggunakan cara manual dengan memberikan nilai setiap kriteria pada masing-masing karyawan tanpa adanya pembobotan setiap kriteria sehingga bisa menyebabkan adanya subjektifitas. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, peneliti memiliki ide untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT Venturo Pro Indonesia menggunakan metode AHP. Metode AHP dinilai dapat memberikan keputusan yang baik untuk studi kasus dengan kriteria yang banyak. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan 12 data karyawan PT Venturo Pro Indonesia dengan metode pengujian spearman rank correlation menghasilkan koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0.958 yang berarti memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Dari hasil pengujian, menyimpulkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP dapat digunakan sebagai pembantu perusahaan dalam mengambil keptusan kenaikan jabatan karyawan dan juga mempermudah proses serta memberikan hasil yang serupa seperti proses yang dilakukan secara manual.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the influence of digital marketing strategy on the competitiveness of P2L businesses, examine the mediating role of digital marketing performance in the relationship between digital marketing strategy and the competitiveness of P2L businesses and examine the role of Stakeholders in moderating the influence of digital marketing strategies on the competitiveness of P2L businesses. This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of explanation. The research sample consisted of managers/members of the P2L program group in Malang Regency. Data was collected through a survey method by sending questionnaires online to members of the P2L group and 62 respondents from 30 P2L groups participated in this research. Data analysis used the SEM-PLS method using the SmarPLS4 program. Research findings show that digital marketing strategy has a big impact on business competitiveness, but digital marketing performance does not mediate the relationship between digital marketing strategy and competitiveness. Other findings show that the involvement of higher education and government Stakeholders has a big impact and strengthens the implementation of digital marketing strategies in increasing competitiveness. In the context of this big role, P2L group managers/members should maximize digital platforms and need to increase Stakeholder involvement to strengthen competitiveness
