Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of psychoeducational interventions on cancer patients who experience depression. The method used was a systematic literature search from randomized controlled trials conducted from 2 September 2022 to 7 September 2022, using Clinical Key Nursing, Embase, Proquest, and Science Direct databases. The results showed that the psychoeducational intervention in the included studies showed a beneficial effect on cancer patients with depression as assessed before the intervention and after using the Patient Health Questionnaire-8 (PHQ-8), Distress Thermometer, and Hospital Anxiety & Depression Scale (HADS). ). The five articles reviewed obtained statistical data on psychological outcomes, namely depression, from P <0.05-0.95. The psychoeducational interventions provided by the five articles are MBST (Mindfulness Based Swinging Technique), iCanDo, LTLWC (Learning to Live with Cancer), iCARE, and MINDCAN, which combine lecture-based education, skills practice, discussion, and counseling. Psychoeducational interventions are carried out online and offline by a team of health professionals. Five studies reported a significant effect in reducing depression in cancer patients. In conclusion, preliminary evidence suggests that psychoeducational interventions have beneficial effects and can relieve depression in cancer patients. Abstract

This study aims to improve the psychological well-being of cancer patients at the end of life with dignity therapy interventions. The research method used is a systematic review. The search used six databases: Science Direct, Proquest, Clinicalkey Nursing, Springerlink, Scopus, and Pubmed. From the specified keywords End of life, dignity therapy, improving psychological well-being, impact of dignity therapy, and effect of dignity therapy, data was obtained for 1,313 articles. The research results showed that in seven reviewed journals, dignity therapy was proven to be effective in reducing anxiety distress and improving psychological well-being in advanced cancer patients. In conclusion, dignity therapy can be used as an option in providing patient care at the end of life to enhance the psychological well-being of patients and families. Abstract

Based on previous studies ' results, this study aims to examine interventions that impact brain tumor survivors' quality of life. The method used is a literature study. Article search through Science Direct, Pubmed, and Google Scholar databases. The search keywords are brain tumor, QOL, RCT, and Intervention. The Boolean logic used is "AND" and "OR". The search also activates special filters such as article type: research article, access type: open access & open archive, and text availability, free full text. The results showed that the five themes that passed the selection were reviewed. Based on the articles reviewed, this study found that various interventions positively impacted the quality of life of brain tumor survivors. The interventions include yoga, health promotion based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and peer support (the Ohana project), high-quality nursing, pilates-based group therapy, and ski training. The conclusions in this study illustrate the positive benefits of various interventions given to the quality of life of brain tumor survivors. These interventions include yoga, health promotion based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), peer support (the Ohana project), high-quality nursing, group therapy-based pilates, and ski training. Abstract

Ketidakamanan kerja (job insecurity) merupakan suatu persepsi subyektif terhadap pentingnya aspek-aspek pekerjaan, ancaman terhadap aspek pekerjaan, pentingnya keseluruhan pekerjaan, ancaman terhadap keseluruhan pekerjaan dan ketidakberdayaan terhadap masalah pekerjaan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakamanan kerja diantaranya adalah karakteristik individu (usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, status perkawinan, pendapatan dan status kepegawaian). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakamanan kerja  pada perawat di RSUD Datu Sanggul Rantau dan RSUD.H. Badaruddin Tanjung.Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Variabel independen faktor yang mepengaruhi dan variabel dependen  ketidakamanan kerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 256 responden terdiri dari 151 PNS dan 105 Non PNS. Instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner skala ketidakamnan kerja, uji statistik menggunakan regresi logistik ganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakamanan kerja yaitu masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan dengan odds ratio 6,005. Hal ini dikarenakan perawat mengganggap perlindungan kerja, pembagian imbalan jasa pelayanan,  kualitas pengawasan (supervisi) keperawatan dan pengembangan kompetensi sebagai salah satu aspek pekerjaan yang penting.

Abstract

Angka kematian ibu di Indonesia pada tahun 2013 sebesar 190/100.000 kelahiran hidup. Penyebab kematian ibu sebagian besar karena preeklampsia. Pentingnya mengetahui faktor risiko preeklampsia agar dapat mencegah terjadinya peningkatan angka kematian ibu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko pada pasien preeklampsia. Penelitian deskriptif ini meneliti faktor – faktor risiko pada 107 ibu preeklampsia di ruang postpartum RSUD Kraton, Kajen dan RSI Muhammadiyah Pekajangan, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Data yang diberikan adalah biodata responden dan kuesioner Status Sosial Ekonomi dengan analisa menggunakan software komputer. Preeclampsia terjadi pada ibu primipara sebanyak 51,4%. berusia kurang dari atau sama dengan 35 tahun sebanyak 77,6%.57% pasien gemuk. Pasien preeklampsia tidak memiliki riwayat preeklampsia sebelumnya sebanyak (95,3%) dan tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit kronis 79,4% dengan status sosial ekonomi sebanyak 77,6% merupakan kelas menengah ke bawah. Pelayanan kesehatan perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor risiko preeklampsia pada ibu hamil sehingga dapat mendeteksi lebih dini dan mendapat perawatan yang terkendali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of five-finger hypnotherapy on cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The method used is a systematic review of several databases such as Scopus, PubMed, ProQuest, and EBSCOHost to search for relevant articles. The results of the study show that a total of 10 pieces have been analyzed where there are several interventions in reducing anxiety in patients, one of which is using five-finger hypnotherapy, which has proven effective in reducing anxiety levels. In conclusion, giving a finger hypnotherapy intervention can reduce anxiety in cervical cancer patients before and after chemotherapy. Abstract

Background: Cancer is a disease that can affect almost any organs or tissues of the body characterized by abnormal cells growing uncontrollably. Cancer sufferers undergo a series of treatments, either surgery, chemotherapy, radiation or a combination of the two, adjusted to the patient's own clinical condition. , type of cancer, stage of cancer . Cancers that have completed a series of treatments and nursing will then be declared in stable condition and evaluated based on the guidelines of each science. Recurrence or relapse cancer is cancer that is found after treatment is complete and monitored for a different period of time in each cancer survivors and the type of relapses can occur in the original place or can arise in distant places. In carrying out care continuum care for cancer survivors it is not only physical problems but care continuum care which also includes psychological, social and spiritual care from assessment to evaluation involving the family. Purpose: The researcher conducted a literature review which aims to find out an overview of the implementation of treatment care continuum on the incidence of relapse in cancer survivors.The method used in this writing is Literature Review with IMRAD ( Introduction,Method,Result, and Discussion ) and then we analysis using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyzes) method with a total of 9 article sources. Results: Based on studies that have been reviewed, it was found that the application of care continuum care for survivors cancer has an important role in minimizing the incidence of cancer relapse and can improve the health of cancer survivors. Conclusion: The implications of applying care continuum are expected to be applied on an ongoing basis to cancer survivors, in an effort to monitor and reduce the incidence of relapse in cancer survivors.

Abstract

 Data 90% ibu hamil yang melahirkan pertama kali mengungkapkan rasa takut karena nyeri persalinan. Perlu adanya terapi komplementer yang membantu ibu mengurangi rasa nyeri saat kala pembukaan persalinan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres hangat terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan pada kala 1 fase aktif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan quasi-eksperimental non equivalen control group. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada RS Dinda, pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2022. Responden dalam penelitian adalah 36 ibu hamil primipara yang sudah memasuki fase aktif kala 1 persalinan yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, masing-masing 18 responden untuk kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Insidental Sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur nyeri menggunakan Wong Baker Faces Rating Scale, analisis menggunakan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Paired T-Test. Menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompres hangat dapat menurunkan intensitas nyeri persalinan dengan rata-rata 1,6 yaitu dari rata-rata 8,3 menjadi 6,7 pada kelompok intervensi. Hasil uji Paired T-Test diperoleh p-value sebesar 0,001<0.05, ada pengaruh signifikan kompres hangat dalam menurunkan tingkat nyeri kala 1 fase aktif persalinan. Tenaga kesehatan perlu mempertimbangkan kompres hangat ini untuk membantu menurunkan intensitas nyeri persalinan pada kala 1 fase aktif.

Abstract

Hypertensi as a one of non-communicable diseases is need of serious attention and dealt with " nation-wide " given the high prevalence and usually people do not realize that he was suffering from hypertension. Generally only known when they come for treatment to the health service because of illness or other complaints, so hypertension is often known as " the silent killer ". Patient compliance in undergoing hypertension treatment is also a determinant that affects the control of patient's blood pressure . The most important main determinant The effect on adherence to take antihypertensive medication is long suffered from hypertension. This study aims to develop theoretical concepts about strategies to improve patient compliance in self-care for hypertensive patients both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. The study design using qualitatively with five participants and purposive sampling. From the results of the study, six themes were obtained : experience of adherence to control, experience of handling symptoms and complications, experience of taking medication adherence, experience of adherence to managing diets, lack of adherence to exercise, and obstacles to adherence . It is recommended that hypertensive patients can improve compliance for routine antihypertensive drug consumption by making simple schedules and enhancing their self-concept.

Abstract

Gynecological cancer causes severe problems in a woman's life because it attacks the reproductive organs, which are very important and related to sexual health problems. Sexual health is an often-overlooked need when it comes to treating cancer patients. This article aims to explain the concept of sexual health or sexual well-being in patients with gynecologic cancer. The method used is the Walker and Avant concept approach. To advance knowledge, concept analysis will aid in refining and clarifying sexual health. The Walker and Avant Framework clarifies current sexual health understanding and use in practice and research across multiple disciplines. This concept's critical attributes include a person's ability to perform sexual functions, sexual satisfaction, self-esteem, and self-efficacy. The conclusion of this analysis concept is to increase nurses' knowledge about sexual health in patients with gynecological cancer to improve the patient quality of life. Abstrak: Kanker ginekologi menyebabkan masalah serius bagi kehidupan seorang wanita karena menyerang organ reproduksi yang merupakan bagian yang sangat penting yang erat kaitannya dengan masalah kesehatan seksual. Kesehatan seksual adalah kebutuhan yang sering diabaikan ketika datang ke perawatan pasien kanker. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan konsep kesehatan seksual atau kesejahteraan seksual pada pasien dengan kanker ginekologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan konsep Walker dan Avant. Analisis konsep akan memungkinkan penyempurnaan dan klarifikasi kesehatan seksual untuk memajukan pengetahuan. Kerangka kerja Walker dan Avant digunakan untuk mengklarifikasi pemahaman saat ini dan penggunaan kesehatan seksual dalam praktik dan penelitian di berbagai disiplin ilmu. Atribut kritis dari konsep ini termasuk kemampuan seseorang untuk melakukan fungsi seksual, kepuasan seksual, harga diri, dan efikasi diri pada pasien dengan kanker ginekologi. Kesimpulan dari konsep analisis ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang kesehatan seksual pada pasien dengan kanker ginekologi sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.
