Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis perhitungan harga pokok sebagai dasar penetapan harga jual jasa sewa pameran sehingga dapat mengevaluasi seluruh keputusan yang diambil berkenaan dengan harga jual jasa pameran yang selama ini ditentukan. Dari penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok pemeran dilakukan oleh PT. Ad-House menggunakan direct cost, yaitu dengan menghitung biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan untuk satu kali event pameran yang terdiri dari biaya sewa ruang pameran, serta biaya fasilitas sambungan listrik dan telepon, biaya promosi, biaya perizinan produksi, biaya operasi project dan biaya tak terduga. Sedangkan harga pokok penjualan dihitung berdasarkan jumlah biaya sewa ruangan, biaya sambungan listrik dan telepon serta biaya promosi yang dibebankan berdasarkan prosentase dari jumlah biaya tersebut. Sedangkan dasar utama penentuan harga jual jasa sewa pameran pada PT. Ad – House Primacipta adalah metode Cost Plus Pricing, yaitu penentuan harga jual jasa sewa pameran berdasarkan biaya sewa ruangan pameran, biaya sambungan listrik dan telepon, kemudian ditambah dengan prosentase biaya promosi di tetapkan, kemudian ditambah dengan margin laba yang diharapkan sehingga didapatkan harga jual.

Abstract

Decision-making in choosing the appropriate sound system involves numerous considerations to achieve acceptable outcomes or quality. There are many critical factors influencing the selection of speaker models, such as the required program features, brand, design, power, and price. In this study, we introduce the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method as a solution for making effective and high-quality decisions when selecting the best alternatives based on predefined criteria. The COPRAS method is employed to analyze various different alternatives and estimate their utility values. The case study presented in this research involves identifying the best alternatives according to the criteria within the context of sound systems. The COPRAS method aids in evaluating alternatives by taking into account the relative weights of each relevant attribute. Consequently, the use of the COPRAS method in selecting the best sound system has proven to be effective and beneficial. This method assists in addressing complexity, enhancing objectivity, and yielding more informative and accurate decisions.

Abstract

To remain competitive globally, businesses must adapt dynamically to changing trends. In response, the necessary action is to implement the use of information technology. While CV XYZ currently has an information system in place, only certain parts of the organization have adopted it, leaving others untouched. Data was gathered through interviews and observations to assess the business environment and the company's information system environment. This research employs the Ward and Peppard method, which includes SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid analysis. The study provides strategic recommendations and examines the internal environment, the company's external information systems, and proposed information systems such as HRD information system, After Service information system, Supplier information system, customer service information system, administration information system, and promotion information system. In the McFarlan Strategic Grid mapping, all of these are deemed a priority and feasible for implementation.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, penggunaan teknologi biometrik menjadi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi aplikasi, terutama dalam konteks industri farmasi seperti Kimia Farma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi Kimia Farma berbasis Android dengan memanfaatkan teknologi biometrik fingerprint. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain aplikasi, implementasi, pengujian, dan penggunaan aplikasi. Teknologi biometrik fingerprint diterapkan untuk memverifikasi identitas pengguna secara unik dan aman sebelum memberikan akses ke fitur-fitur aplikasi Kimia Farma. Metode perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML), seperti use case diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Kimia Farma yang dilengkapi dengan teknologi biometrik fingerprint untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan pengguna. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsi-fungsi dan fungsionalitasnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan pengguna, tanpa memerlukan pengetahuan tentang detail implementasi internal dari aplikasi. Dengan demikian, penerapan teknologi biometrik fingerprint dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan kemudahan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Kimia Farma.

Abstract

This research is classified as correlational research consisting of two independent variables, namely Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction and one dependent variable Teacher Work Effectiveness. The population in the study was 305 teachers of private vocational schools in West Bogor Sub-district, with a sample size of 173 teachers, whose determination used the Slovin formula and used Proportional Random Sampling. Data were collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential statistics and analyzed SITOREM. The results showed three positive relationships. First, there is a positive relationship between Servant Leadership and Teacher Work Effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.373. Second, there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and teacher work effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.740. Third, there is a positive relationship between Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction together with Teacher Work Effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.750. And based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, it shows that there are several indicators that must be improved and several indicators must be maintained. Indicators that must be improved include the implementation of evaluations, self-adjustment to the environment, humility, trust, courage, the job itself, supervision, promotion. Thus it can be concluded that Teacher Work Effectiveness can be improved through strengthening Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction both partially and jointly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kekasaran permukaan (Ra) dan tingkat kekasaran permukaan(N) berdasarkan variasi putaran spindel dan kedalaman pemotongan pada proses bubut konvensional terhadapBaja ST 60 menggunakan pahat HSS. Langkah penelitian diawali dengan menentukan variabel bebas, yaitukecepatan putaran spindel (n) dan kedalaman potong (a). Sedangkan untuk variasi pengukuran dibedakansebanyak tiga variasi yaitu Putaran Spindel (n) = 155, 275, 550 Rpm dan kedalaman potong (a) = 0.25, 0.5,0.75 mm. proses permesinan terhadap spesimen akan dilakukan sebanyak sembilan kali percobaan silangdengan menggunakan mesin bubut Pindad. Metode pengukuran kekasaran permukaan menggunakan alat ukurSurface roughness tester Type mitutoyo SV-400 menghasilkan nilai kekasaran permukaan terhalus yang dicapaiyaitu (Ra) = 3.99 yang terjadi pada putaran spindel (n) = 275 Rpm dan kedalaman pemotongan (a) = 0.25mm. Sedangkan nilai kekasaran terkasar yang dicapai yaitu (Ra) = 10.796 yang terjadi pada putaranspindel (n) = 550 Rpm dan kedalaman pemotongan (a) = 0.75 mm. Kemudian pencapaian tingkat kekasaranpermukaan adalah berkisar antara N8 sampai N10. Tingginya nilai kekasaran pada putaran 550 Rpm, hal inidikarenakan ketidak sesuaian jenis pahat dengan benda kerja dan tingginya penyimpangan error yang terjadipada putaran spindel 550 Rpm, Yaitu 7,72%.Kata kunci : Kekasaran Permukaan, Putaran Spindel, Kedalaman Pemotongan, Baja ST 60,Pahat HSS.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of making the kampung gedong community an independent and creative community group. Through waste management into valuable products. In addition, this activity is expected to provide knowledge for the community in managing waste, so that they have alternative income. More effective waste management can also open up new business opportunities for waste pickers, such as processing organic waste into compost fertiliser or managing plastic waste into paving blocks. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe the teacher's knowledge of school bullying , forms of school bullying  that occurs in elementary schools; and behaviors demonstrated by the perpetrators, victims and spectators of school bullying . In the background, bullying is often considered trivial and often occurs. This research took place in elementary school 1 Gunungpereng Jalan Cilembang RT 02/RW 14, village Cilembang, subdistrict Cihideung, Tasikmalaya City, West Java province. Research participants for observation and interviews are grade IV teachers (SA), 6 grade IV students and one parent guardian. Using a qualitative Paradigm case study method. Methods of collecting data using non participatory of, interviews, documentation and audio visuals. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of research can be concluded that there is a school bullying  in SD Negeri 1 Gunungpereng with the following results. (1) Lack of teacher knowledge about school bullying , as well as a study of teachers who said mischief in school is still reasonable; (2) The reaction shown by the victim is, silent, afraid or crying; Perpetrators demonstrate indifferent and happy behavior; While the audience shows reactions, against the perpetrator, defending the perpetrator or silence; (3) The form of school bullying  that occurs is a physical form (hitting with the handles of broom, hitting by hand, pushing) and non-physical (verbal: threatening, pushy, cheer, whack; Non verbal direct: snap, Memarahi, reign, menunjuk-nunjuk with fingers; non indirect verbal: exclusion).AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan  mendeskripsikan pengetahuan guru tentang school bullying , bentuk-bentuk school bullying  yang terjadi di SD; dan perilaku yang ditunjukkan pelaku, korban dan penonton school bullying . Dilatar belakangi bahwa bullying sering dianggap sepele dan sering terjadi.Penelitian ini terjadi di SD Negeri 1 Gunungpereng Jalan Cilembang RT 02/RW 14, Kelurahan Cilembang, Kecamatan Cihideung, Kota Tasikmalaya, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Partisipan penelitian untuk observasi dan wawancara adalah guru kelas IV (SA), 6 orang siswa kelas IV dan satu orang wali orang tua murid. Menggunakan paradigma kualitatif metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan obervasi non partisipatif, wawancara, dokumentasi dan audio visual. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi school bullying  di SD Negeri 1 Gunungpereng dengan hasil sebagai berikut. (1) kurangnya pengetahuan guru mengenai school bullying , serta pendpat guru yang mengatakan kenakalan di sekolahnya masih wajar; (2) reaksi yang ditunjukkan korban adalah, diam, takut atau menangis; pelaku menunjukkan perilaku acuh dan senang; sedangkan penonton menunjukkan reaksi, melawan pelaku, membela pelaku atau diam; (3) bentuk school bullying  yang terjadi adalah bentuk fisik (memukul dengan gagang sapu, memukul dengan tangan, mendorong) dan non fisik (verbal: mengancam, memaksa, menyoraki, meledek; non verbal langsung: membentak, memarahi, memerintah, menunjuk-nunjuk dengan jari; non verbal tidak langsung: pengucilan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja mereka sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah meta-analisis, yang mengumpulkan dan mengkaji data sekunder dari 13 artikel penelitian terdahulu, terdiri dari 9 artikel jurnal nasional dan 4 artikel jurnal internasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran literatur yang relevan dan dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru, yang mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, sosial, dan profesional, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan inovatif. Demikian pula, kesejahteraan guru, baik dari aspek finansial, psikologis, maupun sosial, berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja. Namun, kesejahteraan yang berlebihan berpotensi menciptakan zona nyaman yang menghambat motivasi untuk berkembang lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan kesejahteraan guru melalui dukungan finansial dan psikologis yang seimbang, serta penguatan profesionalisme melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan dan supervisi yang efektif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk merancang kebijakan pendidikan yang berfokus pada keseimbangan antara kesejahteraan dan peningkatan profesionalisme guna mendukung kualitas pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

A module has the characteristics required by the curriculum of 2013. It is the teaching materials that emphasize student-centered learning paradigm. Curriculum 2013, is a curriculum that aims to build the national character of learners. One of its implementation, which is implementing learning that relates to the needs of the environment around the learner. Thus, they invented the electronic module in the history of Using culture society (local history) as an effort to fulfil the demands of learning in the Curriculum 2013. The purpose of this study was to develop an electronic module validated experts and effectively used as a learning material about the history of Using culture society in tenth-grade high school student in Banyuwangi. This study uses research method of development with Borg & Gall model. Data collection research using techniques of documentation, observation, questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Subjects of this study involving five teachers of historical subjects and 158 tenth grade students from five high school in Banyuwangi. The results of research and development of electronic modules in the history of Using society shows, validation material experts scored 76% were categorized "good", the validation linguists scored 100% were categorized "excellent", validation expert instructional design scored 82% were categorized "good ", and test users scored 84.66% were categorized "good ". Then, the small group trial scored 62.87% were categorized "moderate effectiveness". Test the effectiveness of an electronic module in the history of Using society in field trials scored 71.57% were categorized "high effectiveness ". Based on the results of the study, the electronic modules in the history of Using society appropriate and effective used as learning material of tenth-grade high school student subjects of Indonesian history in Banyuwangi. It is expected, researchers can then develop similar modules in accordance with the demands of the implementation of Curriculum 2013.
