Abstract

Gempa bumi merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia, karena letak Indonesia yang berada pada gugusan gunung api (ring of fire) dunia dan dilewati tiga lempeng tektonik, yaitu Indo-Australia, Pasifik dan Eurasia. Sejak akhir bulan Juli hingga akhir tahun 2018 telah terjadi gempa bumi di Lombok. Gempa tersebut mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan, terjadinya tanah longsor, runtuhnya bangunan rumah, tempat ibadah, perkantoran dan jatuhnya korban jiwa maupun yang luka-luka. Kabupaten Lombok Utara merupakan wilayah terparah yang terkena dampak gempa Lombok, karena wilayah ini sangat dekat dengan pusat gempa. Banyaknya korban dan rusaknya infrastruktur akibat gempa harus menjadi pembelajaran bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat, agar ke depan dapat disusun kebijakan yang lebih ramah terhadap gempa. Selain itu di masyarakat juga perlu dilatih dan dibangkitkan budaya sadar bencana alam termasuk gempa bumi dan tsunami melalui penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan meningkatnya kapasitas pengetahuan masyarakat tentang gempa bumi dan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat memitigasi gempa bumi dan tsunami, sehingga bila terjadi gempa lagi masyarakat telah siap dan dapat hidup harmonis dengan keadaan alam.

Abstract

Multilevel drip irrigation is an irrigation method that supports water-saving agricultural activities in limited areas by channeling water through perforated pipes from emitters. An ideal multilevel drip irrigation system can provide the same volume of droplets to plants, so that the distribution of irrigation water and the uniformity of drip irrigation are important factors that need to be considered when using drip irrigation to provide plant irrigation. This research aims to determine the effect of using variations in the diameter of PVC pipes as primary pipes on the distribution of drip irrigation and its uniformity. The primary irrigation network tested for each network to the 1st floor to the 3rd floor consists of ½", ¾" diameter and 1" pipe, while the secondary and lateral drip pipe networks use ½" PVC. The test was carried out on an area of 4 m x 1 m x 1.8 m with a distance between levels of around 0.9 m, with an irrigation water source from a 200 liter tank placed on a tower with a height of 2.5 m.The results of the research show that the discharge produced by the main pipe is different on each floor of the irrigation network, on the 1st floor the discharge is 127.13 cm3/second and on the 3rd floor the discharge is 120.91 cm3/second, while on the 2nd floor the discharge is between the values of the 1st floor discharge. and 3rd floor. Regarding the results of the distribution of drip irrigation water volume, it is known that the average does not show significant differences due to differences in network operations or due to differences in pipe diameters used, where the values for floors 1 to 3 are respectively 68.75 ml, 68 .47ml, 68.19ml. The uniformity of drip irrigation shows results above 94% on all network floors and is considered very good.

Abstract

The research aims to compare and examine a case of tender conspiracy seeking similarities with or seen from the perspective of civil unlawful acts. Every business actor is prohibited from carrying out an activity that results in losses for other business actors and conducting fraudulent competition. The legal issues addressed in this research include reviewing one of the prohibited activities, namely the conspiracy of tenders stipulated in Article 22 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition (Anti-Monopoly Law), from the elements of unlawful acts based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code (Civil Code). The legal issues in this study are, first, does the practice of bid rigging contain elements of unlawful acts, and what is the legal perspective on it, and second, what are the legal consequences for business actors proven to have engaged in bid rigging. This paper uses normative legal research, supported by primary and secondary legal materials and legal approaches are relevant to the legal issues under study, such as the approach to legislation, conceptual approach and comparative approach. The findings and discussion showed that bid rigging actions can be classified as unlawful acts, based on the following elements. First, the act of collusion with the intention to manipulate and ensure who will win the tender. Second, the act qualifies as unlawful, consisting of the elements of collusion, manipulation, and ensuring a specific business actor wins the tender, along with the element of unfair competition. Third, the element of fault is fulfilled on the part of the reported parties, in this case, the tender participants. Fourth, the practice negatively affects other business actors, both materially and immaterially, particularly in their opportunity to win the tender. Fifth, there is a proven causal relationship and impact of the bid rigging committed by the reported parties, resulting in harm to other business actors. In conclusion, bid rigging practices can be classified as unlawful acts as long as the elements of such acts are fulfilled.

Abstract

The people of Poktan Beriuk Maju, Jagaraga Village, are mostly farmers who own land with varying amounts of land, and have a minimum of 2 acres of yard land and many of them are empty, so they need to be used for home farming to help provide food independently. The existence of water sources from springs around settlements and water from shallow wells can also be used to support agricultural activities in the residential area of ​​each potential house. Apart from that, by utilizing limited water sources, such as water from shallow wells and springs around housing, it is an opportunity for the community to farm vegetables and the like to help with the community's daily kitchen needs. This service aims to train people to make multilevel drip irrigation so that they can later be used as a farming method in their home gardens. Before being trained, residents need to be given knowledge about efficient drip irrigation so that participants gain sufficient knowledge about irrigation because its application is very different from traditional irrigation. The service was carried out in the initial stages of survey, the stage of strengthening efficient irrigation, the training stage of making multi-level drip irrigation networks using PVC pipes with emitters, the land was filled with polybags filled with soil as a planting medium. Activities consist of outreach on irrigation and drip irrigation as well as training. This service has succeeded in providing knowledge about irrigation and drip water efficient irrigation at the Beriuk Maju Poktan. It has succeeded in building a multi-level drip irrigation network and is ready for farming use, and can be continued by applying it to horticultural crops as a medium for learning about residential farming.

Abstract

The Insured receives goods in the form of a motorbike on credit and then installments are made to complete the payment in full in accordance with the policy agreement between the Astra Insurance Company and the Insured. The Insurer's guarantee for loss or damage to motor vehicles provided to the Insured in the policy is coverage for collision, impact, overturning, falling over, wrongdoing, malicious acts, theft preceded or followed by acts of violence, fire, wheel damage due to accidents, and reasonable costs incurred for maintenance or transportation to a repair shop. The responsibility provided by Astra Insurance is based on the Standard Indonesian Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy based on partial loss or total loss. The insurance claim given is in cash, according to the market price of the motorbike at the time of the incident minus the amount of outstanding installment debt. The method used in this research is normative juridical legal research. The focus of legal research is by examining the application of rules or norms in applicable positive law. The author uses a statutory regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of study is the liability given based on partial loss is calculated based on the cost of repairs required or replacement of damaged vehicle parts, and the total loss given is calculated based on the actual price, namely the market price of the motor vehicle at the time of the loss. Insurance claims given by Astra Insurance are in the form of cash, not in the form of vehicle units according to the initial installment contract. Astra Insurance will replace a number of losses with money based on the market price of the motorbike at the time of the incident minus the amount of installment debt still owed. Abstract

Selengen Village is one of the villages in Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency which has abundant potential for plantation and agricultural products. One of the existing plantation products is cashew nuts. Abundant plantation products also result in high levels of plantation product waste which cannot be managed optimally by local communities. One effort that can be done is processing waste into organic fertilizer. For this reason, the PMD KKN team from Mataram University, Selengen Village, held a socialization regarding the manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) with the aim of utilizing plantation waste in the hamlet of Tangga, Selengen village. There were two methods used, namely socialization and direct practice involving the community members. farmers in the hamlet of Tangga Selengen Village. The activity was carried out on January 16 2024 in Tangga Hamlet, in collaboration with the North Lombok Regency Environment and Forestry Service (DLHK) as presenters and KKN students as demonstrators of the stages of making a LOF. From this activity, the output was obtained in the form of tools for making liquid organic fertilizer, namely stacked buckets and Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) products from cashew nuts. The resulting LOF can be utilized and applied by spraying it on plant leaves. After the entire series of events had been carried out, the event was closed by the presenter and ended with a group photo and distribution of POC products by KKN students to the participants. Socialization and education regarding the management of plantation waste into products must continue to be carried out. This is to increase community knowledge and habit in managing existing waste, as well as increase community consistency in protecting the environment.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pariwisata di Gili Trawangan mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat dan merupakan salah satu andalan pariwisata di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Saat ini Gili Trawangan sudah menjadi destinasi pariwisata tidak hanya dikunjungi wisatawan domestik bahkan didominasi oleh wisatawan mancanegara. Perkembangan pariwisata tersebut telah mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Gili Trawangan serta telah dapat menciptakan peluang kerja bagi masyarakat di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pengadaan air bersih untuk kebutuhan pariwisata selama beberapa tahun disuplai dari wilayah Pemenang dengan menggunakan boat/perahu nelayan sehingga harga air bersih menjadi sangat mahal serta ketersediaannya sangat terbatas. Hal demikian yang sering menjadi keluhan dari pengusaha pariwisata. Berdasarkan kendala/ keterbatasan air bersih dalam mendukung pertumbuhan pariwisata di Gili Trawangan maka saat ini telah ada usaha penyulingan air tanah berupa air payau diolah menjadi air tawar. Air tanah yang digunakan berupa air payau yang diambil dengan membuat sumur pada kedalaman 10 meter dan saat ini ini hampir 90% masyarakat dan pariwisata kebutuhan air bersihnya disediakan dari perusahaan yang melakukan penyulingan air tanah tersebut. Usaha penyulingan tersebut perlu mendapatkan perhatian selain sudah membantu penyediaan air bersih untuk pengembangan pariwisata tetapi juga perlu dilakukan usaha pemantauan perubahan aquifer dibawah permukaan sehingga tidak terjadi perubahan terutama penurunan elevasi muka tanah di Gili Trawangan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran resistivity lapisan batuan dengan Geolistrik langsung di lokasi penelitian dibeberapa titik dengan bentangan yang sesuai dengan kondisi dilokasi penelitian. Analisis kondisi batuan dan aquifer bawah permukaan mengunakan software RES2DIN. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu berupa nilai resistivity masing-masing batuan penyusun lapisan bawah permukaan serta layer-layer lapisan batuan pada beberapa kedalam dengan berbagai kondisi sifat fisik dan kimianya yang menggambarkan kondisi lapisan aquifer/air tanah dibawah permukaan. Periode pengukuran rentang tahun 2012 dan tahun 2014 kondisi aquifer air tanah pada umumnya tidak menunjukkan perubahan secara signifikan walaupun adanya pengambilan air tanah secara terus menerus. Kedalaman air tanah bebas tidak mengalami penurunan karena pengisian selalu berlangsung dari air laut. Pengisian secara terus menerus ini disebabkan karena lapisan batuan penyusunnya sangat porus sehingga mempermudah masuknya air laut ke daratan menggantikan air yang diambil untuk disuling. Air tanah yang diambil dan disuling yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat dan dunia usaha pariwisata di Gili Trawangan belum mempengaruhi kedalaman aquifer air tanah di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

Konsep hidrologi sederhana dalam suatu sistem DAS (daerah aliran sungai) digambarkan dengan adanya hubungan antara masukan, proses dan luaran. Hujan adalah komponen utama dalam sistem tersebut yaitu sebagai masukan dalam sistem, sedangkan luaran dari sistem adalah berupa aliran. Aliran air dipengaruhi karakteristik hujan yaitu kedalaman hujan, durasi hujan, intensitas hujan dan frekuensi hujan. Intensitas hujan erat kaitannya dengan durasi dan frekuensi. Ketiga karakter hujan tersebut dapat digambarkan dalam grafik intensity-duration- frequency (IDF). Kurva IDF ini dapat digunakan untuk menghitung debit banjir rencana dengan menggunakan metode rasional. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pola distribusi curah hujan yang cocok adalah log pearson type III, kemudian curah hujan rancangan untuk periode ulang 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 dan 200 berturut-turut adalah sebesar 41,46 mm, 67,36 mm, 96,43 mm, 122,03 mm, 162,96 mm, 200,79 mm, 245,86 mm dan 299,78 mm. Berdasarkan tata guna lahan yang ada pada tahun 2011 besarnya koefisien aliran (C) adalah 0,504, sedangkan dari data teknis DAS Unus untuk analisis waktu konsentrasi adalah 6,29 jam. Dan besaran debit puncak banjir untuk kala ulang 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 dan 200 berturut-turut adalah 23,10 m3/dt, 37,53 m3/dt, 53,73 m3/dt, 67,99 m3/dt, 90,80 m3/dt, 111,87 m3/dt, 136,99 m3/dt, 167,03 m3/dt.

Abstract

Hujan merupakan salah satu unsur hidrologi yang penting sebagai data masukan dalam analisis pengairan maupun dalam perancangan dan perencanaan bangunan-bangunan hidrolik. Data yang tercatat di stasiun hujan merupakan bagian penting di dalam analisis hidrologi. Adapun kendala yang hampir selalu ada dalam analisis adalah adanya data hujan yang hilang/kosong baik karena kerusakan alat, kelalaian petugas maupun data yang rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis metode yang paling tepat dalam mengestimasi data hujan yang hilang/kosong pada stasiun hujan di wilayah Sungai Pulau Lombok. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode dalam pengisian data hujan yaitu Rata-rata Aljabar, Normal Ratio Method dan Reciprocal Method dengan memasukkan unsur letak tinggi elevasi stasiun dan jarak stasiun sebagai salah satu variabel dalam pengisian data hujan yang hilang/kosong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan unsur elevasi stasiun sangat berpengaruh pada pengisian data hujan yang hilang/kosong. Pada metode Rata-rata Aljabar dengan memasukkan variabel elevasi, persentase penyimpangan berdasarkan nilai Kesalahan Relatif hujan harian sebesar 98%. Sedangkan untuk data hujan bulanan, Kesalahan Relatifnya sebesar 59% dengan menggunakan Reciprocal Method.

Abstract

SDM Konstruksi Indonesia yang merupakan individu yang berpraktek profesi dikeinsyuran dan kearsitekturan serta teknisi/tenaga terampil (skilled labour) di sector konstruksi Indonesia, termasuk dalam kategori pekerja terampil yang akan berpartisipasi dalam AFTA 2015. Anomali peran dan fungsi SDM Konstruksi bersertifikasi ini meliputi Tenaga Ahli dan Tenaga Terampil, sehingga dari total jumlah pemegang sertifikasi yang ada, tidak semua berkontribusi langsung pada proses pelaksanaan konstruksi. Potensi efektif dari SDM Konstruksi bersertifikasi tersebut tidak dapat diketahui, padahal hanya Tenaga Ahli dan Tenaga Terampil yang telah bersertifikasi saja dapat berpartisipasi pada AFTA 2015. Untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata kesiapan SDM Konstruksi (Insinyur, Arsitek, Teknisi / TenagaTerampil) di tingkat Provinsi menjelang AFTA 2015, maka dilakukan Studi Evaluasi Keaktifan SDM Konstruksi Daerah (teknisi/tenaga terampil) di Provinsi NTB. Rendahnya kesadaran tenaga kerja konstruksi untuk memiliki SKT karena persepsi tenaga kerja terampil bahwa tidak ada korelasi yang linier antara kepemilikan SKT dengan pendapatan yang diperoleh tenaga konstruksi di daerah serta Tenaga kerja SDM konstruksi yang secara langsung terlibat dalam kegiatan proyek konstruksi yang sedang berjalan di Provinsi NTB sebagian besar tidak memiliki SKT, kepemilikan SKT hanya terbatas pada tingkat mandor dan pengawas lapangan.
