Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify in Mak Teduh Village, where most of the area consists of peatland with oil palm, rubber, and acacia plantations, the local potential that can be developed into superior products for the village as a means to enhance the community's economy through development focused on the sustainability of resources and the environment. The identification method is applied by the OVOP (One Village One Product) criteria and SWOT analysis. The results of the research indicate several local potentials that can be developed into superior products, namely creative industries in the form of pandan leaf crafts and crafts from recycled plastic, fisheries such as salted fish, and livestock including acacia honey cultivation. In addition, there is also the potential for tourism that can be developed. Based on the OVOP criteria and SWOT analysis, the potential of the village that can be developed as a flagship product is in the cultivation of acacia honey. The availability of land and bee feed in acacia and palm plantations, as well as opportunities in national and international markets, means that acacia honey cultivation also provides a chance for communities to engage in sustainable businesses while enhancing public awareness of forest and environmental conservation. The cultivation of acacia honey also serves as a preventive solution to the cases of forest and peatland fires that frequently occur in Mak Teduh Village.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the merit system in the Pekanbaru City Government using qualitative research methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of the merit system is characterized by both progress and challenges. While the system intends to modernize civil service management by focusing on qualifications, competencies, and performance, there are still significant areas for improvement. Although the civil service management system (SIMPEG) in Pekanbaru can process real-time data, it is not fully integrated with performance assessments, disciplinary actions, or career development processes. The e-performance system remains isolated, complicating the integration of personnel data for benefits and career growth. Furthermore, electronic documentation services are only partially digitized, and there is inadequate integration with the National Personnel Information System (SIMPEGNAS) managed by BKN. The planning and development of SIMPEG are ongoing, with many plans being short-term and incomplete. Addressing these issues requires a more comprehensive and long-term strategy, along with the establishment of technical policies to guide SIMPEG integration. Overcoming these challenges is crucial for enhancing civil service management and achieving improved governance and public service outcomes.

Abstract

The company is one of the important sectors in improving the country's economy, and every company certainly wants optimal income. Therefore, human resources are an important aspect to continue improving as one of the driving forces so that the company runs optimally through work placements tailored to their abilities. This underlies the researcher to obtain further information about the effect of career development and placement on job satisfaction which impacts the performance of company employees. This study aimed to determine whether Career Development and Placement Affect Job Satisfaction Impacts Company Employee Performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires to 50 respondents at XYZ company. The results showed that career development and placement affected job satisfaction, with an influence value of 21.2%. Job satisfaction positively and significantly affected employee performance, with an influence value of 81.7%. So career development is a long process that every company must provide as an obligation to provide opportunities for employees to pursue career development.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Islamic corporate governance, firm characteristics on capital structure and financial performance in Islamic Commercial Banks. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS), with structural equations (SEM) based on components or variants, on annual data from 2017 to 2021. The findings show that three determinants significantly affect the financial performance of the five hypotheses proposed. Islamic corporate governance has a significant effect on financial performance in a negative direction, and a significant positive effect on capital structure Firm characteristic has no significant effect on capital structure and financial performance. Capital structure factors influence financial performance. The practical implications of this study emphasize the important role of the sharia supervisory board and independent commissioners in improving the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks

Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving the long-term success of PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru in the competitive media industry. Several factors, such as competence and workplace facilities, influence employee performance at PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru. To ensure continuous improvement in performance, employees must possess strong competencies. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence and workplace facilities on employee performance at PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru. The research involved 64 respondents, representing the total number of employees at the company. A census or total sampling technique was used for data collection. The study applied various analytical tests, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results indicate that competence and workplace facilities have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat ditentukan dengan melihat sumber daya manusianya. Sebab, sumber daya manusia yang akan menjadi penggerak sehingga dapat mendukung kinerja perusahaan dimasa depan. Maka sangat penting bagi bisnis untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan melakukan seleksi saat perekrutan karyawan, serta manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan baik agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk memahami bagaimana kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan di PT. Dipo Internasioanal Pahala Otomotif Pekanbaru Bagaian Departemen Service. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu disiplin kerja yang menurun dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Sampel penelitian diambil dari keseluruhan karyawan yaitu 64 orang. Penelitian ini masuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan prosedur pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner atau angket dan disebarkan dengan memanfaatkan teknik sampling total. Data yang didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner diolah dengan program analisis SPSS 24. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan memiliki dampak pada disiplin kerja karyawan, didapatkan nilai thitung = 2.468 > ttabel 1.998 serta sig 0.016 < 0.05. Kemudian motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap displin kerja, didaptkan thitung = 4.105 > ttabel 1.998 serta sig 0.000 < 0.05. Selanjutnya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, dengan fhitung 45.370 > ftabel 3.15, serta sig 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

The inequality of digital skills is an organizational challenge experienced by public and private organizations to ensure work productivity in work-from-home arrangements during Covid-19. This article aims to elaborate on digital skill development and examine the effects of digital leadership and digital collaboration on digital skill development. This article is based on a cross-sectional study involved 824 office workers from 32 provinces in Indonesia. The combined convenience and snowballing approach were used as the sampling methods. The collected data were structured in the first-order constructs by PLS Structural Equation Modeling. The results revealed that digital skills are significantly influenced directly by digital collaboration and indirectly by digital leadership. For accelerating digital skill development, the superior of office workers should facilitate their team members to collaborate intensively by using digital technology. Further study is recommended to examine the effects of other factors such as work motivation, family support, and availability of digital facility at home, performance management, and perceived organizational support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan interview (wawancara) dan kuesioner (angket). Data yang didapat dianalisis melalui analisis regresi linear dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas. Diperoleh nilali > altalu 12,170 >1661 daln signifikalsi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel pelatihan mempunyai t hitung 12,170 dengan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya ha diterima dan ho ditolak. (2) Terdapat pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas. Diperoleh nilai > altalu 9,660 >1661 dan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel pengembangan SDM mempunyai t hitung 9,660 dengan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya ha diterima dan ho ditolak. (3) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas. Diperoleh nilali > yalitu 82,965 besalr dalri f talbel 3.9 daln sig 0,000< 0,05 dengaln demikialn Hal diterimal daln Ho ditolalk. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan kunci utama dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Rumah sakit ibu dan anak, sebagai organisasi penyedia jasa kesehatan, dihadapkan pada tuntutan pelayanan berkualitas tinggi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, pada tenaga medis di RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. Permasalahan utama adalah rendahnya perilaku kerja sukarela (OCB) yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh lemahnya penerapan budaya organisasi serta tingkat kepuasan kerja yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel mencakup seluruh populasi tenaga medis unit keperawatan sebanyak 60 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup, dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (T-statistic = 2,993; P = 0,001), serta terhadap kepuasan kerja (T-statistic = 5,981; P = 0,000). Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (T-statistic = 14,144; P = 0,000). Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan OCB (T-statistic = 4,905; P = 0,000). Nilai R-square untuk OCB sebesar 0,793 dan untuk kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,439, yang menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki daya prediksi yang kuat terhadap perilaku kerja sukarela tenaga medis.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Perusahaan jasa konstruksi menuntut penyelesaian proyek dengan tepat waktu dan berkualitas di tengah persaingan yang ketat. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut diperlukan pengawasan yang baik dan penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) agar produktivitas karyawan tetap tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan dan K3 terhadap produktivitas kerja Karyawan Pekerja Kontrak Waktu Tidak Tertentu (PKWTT) pada proyek Road and Drain BM1 PT. Rista Lamtama Teknik di Pangkalan Kerinci. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SPSS. Sampel mencakup seluruh populasi karyawan PKWTT sebanyak 68 orang. Proses analisis data meliputi berbagai tahapan, seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (Uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas), uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara deskriptif Pengawasan pada karyawan PKWTT dinilai sudah sangat baik, program K3 pada perusahaan juga dinilai sangat baik, dan Produktivitas Kerja menunjukkan nilai baik. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, K3 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
