Abstract

Selengen Village is one of the villages in Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency which has abundant potential for plantation and agricultural products. One of the existing plantation products is cashew nuts. Abundant plantation products also result in high levels of plantation product waste which cannot be managed optimally by local communities. One effort that can be done is processing waste into organic fertilizer. For this reason, the PMD KKN team from Mataram University, Selengen Village, held a socialization regarding the manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) with the aim of utilizing plantation waste in the hamlet of Tangga, Selengen village. There were two methods used, namely socialization and direct practice involving the community members. farmers in the hamlet of Tangga Selengen Village. The activity was carried out on January 16 2024 in Tangga Hamlet, in collaboration with the North Lombok Regency Environment and Forestry Service (DLHK) as presenters and KKN students as demonstrators of the stages of making a LOF. From this activity, the output was obtained in the form of tools for making liquid organic fertilizer, namely stacked buckets and Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) products from cashew nuts. The resulting LOF can be utilized and applied by spraying it on plant leaves. After the entire series of events had been carried out, the event was closed by the presenter and ended with a group photo and distribution of POC products by KKN students to the participants. Socialization and education regarding the management of plantation waste into products must continue to be carried out. This is to increase community knowledge and habit in managing existing waste, as well as increase community consistency in protecting the environment.

Abstract

The utilization of multilevel drip irrigation needs to be supported by adequate planting media so that the provision of irrigation water is optimal. The planting media used practically uses soil mixed with livestock waste compost and cocopeat in polybags. This test aims to determine the ability of drip irrigation water absorption by the planting media in the form of irrigation depth and soil moisture provision and prediction of irrigation application with a certain duration. The study was conducted on a ½” PVC pipe drip irrigation network with a 2 lt/hour emitter, on a land size of 2 m x 4m x 2m with a water source from PDAM water which is stored in a tank with a capacity of 150 liters and a height of 2.5 m. The test data taken includes data on the distribution of irrigation volume, irrigation depth and soil moisture. The results of the analysis showed that the distribution of drip irrigation depth in cocopeat media ranged from 7.5 cm - 12 cm in 5 minutes, while in rice husks the absorption was around 6.5 cm - 10 cm for the planting media level, with an average Cu of 96% which is very good. The maximum soil moisture that can be provided by four-tiered drip irrigation at a duration of 5 minutes is 30.5% in the early growth phase and at a duration of 10 minutes the average soil moisture is 15%, in the Vegetative phase of plant growth until fruit ripening. So the high irrigation infiltration rate in cocopeat media has the potential to be applied to plants that have long or deep roots, while planting media with rice husks has the potential to be applied to plants with short roots such as vegetables.

Abstract

The secondary pipe network in a multi-level drip irrigation network is a water source that will serve the drip irrigation network at each level. The amount of flow obtained by the drip irrigation network is highly dependent on the available head height from the water source. This study aims to determine the amount of flow discharge produced by the height of the water source head in a four-level drip irrigation pipe network, so that it can be used for optimal design of a multi-level drip irrigation network. Optimization of the irrigation network is reviewed against the amount of deviation of discharge from the primary network to the drip discharge, as the final result of irrigation to the plants. The test was carried out on a 4-level drip irrigation network with a water source height from the reservoir of 3.21m with a capacity of 200 liters. The head variation consists of four types according to the amount of height of the drip irrigation network to the surface of the reservoir water. The main data analyzed are the volume of flow collected, discharge, speed and deviation of discharge or speed. While the presentation of the results is displayed in the form of regression graphs between the two test parameters, so that they can be applied generally. In the secondary pipe, there is an average difference in flow velocity of around 0.05 m/s in each network, with the lowest secondary flow rate deviation obtained at a small head of 0.2 cm3/s between the fourth and third floors, while the highest discharge deviation is obtained on the first and second floor networks, which is around 1.6 cm3/s. Low vt deviation is obtained at a head below 2.3m and the highest occurs at a head above 2.3m. The difference in head in the primary and secondary distribution networks does not have a significant effect on the distribution of drip irrigation flow, if the drip points are more numerous, the deviation is still within reasonable limits.

Abstract

Flood disasters in Kuta Village, Central Lombok Regency, are caused by high rainfall intensity, sedimentation, land-use changes, and low public awareness of river conservation. This study evaluates flood mitigation strategies for the Tabelo River through structural and non-structural approach. Hydrological analysis indicates that the river’s cross section is inadequate to handle flood discharge, leading to frequent overflows. Structural measures include sediment dredging to a depth of 1,45 m and constructing 4 m high embankments. Hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS support these interventions to reduce flooding. Non-structural measures involve community outreach on riverbank regulations based on Ministerial Regulations No. 28 of 2015. This initiative aims to increase public awareness, prevent illegal riverbank constructions, and promote sustainable river management. The enforcement of riverbank regulations is expected to reduce flood risks, improve water quality, and minimize erosion and sedimentation. Additionally, educational posters have been developed to reinforce awareness of flood control and river construction. Integrating structural and non-structural strategies is crucial to mitigating floods and fostering environmental responsibility in Kuta Village.

Abstract

Pembagunan permukiman dan pusat-pusat perekonomian di Desa Medana mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat seiring dengan perkembangan kabupaten Lombok Utara sebagai kabupaten baru. Semua aspek berkembang sangat cepat seperti permukiman, pertokoan, perkantoran maupun tempat-tempat pariwisata. Berbagai kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pertumbuhan perkotaan tersebut seperti parkir, jalan, sistem dranase, pembuangan limbah, air bersih dan telokomunikasi. Salah satu dampak dari pertumbuhan tersebut yaitu penggunaan perkerasan permukaan lahan dengan menggunakan asphlat, beton serta paving block. Penggunaaan perkerasan tersebut yang rata-rata kedap air akan menyebabkan kecilnya volume air yang masuk ke dalam tanah sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya banjir, genangan dan turunnya permukaan air tanah. Dalam upaya mengurangi permasalah tersebut sangat diperlukan adanya inovasi sistem perkerasan ramah lingkungan yang tetap memberikan konstribusi terhadap air bawah permukaan, mengurangi banjir, konservasi air serta menjaga siklus air permukaan dan bawah permukaan. Pemanfaatan sistem perkerasan grass block paving atau dengan grass block dengan pengisi material alam (batu pecah atau coral) akan dapat mengurangi terjadinya genangan atau banjir, dimana air limpasan permukaan akan masuk kedalam tanah melalui pori paving block. Sehingga dengan demikian limpasan dapat dikurangi dan air yang masuk menjadi infiltrasi akan selalu tetap dijaga. Pelaksanaan pengabdian diikuti oleh seluruh perangkat desa, masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, karang taruna, serta mahasiswa kuliah kerja nyata Universitas Mataram

Abstract

Santong Village, located in North Lombok Regency, has a very potential waterfall tourist attraction. However, this area is also prone to natural disasters such as landslides and flash floods. To improve public understanding of these risks, disaster mitigation socialization activities were carried out aimed at building a protection strategy for waterfall tourist destinations. This activity involved mapping potential risks, collaboration with KKN PMD students and the community, and synergy between agencies to ensure tourism management that is in line with environmental conservation principles. The main focus of this activity is to foster community preparedness and prepare recommendations for disaster mitigation policies that are oriented towards the sustainability and safety of tourist destinations. The implementation process begins with the preparation stage, including preparing an activity plan, forming an implementation team, coordinating with the village government, preparing supporting instruments, reviewing literature, and managing permits. After that, socialization materials were prepared starting from collecting primary and secondary data through interview methods, field observations, and document reviews. The data obtained was analyzed to identify potential threats, response capacity, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. The socialization was carried out by presenting speakers from the Unram Community Service Team and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Lombok Regency, and inviting community participation from various village elements. This activity was also equipped with the delivery of materials, visual presentations, and evaluations in the form of pre- and post-tests to assess the participants' understanding. The activity with participants from village officials and the community with a participation rate reaching 80%. The material presented included a general description of the village, the potential for waterfall tourism, and various disaster risks such as landslides, flash floods, earthquakes, and fallen trees. The results of the analysis showed that the main threats were landslides and flash floods. From the discussions that were held, a number of proposals emerged such as mapping vulnerable areas, compiling evacuation routes, and developing an early warning system. This socialization has proven effective in increasing public awareness of the importance of disaster mitigation, while also encouraging active community participation in maintaining the sustainability and sustainability of tourism in Santong Village.

Abstract

East Jembatan Kembar Village is located in an earthquake-prone area in West Lombok Regency, making it essential to enhance community capacity in disaster preparedness. This outreach activity aimed to increase community awareness of earthquake preparedness and to initiate the formation of a community-based structure capable of acting during emergencies. The method used included face-to-face counseling and participatory discussions involving the village head, village staff, community leaders, youth, and local residents. Topics covered included basic knowledge of earthquakes, appropriate actions before, during, and after an earthquake, and the importance of forming a Community Disaster Resilience Group (KMTB). Although the activity was conducted in the morning and received enthusiastic support from the village government, public participation was limited due to time constraints with residents' daily work routines. Nevertheless, the activity successfully delivered key information to attendees and led to the formation of the Community Disaster Resilience Group as a continuation of the program. This group is recommended for immediate formalization by the village government so that it can establish statutes and bylaws, build cross-sector coordination, and fulfill its role in preparedness and emergency response. The results demonstrate that collaborative efforts between local authorities and communities can be an effective strategy for building village resilience to disasters.

Abstract

Penerapan kompetensi relatif pada pengadilan perlu untuk diperhatikan karena berkaitan dengan kewenangan mengadili suatu perkara. apabila perkara tersebut diajukan kepada pengadilan negeri yang tidak berwenang, maka akan diputus dengan amar putusan tidak dapat diterima atau ditolak. penerapan kompetensi relatif pada pengadilan negeri diatur dalam Pasal 118 HIR. Pada Putusan Nomor 91/Pdt.G/2021/Pn. Skh dan Putusan Nomor 15/Pdt.G/2021/Pn. Son. hakim memutus perkara wanprestasi dengan amar putusan tidak dapat diterima karena tidak berwenang secara relatif. upaya hukum yang dilakukan atas putusan tersebut yaitu banding atau mengajukan perkara kembali kepada pengadilan negeri yang berwenang secara relatif.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki beragam sektor yang menopang pertumbuhan perekonomian negara, salah satunya yakni ekonomi pembangunan. Berkembangnya ekonomi digital melalui e- commerce disebut menjadi tantangan langsung bagi produsen lokal. Ditambah lagi mudahnya masyarakat mengakses marketplace yang langsung terhubung dengan barang luar negeri menambah maraknya para importir barang. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini berfokus menganalisa mengenai kepastian hukum dan bentuk perlindungan hukum dari penggantian label kadaluarsa makanan impor, serta tanggung jawab pelaku usaha kepada konsumen atas terjadinya penggantian label pada produk makanan impor yang kadaluarsa. Hasil dari pembahasan penelitian ini yakni Kepastian hukum dari penggantian label produk makanan impor adalah adanya peraturan mengenai ketentuan pelabelan kemasan makanan dan adanya regulasi yang mengatur ketentuan label produk kemasan makanan. Bentuk dari perlindungan hukum yang diberikan atas penggantian label produk makanan impor berupa perlindungan preventif maupun represif yang mengacu pada asas- asas perlindungan konsumen. Untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum, apabila mendapati kecurangan produk bisa melaporkan kepada pihak yang berwenang untuk ditindaklanjuti. Tanggung jawab dari Pelaku Usaha kepada konsumen atas terjadinya penggantian label pada produk makanan impor yang kadaluarsa adalah berupa pengembalian uang, penggantian barang dan/atau jasa yang sejenis atau setara nilainya, perawatan kesehatan apabila ditemukan kerugian medis, atau bisa juga dengan pemberian santunan.

Abstract

Pertanian di lahan kering Gumantar, saat ini telah didukung oleh jaringan irigasi air tanah (JIAT) dalam dengan jaringan perpipaan dan sistem bok outlet dalam pendistribusian air irigasinya. Pada cara irigasi tersebut irigasi dilahan pertanian diberikan dengan cara penggenangan sekitar 2 jam dan kemudian diistirahatkan karena terbatasnya pompa. Memperhatikan pemberian irigasi dengan sistem yang ada sangat boros dengan air dan banyak lahan dengan luasan yang kecil berpotensi mendapat air dari jaringan JIAT sangat berlebihan, maka perlu dilakukan uji sistem irigasi hemat air untuk untuk luasan kecil, untuk membantu efisiensi penggunaan air dilahan kering JIAT Gumantar. Untuk itu sistem irigasi sprinkler kecil yang jangkauannya pendek akan diuji dilokasi ini, agar nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam irigasi pada lahan yang kecil. Uji ini dilakukan pada luas lahan sekitar 3 are dengan uji sprinkler kecil 24D Netafim dan jaringan distribusi digunakan pipa pvc dan sumber air dari jaringan JIAT. Uji dilakukan terhadap kinerja sprinkler dalam memberikan irigasi. Data hasil uji yang dianalisis mencakup data radius irigasi, kedalaman dan durasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan kedalaman irigasi yang diperoleh dengan ditingkatkannya durasi irigasi dan pada durasi 1 jam diperoleh kedalaman irigasi 7 cm dan untuk durasi 2 jam diperkirakan mencapai kedalaman 14 cm.
