Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pemanfaatan koleksi e-book di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 1 Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah informan yang memberikan data penelitian melalui wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemustaka perpustakaan SMA N 1 Semarang yang terdiri dari siswa, guru dan pustakawan pengelola koleksi e-book.Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling,. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa pemanfaatan koleksi e-book berbasis web perpustakaan yaitu informan menelusur koleksi e-book secara mandiri tanpa menggunakan bantuan pustakawan.Informan menelusur koleksi e-book melalui mesin pencarian google dan web perpustakaan. Perilaku informan setelah berhasil mengakses koleksi e-book yaitu langsung dibaca dilayar, mengunduh file e-book ,di simpan sebagai koleksi pribadi,di cetak Informan memanfaatkan koleksi e-book untuk koleksi pribadi dan referensi. Sedangkan Informasi dalam e-book digunakan oleh informan yaitu menunjang pembelajaran, mengerjakan tugas, menambah ilmu pengetahuan. Kendala dan hambatan yang di alami pemustaka disaat memanfaatkan koleksi e-book adalah masalah internet yang lambat, untuk beberapa dibutuhkan kata sandi untuk membuka koleksi e-book. dan membaca di layar di anggap kurang fleksibel. Koleksi e-book merupakan koleksi baru yang pengadaannya dari usulan guru dan murid. Tujuan layanan e-book sebagai minat baca pemustaka. Promosi e-book melalui pendidikan pemakai dan melalui guru pelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Abstract: Research purpose to know the role of schools in coaching SMA/SMK Ella Hilir performance sports. The study uses a qualitative research witha descriptive approach, meaning a research procedure by illustrating objects based on actual fact thatare happening in today’s situation. This research data source is the principal, the student and sports teacher. Data collection using of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis ran a triangulation test, whichis source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on studies obtained in SMA/SMK of Ella Hilir,of the role of achievements sports that school already play a part in the development of achievement sports, this is established by facilitating the means and infrastructure of sports. To theconclusion that SMA/SMK of Ella Hilir has already played a role in the development of the performance sports, as in shown by the achievement of each school. Keywords: school roles, coaching performance sports.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran dari sekolah dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Ella Hilir. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, maksudnya adalah prosedur penelitian dengan menggambarkan obyek yang di teliti berdasarkan fakta aktual yang terjadi pada keadaan sekarang. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru olahraga dan siswa. Pengumpulan data mengunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengunakan uji triangulasi, yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Ella Hilir, tentang peran sekolah dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasibahwa sekolah sudah berperan dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana olahraga. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Ella Hilir sudah berperan dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi, hal ini di buktikan dengan perolehan prestasi-prestasi yang diraih di masing-masing sekolah tersebut.Kata Kunci: peran sekolah, pembinaan olahraga prestasi.

Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech lending) in Indonesia has significantly facilitated public access to financing; however, it has also generated various legal issues, particularly concerning the protection of creditors. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection available to creditors in loan agreements based on fintech lending from the perspectives of civil law and commercial law in Indonesia. The research employs a normative legal method, utilizing both statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that legal protection for creditors in fintech lending still faces numerous challenges, particularly regarding the validity of electronic agreements, the risk of default, and the weakness of guarantee mechanisms. Existing regulations, such as the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) concerning information technology-based lending services, have not yet provided optimal legal certainty. Furthermore, the principles of prudence and transparency have not been fully implemented by fintech providers. Therefore, strengthening regulatory frameworks and harmonizing civil law and commercial law are essential to ensure more comprehensive legal protection for creditors. This study is expected to contribute to the development of business law in Indonesia, particularly in responding to the dynamics of the digital economy.

Abstract

Internship programs represent one of the implementations of the Kampus Berdampak policy aimed at enhancing students’ competencies, work experience, and readiness to enter the professional workforce. The success of such programs is highly dependent on effective governance through the application of the management functions of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). This study aims to analyze the implementation of POAC functions in the governance of student internship programs conducted outside Universitas Bina Darma. The research was carried out at the Kampus Berdampak Service Center of Universitas Bina Darma using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation involving 23 students participating in off-campus internship programs. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics based on the mean scores of each research indicator. The findings indicate that the implementation of POAC management functions in internship governance was categorized as very good, with an overall mean score of 4.29. The planning variable achieved the highest mean score (4.39), followed by organizing (4.30), actuating (4.27), and controlling (4.21). These results demonstrate that the internship program has been managed systematically and effectively. Nevertheless, monitoring and follow-up mechanisms require further improvement to support a more optimal and sustainable implementation of the program.

Abstract

The integration of coding and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into primary and secondary education has transitioned from an option to an imperative in the digital era. This systematic literature review (SLR), guided by the PRISMA framework, synthesises global evidence to identify the core requirements for implementation and the characteristics of effective integrative curricula in the Indonesian context. Our analysis of 25 peer-reviewed studies revealed that successful integration is contingent upon four fundamental pillars: comprehensive teacher professional development, developmentally appropriate curriculum design, strategic technological infrastructure, and robust assessment frameworks. Furthermore, effective curricula are characterised by progressive and interdisciplinary integration, a strong emphasis on ethical considerations, and the use of engaging pedagogical approaches, such as project-based and game-based learning. Although international best practices provide valuable models, Indonesia still faces significant challenges related to resource equity and teacher readiness. This review concludes by proposing a phased implementation framework and outlining critical future research directions to bridge the gap between policy ambitions and classroom realities, thereby equipping Indonesian students with essential 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe implementation of coretax represents a key component of the digital transformation of tax administration aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of tax reporting. This study aims to find out how Coretax is implemented in tax reporting at PT X, the challenges faced during implementation, and the effectiveness of Coretax in improving accuracy and saving time in the company's tax reporting. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of coretax has integrated tax administration and reporting into a single system, resulting in a more streamlined reporting process. From a technology perspective, Coretax makes tax administration easier and improves reporting efficiency, even though there are still technical issues like system errors, difficulties in access, and tax data not appearing in the tax return. From an organizational perspective, the implementation of Coretax is supported by internal company coordination, human resource readiness, and the process of users adapting to the new system. From an environmental aspect, the implementation of coretax is influenced by government policies related to digital-based tax administration reforms and the support of the Directorate General of Taxes in the system implementation process. The research conclusion shows that the implementation of coretax at PT X has generally aligned with the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) theory because it involves the interconnection between technological, organizational, and environmental aspects in applying the digital tax system. ABSTRAKCore Tax Administration System (CTAS) dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital administrasi perpajakan yang bertujuan mengintegrasikan berbagai layanan perpajakan sehingga proses pelaporan pajak menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis implementasi coretax dalam proses pelaporan pajak di PT X, termasuk mengidentifikasi berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi serta mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan proses administrasi dan pelaporan pajak ke dalam satu sistem yang lebih terstruktur. Ditinjau dari aspek teknologi, coretax memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan administrasi perpajakan sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan. Di sisi lain, penerapan sistem masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan teknis, antara lain munculnya system error, kendala akses, serta belum sinkronnya sebagian data perpajakan pada Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT). Dari aspek organisasi, implementasi coretax didukung oleh koordinasi internal perusahaan, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, serta proses adaptasi pengguna terhadap sistem baru. Dari aspek lingkungan, implementasi coretax dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pemerintah terkait reformasi administrasi perpajakan berbasis digital dan dukungan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dalam proses implementasi sistem. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi coretax di PT X menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan kerangka Technology Organization Environment (TOE), yang tercermin dari keterkaitan faktor teknologi, organisasi, dan lingkungan dalam proses implementasinya.

Abstract

PT. Karya Anugrah Teknologi is a retail company that was founded in 2012 with a focus on selling computer equipment, which is located in the West Jakarta area. Every year the company holds a selection of the best employees who will be given rewards and bonuses. The purpose of this study is to create an employee performance appraisal system in order to provide rewards and bonuses for salary increases by analyzing employee data according to predetermined criteria. The process stages in the Profile Matching method used in this study include Gap Mapping, Weighting, Calculation and Grouping of Core and Secondary Factors, Calculation of Total Value, and Calculation of Ranking. The results of this study resulted in recommendations of selected employees based on the ranking calculation of the method used. The employee who is in first place is Eko with a score of 4,925. The results of the recommendation of the best employees based on this calculation are expected to be one of the decision support systems for companies to provide rewards and bonuses for salary increases for the best employees in an objective manner and pay attention to the required aspects.
