Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan maskoki (Carassius auratus) dengan ketinggian air yang berbeda. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada Bulan Oktober 2018 sampai dengan November 2018 yang bertempat di Kampus C Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan Universitas PGRI Palembang yang beralamat Jalan Sakti Wiranata Kelurahan Srimulya Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu : A (Ketinggian air media 5cm B (Ketinggian air media 10 cm), C (Ketinggian air media 15 cm) dan D (Ketinggian air media 20 cm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan berat rata-rata ikan maskoki (Carassius auratus) yang terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan B2 (ketinggian air 10 cm) sebesar 0.77 gr serta pertumbuhan panjang rata-rata ikan maskoki (Carassius auratus) sebesar 1.12 cm dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan Maskoki (Carassius auratus) sebesar 96.67%.

Abstract

Islam is a universal religion that regulates all dimensions of human life both; the world and the hereafter. Islam has also arranged economic problems since Islam was revealed through the Prophet Muhammad. Al-Quran and al-Hadith as the main reference of sharia economic thought. Islamic finance has become an economic system that was born along with the birth of Islam, but only this decade Islamic economic system become trending topic of discussion. Considering followers conventional notions began to look at the economic system of Syariah. In the era of globalization, there are a tendency in economic development for more attention to ethics in economic activity. This paper aims to explore in depth discussion on the trend of global economic and its development at the same time, reveals the opportunities and challenges in the economic development of sharia in the context of global economic development era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui skala likert. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif denganmenyebarkan kuesioner/angket untuk dapat diketahui valid dan reliabel permasalahan yang sedang dikaji. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan observasi terlebih dahulu, lalu wawancara, lalu penyebaran angket dan terakhir dokumentasi. Data yangdidapatkan kemudian dianalisa dengan pre-test dan main-test, berupa perhitungan data-data yang didapat dari lapangan denganmenggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah variabel independen yaitu disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja,variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di kawasan pesisir, sumberdaya perikanan menjadi mata pencaharian masyarakat sekitar. Berbagai macam olahan yang berasal dari kekayaan hasil perikanan di pesisir Pacitan seperti udang rebon dan ikan-ikan kecil yang dibuat menjadi terasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap pendapatan usaha terasi udang rebon. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2022 berlokasi di Desa Sirnoboyo, Kecamatan Pacitan, Kabupaten Pacitan. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa faktor sosial ekonomi seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman usaha, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan modal usaha secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengusaha olahan terasi udang rebon di Desa Sirnoboyo, Kecamatan Pacitan, Kabupaten Pacitan, Jawa Timur

Abstract

This research aims to discover the effect of probiotics applications on the production revenue and cost efficiency of catfish culture. This research shows that the application of probiotics on the catfish feed can decrease the amount of FCR value, in which the value of FCR with probiotics is 0.96 within 1.11 without probiotics. This result shows that the best productivity of catfish was obtained by application of probiotics with productivity of 8.4 kg/m2, and R/C Ratio 1.35. Moreover productivity of catfish culture without probiotics application is 7.3 kg/m2 and R/C Ratio 1.18. Then the value of productivity based on unit costs produces a value of Rp. 11,176, - while for ponds without the addition of probiotics in the feed of Rp. 12,709, -Production values costs that must be incurred by farmers to produce 1 kg of catfish are lower in aquaculture that uses feed with probiotics so that profits will increase. These results suggested that the farmers can optimizing the use of probiotics to increase feed efficiency from the catfish rearing business without adding other inputs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the marketing strategy of koi fish in ulate a marketing strategy using the koi fish marketing mix. Fara Koi Business Unit Farm and form The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The location of the research was done at Fara Koi Business Unit Farm, Sumberdodol Village, District of Panekan, Magetan Regency. The results showed that Fara Koi Business Unit Farm has implemented a marketing mix strategy well, each variable can be explained in detail. In products, the business unit has implemented product quality dimensions well, such as guaranteed fish quality, varied types, and sizes of koi fish, and product guarantees, as well as service or service. The price set by the business unit is lower than that of koi fish of the same quality on the market. The business unit's current target consumers are resellers, hobbies, and plasma farmers. Each target has a different price of each. There are two distribution channels carried out by the business unit, namely direct and indirect. The location of the business unit is not strategic. Promotions that have been carried out by the business unit have three aspects, namely advertising, sales promotion, and personal selling. Meanwhile, for each strategy made in between, namely, the addition of production capacity to meet consumer needs. Discounts for repeat customers. Abstract

Indonesia has various sectors that make an important contribution to its development, one of which is the fishing industry. Koi fish is a type of fish that is cultivated in Indonesia. Risk management is important for controlling risks that may occur by identifying risks and risk causes, risk categories and possible risk responses. Risk management is carried out to reduce the possibility of risk impact on this project. The House of Risk (HOR) method is used to identify risk events and risk agents and design mitigation to address the causes of these risks. This study identified 10 risk events and 16 risk drivers through the project. The priority risks addressed are A1 (ineffective financial management) and A7 (long-term material shortage) with 4 recommended mitigation actions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the stages of implementing an integrated marketing communications strategy for MSMEs to build brand awareness through Instagram social media. The paradigm used is a constructivist paradigm. The research approach used is a qualitative-descriptive approach. The instruments for this research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data processing is carried out by recording the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies, as well as identifying problems and planning. The data analysis technique used by researchers is a qualitative data analysis technique, referring to the technique proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely the interactive model. This technique consists of the following three components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. It can be concluded that in public relations and publicity activities, MSMEs do not have a public relations division. Therefore, all control is still held by the marketing division. As for publicity, MSMEs use Instagram as their main means of conveying information. Judging from the conclusions that the researchers have presented, there is a match between the concept or theory regarding integrated marketing communication strategy and the marketing communication strategies that SMEs implement in the field. However, there is one element that is not implemented, namely the public relations element, because it is still part of the marketing division, but regarding publicity, SMEs use Instagram as their publicity medium.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis usaha pembesaran lele yang menggunakan pakan tambahan maggot untuk menekan penggunaaan pelet yang merupakan struktur biaya terbesar dalam operasional budidaya pembesaran lele yaitu 67.1 %. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Pembenihan Rakyat (UPR) Christanto Darmawan di Yogyakarta. Lokasi penelitian adalah UPR pembenihan lele yang juga melakukan pembesaran lele dengan pakan tambahan maggot.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi analisis usaha budidaya pembesaran lele serta penghematan yang dapat dilakukan jika maggot diberikan sebagai tambahan kombinasi pellet untuk pakan lele. Usaha pembesaran lele dengan jumlah tebar 6000 ekor dengan volume air 32 m3dan diberi pakan tambahan maggot layak untuk dijalankan karena menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 4.177.500,- dan nilai R/C Ratio 1.72, serta dapat menghemat biaya untuk pengadaan pelet sebesar Rp. 1.808.000,- atau sebesar 29.72 % jika dibandingkan menggunakan 100% pelet.

Abstract

The processing of rebon shrimp paste has been widely carried out by people in the coastal area of Pacitan as a side activity in increasing family economic income and also participating in national development efforts in the fisheries sector. This study aims to measure the feasibility of rebon shrimp paste processing business based on financial (financial) aspects. This research was conducted during September 2022, in Sirnoboyo Village, Pacitan District, Pacitan Regency, East Java. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Descriptive quantitative research method is a method that aims to make pictures or descriptive of a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data and appearance and results. Sampling of the research was carried out on rebon shrimp shrimp paste entrepreneurs, members of Poklahsar Setya Bakti in Sirnoboyo Village. The feasibility of a business from the financial aspect is measured using the analysis of discounted investment criteria, namely the net present value, the rate of return on investment capital (internal rate of return), the ratio of net benefits to costs (net benefit cost ratio), investment return period (payback period). The shrimp paste processing business carried out by members of Poklahsar Setya Bakti in Sirnoboyo Village has good prospects for development in the future. This business is financially feasible with NPV = Rp. 32,667,112,-. IRR = 21%, Net B/C = 2.1 and a payback period of 3.3 years.
