Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stress and workload on employee turnover intention at PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research type, the sample calculation in this a sample size of 95 employees at PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra. The data collection method used a questionnaire, the analysis tool with multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that partially work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bank Nagari West Sumatra. While workload does not have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bank Nagari West Sumatra.

Abstract

Pain is an unpleasant sensation that can interfere with an individual's quality of life and requires effective management. Synthetic analgesics such as ketorolac, codeine, etoricoxib, and celecoxib are commonly used to relieve pain, but long-term use can cause adverse side effects, including gastrointestinal disturbances, dependence, and cardiovascular risks. Therefore, it is important to find safer, natural alternatives. One promising alternative is the extract of the dragon’s tail leaf (Rhaphidophora pinnata), a plant traditionally used in Indonesian medicine as a pain reliever. This study aims to evaluate and compare the analgesic effects of Rhaphidophora pinnata leaf extract with several synthetic drugs using the writhing test on male mice (Mus musculus). The mice were induced with pain by injecting a 0.5% acetic acid solution. The treatments included ketorolac, codeine, etoricoxib, celecoxib, and Rhaphidophora pinnata leaf extract. The results showed that all treatments, including both synthetic drugs and Rhaphidophora pinnata leaf extract, produced significant analgesic effects compared to the negative control (Na CMC 0.5%). Ketorolac showed the highest effectiveness, followed by codeine, etoricoxib, and celecoxib. Although the Rhaphidophora pinnata leaf extract showed potential as a natural analgesic, its effectiveness varied among individual test animals. Some mice showed a better response to the leaf extract, but overall, the analgesic effect was still lower than that of synthetic drugs. These findings support the use of medicinal plants as a safer alternative to synthetic analgesic drugs. Moreover, this study provides a foundation for further research aimed at isolating active compounds from Rhaphidophora pinnata leaf extract to develop more effective and safer pain-relieving medications.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is a component of the development index and quality of life index which is calculated by taking into account and considering women's health status (MMR). The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with hyperemesis gravidarum at the Birem Bayuem Community Health Center in 2024. The design of this research is an analytical survey using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was all 1st trimester pregnant women who visited ANC at the Birem Bayuem Community Health Center in 2024, namely 26 pregnant women. The results of the analysis using the Telst Chi-sqularel test showed a value of p=0.008 (95% CI 1.522-26.081). Mothers who are working have a rate of 6,300 times more likely to experience hyperreleasing disease compared to mothers who are not working. It is hoped that by increasing the number of antenatal care, follow-up or maternal visits in research will reduce the number of cases of hyperelelmosis. Apart from that, it is highly recommended that you learn about health regularly by actively asking health professionals every time you visit a health care facility.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays an important role in forming the foundation of children's education. In Katingan Kuala District, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan, the role of PAUD Mothers has been key in introducing and developing early literacy. The PAUD Mother Initiative also involves training for teachers and parents about the importance of early literacy, as well as how to create an environment that supports literacy at home. The impacts of early literacy include establishing a strong academic foundation, developing cognitive and social skills, increasing interest in reading, and supporting parental involvement in their children's education. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, participant observation and document analysis. The results show that the role of PAUD mothers in early literacy is very important, with the programs they run having had a significant positive impact on children's development. Continuous interaction between children, teachers and parents, supported by a conducive learning environment, is the key to the success of the early literacy program in Katingan Kuala District.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemberian beberapa feed additive sebagai pengganti antibiotik terhadap performa broiler. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 10 perlakuan, 4 ulangan, masing-masing ulangan menggunakan 25 ekor DOC. Ransum perlakuan adalah ; R0: ransum kontrol (tanpa feed additive); R1: R0 + 0.05% BMD; R2: R0 + 0.03% BMD + 0.13% XPC (starter) atau 0.07% XPC (finisher) ; R3: R0 + 0.03% BMD +0.1% Selacid; R4: R0 +0.03% BMD +0.1% Presan; R5: R0 + 0.13% XPC (starter) atau 0.07% XPC (finisher) ; R6: R0 + 0.1% Selacid; R7: R0 + 0.1% Presan; R8: R0 + 0.13% XPC (starter) atau 0.07% XPC (finisher) +0.1% Selacid; R9: R0+0.13% XPC (starter) atau 0.07% XPC (finisher) +0.1% Presan. Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pengasuh non keluarga yang berperan sebagai pengganti ibu kandung dapat membentuk sifat dan sikap anak yang ia asuh karena waktu intensitas anak lebih banyak dengan pengasuh dibanding dengan ibu kandung anak itu sendiri. Anak akan lebih banyak melakukan interaksi dan komunikasi dengan pengasuh (Wahyuningsih, 2016). Hasil survey pendahuluan yang penulis lakukan pada 20 anak terdapat 10 anak dengan pola asuh pengasuh baik terdapat 7 anak (70%) dengan kedisiplinan baik, 3 anak (30%) kedisiplinannya kurang. Sedangkan 10 anak dengan pola asuh pengasuhnya kurang baik terdapat 9 anak (90%) dengan kedisiplinan kurang baik dan hanya 1 anak (10%) yang kedisiplinan baik. Tujuan : Untuk menganalisa Hubungan Pola Asuh Pengasuh (Non Keluarga) Dengan Kedisiplinan Anak Di TK Pertiwi 01 Yayasan Dian Dharma Pati. Metode : Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jenis korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional . Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 56 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Ada Hubungan Pola Asuh Pengasuh (Non Keluarga) Dengan Kedisiplinan Anak Di TK Pertiwi 01 Yayasan Dian Dharma Pati. Hasil hipotesis menggunakan uji Chi Square didapatkan nilai X2 22,583 df 2 (taraf signifikasi 5% : 5,991). Dimana X2 hitung adalah  22,583 lebih besar dari X2 tabel 5,991. Sedangkan berdasarkan probabilitas, terlihat bahwa ρ adalah 0,000 atau probabilitas di bawah 0,05

Abstract

This study is one of the initial approaches in implementing Backpropagation Neural Network for ECG signal classification. The condition of the human heart can be known based on the results of electrocardiogram medical records, so that with the results of electrocardiogram medical records it can be known whether the heart is normal or abnormal. Symptoms of abnormal heart disease in the heart often come suddenly. Early recognition of heart disease with further procedures and treatment can prevent an increase in the risk of fatal heart attacks. This study has a very important goal in an effort to detect and classify heart abnormalities more efficiently. By utilizing artificial neural networks (ANN) and backpropagation methods, it can utilize computing capabilities to analyze patterns in electrocardiogram (ECG) data. The results show that the classification of heart abnormalities with an epoch value of 2000, a learning rate of 0.01 with normal and abnormal targets, obtained the number of Hidden Neurons as many as 25, the number of weight patterns 44 and a mean squared error (MSE) value of with an accuracy of 0.61364 from 25 inputs.

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi ibu, bayi dan anak Balita (Kemenkes RI, 2012). Dengan pelaksanaan Posyandu yang efektif dan efisien yang dapat dijangkau masyarakat mampu mengoptimalkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia dengan potensi tumbuh kembang anak secara merata (Kemenkes RI, 2013). Menurut Kemenkes RI (2013), sebanyak 280.225 jumlah posyandu yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Sangat penting ibu ibu membawa bayi dan balitanya ke posyandu sehingga dirasa perlu untuk melaksanakan penyuluhan ini. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 05 Desember 2020 di salah satu Posyandu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Peukan Bada dengan dihadiri oleh 30 orang ibu yang memiliki bayi dan balita. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini adalah peserta yang hadir paham akan pentingnya membawa bayi dan balita ke Posyandu setiap bulannya untuk memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta mendapatka vitamin dan imunisasi.. Kata kunci : penyuluhan kesehatan posyandu

Abstract

PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda has developed well, and the increase in assets each year is significant, but the problems that still arise in the organization are high employee anxiety, due to the rapid development of information technology (increasingly sophisticated), and the level of trust is still relatively low and Intention to Leave is still not good, becoming a phenomenon in this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of anxiety, IT Capability and trust on employee performance with Intention to Leave as an Intervening variable at PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population of the study were employees of PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. The selection of respondents was carried out using the saturated non-probability sampling method with a total of 90 respondents. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that the variables anxiety, IT Capability and trust had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Intention to Leave of PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda employees.

Abstract

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.
