Abstract

This study aims to describe how school principal supervision at SMPT Al-Muhibbin Betung in Banyuasin Regency improved educational quality. This research strategy uses a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Teachers and school principals are sources of study data. Techniques for gathering data that include interviewing, observing, and documenting. Techniques for data analysis include data reduction, data display, and data verification/deduction. According to the study’s findings, SMPT Al-Muhibbiin Betung Betung Regency’s school principals’ oversight of efforts to raise academic standards is rated as good. The quality of education in schools is improved by the policies of the principals. It is believed that the infrastructure and amenities of schools do not adequately support children’ learning needs.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular yang berpotensi mematikan. Jika tidak dicegah, infeksi dapat menyebar luas. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Pondok Betung ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pencegahan tuberkulosis. Kegiatan diawali dengan brainstorming bersama Puskesmas dan Kelurahan, dilanjutkan koordinasi dengan kader, program intervensi, dan evaluasi. Sasaran program adalah masyarakat Pondok Betung. Intervensi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan penyebaran video edukasi di WhatsApp. Penyuluhan dievaluasi dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk menghitung nilai mean, median, serta z-score, dan hasil dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan masyarakat dengan p-value <0,001. Sementara itu, video edukasi disebarkan ke 16 grup WhatsApp dan 679 orang telah menontonnya, menunjukkan keberhasilan distribusi informasi melalui media video.

Abstract

The social and cultural conditions of Indonesian society are increasingly concerning lately. Various social problems have emerged, the education sector has been affected by these social problems, causing damage to moral values, so the importance of discipline values is one of the values that are developed because through these discipline values, other values will be formed. The formation of disciplined students is a formulation of the school's goals. This is because the purpose of the school Discipline is behavior that reflects orderly behavior and obeys various applicable provisions and regulations, Extracurricular Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa Against the discipline of Class 2 Students of SMA Darut Tauhid, Extracurricular Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa at SMA Darut Tauhid is an activity carried out outside the classroom and in it there is a Self-Defense activity that is carried out 2X in one week precisely on Friday afternoon after the Dhuhur prayer, and Sunday morning at 8 o'clock, Pencak Silat which is also an extracurricular at SMA Darut Tauhid Katol Barat is an activity that is a forum for developing the potential of participants and also exploring the interests and talents of students, The form of Implementation of extracurricular pencak silat activities is that students are able to follow certain rules that have been made. because with the existence of the Pencak Silat pagar nusa extracurricular, student discipline becomes better, for example students arrive on time to school, do not break school rules, wear neat clothes and always hand in their assignments on time

Abstract

Driver fatigue is a critical issue in the logistics industry, contributing significantly to accidents and operational inefficiencies. The system utilizes IoT devices, including physiological and vehicular sensors, to monitor real-time data, such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), and Acceleration Variance (AV). Blockchain integration ensures secure, immutable data storage and transparency, with smart contracts automating fatigue alerts and management actions. The research results show that HRV increased from 50 ms to 70 ms, reflecting better stress recovery, while AV decreased from 0.85 m/s² to 0.45 m/s², indicating more stable driving behavior. Fatigue alerts dropped by 60%, from 25 to 10 alerts per observation period, demonstrating the system’s effectiveness in early fatigue detection and prevention. The study concludes that the IoT-blockchain integration provides a robust, scalable solution for mitigating fatigue-related risks, enhancing driver safety, and fostering operational efficiency in the logistics sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe mathematics learning for students with special needs at SMK Negeri 2 Malang. This research is a qualitative research, which is analyzed descriptively. Researchers used interviews, observation and documentation in the data collection process. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Malang, which is located at 17 Veteran Street, Malang, Indonesia. The source of the interview was the inclusion class program coordinator, as well as the inclusion teacher at SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews about the implementation of inclusive class learning at SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Observations were made in inclusive classes that were carrying out learning activities to observe learning methods, the media used, how teachers and students interacted and the use of learning resources. Researchers reviewed teaching module documents, lesson plans, forms of test questions, test results and reports on learning achievement of inclusion students. The validity of the research data uses the principle of method triangulation, namely by comparing data from interviews, observations and documents. Based on the results of interviews, observations and document reviews, mathematics learning activities for students with special needs are carried out separately from regular classes, the teaching teacher is an inclusion teacher, the media used is limited to a whiteboard, with lecture and question and answer methods. Observations show that inclusion students do not easily grasp the material that has been delivered by the accompanying teacher, requiring repetition 4 to 6 times. Math learning for SBK students is not carried out at the same time as the regular class, but is carried out in the study room, taught by the inclusion assistant teacher. The accompanying teacher does not use media during math lessons. SBK students have different difficulties in learning math concepts.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Status Gizi masih menjadi perhatian dunia, pada tahun 2022 WHO mengumumkan bahwa terdapat 45,0 juta anak memiliki berat badan yang terlalu kurus dibandingkan dengan tinggi badannya. Salah satu faktor langsung yang dapat mempengaruhi status gizi anak adalah pemberian MP-ASI. Status gizi pada anak sangat erat kaitannya dengan pemberian MP-ASI. Hasil survey yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Pantee Bidari diperoleh data dari 10 bayi ternyata 7 diantara memiliki peningkatan berat badan yang normal setiap bulannya dan 3 diantaranya tidak memiliki peningkatan berat badan yang normal. Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesesuaian pemberian MP-ASI dengan kenaikan berat badan pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan Metodelogi Penelitian : Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Jumlah sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 53 sampel. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Puskesmas Pantee Bidari Kecamatan Pantee Bidari Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square test. Hasil Penelitian : kenaikan berat badan bayi mayoritas pada kategori tidak naik sebesar 30 (43,3%), kesesuaian MP-ASI mayoritas pada kategori tidak sesuai 29 (54,7%). Hasil Analisa bivariat pengaruh kesesuaian MP-ASI terhadap kenaikan berat badan bayi diperoleh nilai p=0,962. Kesimpulan : tidak ada pengaruh kesesuaian pemberian MP-ASI terhadap kenaikan berat bada pada bayi. Saran : Petugas kesehatan diharapkan agar dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan ke pada ibu tentang pentingnya pemberian MP-ASI yang tepat dan sesuai ke pada bayi nya agar berat badan bayi setiap bulannya dapat meningkat dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Kesesuaian MP-ASI, Kenaikan Berat BadanBackground: Nutritional status is still a global concern, in 2022 WHO announced that 45.0 million children will be underweight compared to their height. One direct factor that can influence a child's nutritional status is the provision of MP-ASI. The nutritional status of children is closely related to the provision of MP-ASI. The results of a survey conducted at the Pantee Bidari Community Health Center obtained data from 10 babies, it turned out that 7 of them had normal weight gain every month and 3 of them did not have normal weight gain. Research Objective: to determine the effect of the suitability of giving MP-ASI on weight gain in babies aged 6-12 months. Research Methodology: The research design used in this research is cross sectional. The number of samples taken using the Slovin formula was 53 samples. This research was carried out at the Pantee Bidari Community Health Center, Pantee Bidari District, East Aceh Regency. Data analysis used the chi square test. Research Results: The majority of babies' weight gain was in the non-increasing category at 30 (43.3%), the majority of MP-ASI suitability was in the inappropriate category at 29 (54.7%). The results of bivariate analysis of the effect of MP-ASI suitability on baby weight gain obtained a p value = 0.962. Conclusion: there is no influence on the suitability of giving MP-ASI on weight gain in babies. Suggestion: Health workers are expected to be able to provide health education to mothers about the importance of giving appropriate and appropriate MP-ASI to their babies so that the baby's weight can increase well each month.Keywords: Compatibility of MP-ASI, Weight Gain

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the school well-being of the full-day school and half-day high school students. The method used in this research is a quantitative correlational method with a population of 249 full day school students and 304 half-day schools with a total of 552. Sampling using accidental sampling The instrument in this study, namely, the school well-being profile questionnaire ( SWP), is based on Konu and Rimpela's theory, where there are four dimensions (having, loving, being, health). The results showed that there was no difference in school well-being among high school students with full-day school and half-day school systems. The results of the study are useful as a basis for providing guidance and counseling service techniques to improve school well-being in students.

Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini sistem inventori alat kesehatan yang terintergrasi dengan layanan jasa pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengoptimalkan proses pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan menjamin kualitas layanan kesehatan. Tim PKM STIKES Semarang menginisiasi adanya sebuah aplikasi web ‘Medilog’ yang memungkinkan adanya intergasi antara sistem inventori alat kesehatan rumah sakit dengan penyedia jasa layanan pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi. Sebagai pintu masuk untuk mengenalkan aplikasi Medilog, dipilihlah perusahaan pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi PT. Sinergi Indocal Sejahtera (PT. SIS). Dalam hal ini STIKES Semarang berperan sebagai pakar yang mengembangkan sistem informasi pada tahap awal, sedangkan mitra berperan dalam menyosialisasikan sistem yang dibuat. Tahapan program pengabdian antara lain adalah tahap pengembangan Medilog, sosialisasi medilog, monitoring dan evaluasi. Pengembangan medilog menggunakan metode Agile dengan framework Laravel. Sosialisasi Medilog dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Pendampingan dilakukan selama 2 bulan setelah kegiatan sosialisasi. Monev dilakukan dengan metode wawancara terhadap staff mitra dan pihak IPSRS rumah sakit. Pendekatan yang dilakukan terbukti memudahkan mitra dan pihak IPSRS untuk menangani aduan dan proses kalibrasi alat kesehatan. Selain meningkatkan efiseiansi operasional, program ini juga membuka peluang baru bagi mitra untuk berkembang dan beradaptasi dalam era digital.  Diharapkan sistem informasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan bukan hanya untuk mitra tetapi juga memiliki potensi manfaat yang luas pada pihak IPSRS di berbagai daerah untuk kegiatan pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi karena memiliki kemudahan dalam mengajukan/menerima pengaduan, menanggapi aduan kerusakan dan memantau proses pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi. Kata kunci: inventarisasi alat kesehatan; framework laravel; desain web; pemeliharaan; kalibrasi Abstract An integrated medical device inventory system with maintenance and calibration services is one solution to optimize the maintenance and calibration process so that it can increase efficiency and ensure the quality of health services. The STIKES Semarang PKM Team initiated the 'Medilog' web application that allows integration between the hospital's medical device inventory system and the maintenance and calibration service provider. As an entry point to introduce the Medilog application, the maintenance and calibration company PT. Sinergi Indocal Sejahtera (PT.SIS) was chosen. In this case, STIKES Semarang acts as an expert who develops information systems in the early stages, while partners play a role in socializing the system that has been created. The stages of the community service program include the Medilog development stage, Medilog socialization, monitoring and evaluation. Medilog development uses the Agile method with the Laravel framework. Medilog socialization is carried out using lecture and practical demonstration methods. Following the socialization session, mentoring is provided for two months. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out using the interview method with partner staff and the hospital's IPSRS. The approach taken has proven to facilitate partners and IPSRS to handle complaints and the medical device calibration process. In addition to increasing operational efficiency, this program also opens up new opportunities for partners to develop and adapt in the digital era. It is hoped that this information system can be utilized not only for partners but also has the potential for broad benefits for IPSRS in various regions for maintenance and calibration activities because it has the ease of submitting/receiving complaints, responding to damage complaints and maintaining the maintenance and calibration process. Keywords: medical equipment inventory; framework laravel; web desain; manitenance; calibration

Abstract

One of the emerging financial technology start-ups in the field of fund transfers is Flip. Flip has created innovations in the field of fund transfers in the form of fund transfer applications without administration fees. The purpose of this study is to discuss fund transfer transactions between different banks through the Flip application and provide an explanation of its provisions between Sharia Economic Law and Positive Law. The research method uses normative juridical with a qualitative approach, regulations, and context. Data collection in the form of documents related to fund transfers between other banks without administration fees through Flip and participant observation, namely, direct observation on the Flip application. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Financial Technology in Fund Transfer Transactions Between Banks Through the Flip Application has been implemented appropriately by the terms and conditions in the wakalah agreement. According to positive law, fund transfer transactions between other banks through Flip are not yet fully under the Bank Indonesia Regulation on the Implementation of Financial Technology. This study contributes to improving law enforcement in the implementation of fund transfers between banks, especially through the Flip application.
