Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts is an important foundation in mathematics learning, but many students still experience difficulties at this point this research aims to analyze efforts to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts through the application of innovative learning models and media. The method used is systematic literature review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach, including identification, screening, feasibility, and inclusion of articles. From the initial 1,279 articles, 5 relevant articles were selected that met the publication criteria for 2020-2024, were in English and indexed by the DOAJ. The results of the study show that learning models such as discovery learning, problem-based learning (PBL) assisted by generative learning significantly improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Learning media such as geogebra have proven effective in visualizing abstract concepts, while collaborative and problem-based approaches encourage active student engagement. These findings confirm the importance of selecting appropriate learning models and media to create an interactive and in-depth learning environment, the implication of this research is the need for teachers to integrate evidence-based learning innovations to improve the quality of mathematics education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that is often associated with logic and good mathematical skills, one of which is mathematical literacy. Mathematical literacy ability is the ability to understand mathematical concepts, represent mathematical models. The indicators of this research refer to the theory put forward by Garner, namely the Multiple Intelligences theory, including aspects of logical-mathematical, musical, and intrapersonal intelligence, which can affect how to understand and solve mathematical problems. This research was conducted at MA NU Assalafie in Cirebon Regency with a sample of 40 students divided into 5 groups, with one group having 8 students. This study uses the Geogebra application with a joyful learning approach. The t-test result was 0.049 with a sig value < 0.05. This research uses the Geogebra application as an innovative learning medium. The development of increasingly advanced technology makes this mathematical science can be combined with the use of application-based technology.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada meteri pertidaksamaan linier dua variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pre eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas X AKL 3 SMK Kota Cirebon  sebanyak 27 siswa dan selanjutnya diambil sampel 3 siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa lembar soal tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada tiga siswa dengan kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Kemampuan pemecahan siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kategori tinggi mempunyai skor 100%, dan siswa dengan kategori sedang siswa mempunyai kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan skor 72,73%. Sedangkan siswa dengan kategori rendah tinggi memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan skor 18,18%. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah, Sistem Pertidaksamaan Linier Dua Variabel Abstract:This study aims to determine students' problem-solving abilities on the two-variable linear inequalities material. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with pre-experimental methods. The subjects of this study were class X AKL 3 SMK Cirebon City with 27 students and then 3 students with high, medium and low abilities were taken as a sample. The instrument used in this study was a problem solving ability test sheet. Based on the results of the analysis conducted on three students with high, medium and low categories. Students' solving abilities can be concluded that students in the high category have a score of 100%, and students in the medium category have problem solving abilities with a score of 72.73%. While students in the low high category have problem solving abilities with a score of 18.18%. Keywords: Problem Solving Ability, Linear Inequality System of Two Variables

Abstract

E-Modul merupakan bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dan dipelajari melalui smartphone siswa masing-masing. Kodular adalah software ataupun website yang dapat membantu dalam pembuatan e-modul agar lebih bervariatif karena sudah dilengkapi dengan block coding. Kemampuan representasi matematis siswa penting dimiliki siswa agar siswa dapat merepresentasikan materi maupun soal yang diberikan saat pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, peneliti membuat e-modul kodular berbasis kemampuan representasi matematis ssiwa pada materi peluang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat validasi dan praktikalitas e-modul serta mengetahui kemampuan representasi matematis siswa pada materi peluang. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode R&D dan model ADDIE. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII pada salah satu SMP swasta yang ada di Kota Cirebon berjumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi, lembar praktikalitas dan soal tes kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-modul yang dibuat valid dan praktis digunakan siswa, serta untuk kemampuan representasinya digolongkan menjadi tiga kemampuan. Tiga kemampuan ini yaitu siswa berkemampuan tinggi yang memenuhi ketiga indikator, siswa berkemampuan sedang hanya memenuhi dua indikator dan siswa yang berkemampuan rendah hanya memenuhi satu indikator. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah e-modul kodular ini valid dan praktis serta layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.
