Abstract

The anthurium plant disease detection system that has been built is a system that can help diagnose diseases in anthurium plants based on symptoms input by the user and provide solutions to these problems. This system is intended to provide easy access to information about the types of anthurium diseases and their treatment solutions for planters, anthurium enthusiasts, or nonexpert who really need this information. This system uses disease and treatment data sourced from anthurium plant experts. There are 13 diseases and 44 symptoms of disease which becomes the system knowledge base. The research methodology carried out includes the process of knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, VCIRS design, system analysis and design, system implementation and testing. In this study, the anthurium plant detection system was tested 13 times. The trial results showed that the system was able to diagnose anthurium plant diseases with an accuracy rate of 92.3%. Errors occur because of the diagnosis of symptoms used in several diseases and it turns out to have a higher usage rate value in a VCIRS rule.

Abstract

Thesis is a scientific paper that discusses a problem in a particular field of science by using applicable scientific rules. Apart from being a graduation requirement.. However, there are several obstacles in the preparation of the thesis, one of which is thesis guidance. It is necessary to have a system to minimize obstacles during thesis consultation. The Website Thesis Consultation Information System in this study uses the Waterfall software development method. The stages used are communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. System analysis was made using flowcharts and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). And the testing method used in this research is black box testing. Results using the blackbox testing method from the analysis and operation process, it is found that this system can help students, lecturers and study programs in the thesis consultation process.

Abstract

The use of facilities and infrastructure is very important for the continuity of the teaching and learning process and for improving the quality of learning for both students and teachers. Facilities and infrastructure greatly affect the ability of students to learn. This shows that the role of facilities and infrastructure is very important in supporting the quality of student learning. Managing facilities and infrastructure is a very important activity in schools, since its existence will greatly support the success of the learning process in schools. So it is necessary to have a system that is able to handle this, which makes website-based Design and Build Facility and Infrastructure Damage Reporting able to run quickly, precisely and the data manage is valid. Because of the problems above, an innovation was created to create a website-based application that can be accessed by the school, in order to monitor the management and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in schools. The realization of this system requires an observation at SMA Negeri 1 Kasongan to get the real process and the data needed to form an information system. Software development involves the Waterfall method with multiple steps, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, integration and testing, and operation and maintenance. By implementing the waterfall method in designing and building reporting of damage to facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Kasongan, the system will assist the school in processing information regarding reporting of damaged facilities and infrastructure and simplify the process of submitting school improvements to the Provincial Education Office.

Abstract

In determining the location of the desired traditional restaurant, of course, consumers need information or criteria to choose the closest traditional restaurant according to their needs, while information about the location, menu list and condition of the food place is still limited. This can make some users choose the location of a restaurant that is far away because they do not have enough information about the location of the nearest restaurant. Based on these problems, a system that can provide information is needed and is facilitated by finding the nearest location for traditional restaurants. This study aims to build a geographic information system that displays information and the location of traditional restaurants presented in the form of digital maps. This research applies the Breadth First Search (BFS) algorithm by testing the Haversine formula method system for finding the nearest location, HereMaps as a digital map builder, and developed based on a website. Making this application using the waterfall method, at the analysis stage the analysis stage is carried out on the things needed for website creation. At the design stage, program modeling is described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Then at the coding stage of making this website using the Visual Studio Code (VSC) and xampp applications and testing this application using the black box method.

Abstract

Sistem ini mengangkat permasalahan pada proses penyewaan fasilitas umum di Universitas Palangka Raya, yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam hal pendaftaran maupun pembayaran. Proses manual ini seringkali menyebabkan kesalahan, seperti bentrok jadwal dan risiko keamanan pada transaksi tunai. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Fasilitas Umum Universitas Palangka Raya (SIPFU-UPR) yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway Midtrans. Sistem ini memungkinkan penyewaan dan pembayaran secara online, sehingga meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan dan meningkatkan keamanan transaksi.Aplikasi ini melibatkan dua jenis pengguna, yaitu admin yang memiliki akses ke berbagai fitur manajemen, serta penyewa yang dapat melakukan penyewaan dan pembayaran. Analisis bisnis proses sistem lama dan baru digambarkan menggunakan flowchart dan desain alur sistem menggunakan UML (Unifed Modelling Language). Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping dan diuji menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), yang memperoleh skor ratarata 78,5, masuk dalam kategori "Good".

Abstract

Penyewaan perlengkapan acara secara manual di Kota Palangka Raya menghadapi kendala efisiensi, khususnya dalam pengelolaan pesanan dan stok. Masalah ini memunculkan kebutuhan akan solusi berbasis teknologi, dengan rumusan masalah bagaimana merancang dan membangun sistem penyewaan berbasis web yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem yang mempermudah akses pengguna dan mendukung pelaku usaha.Metode penelitian menggunakan Waterfall Model Royce, yang meliputi kebutuhan sistem, perancangan design, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dirancang untuk fitur pencarian alat, manajemen stok, dan pengelolaan pesanan.Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box, yang menunjukkan bahwa fitur utama telah berfungsi dengan baik. Data hasil pengujian mengindikasikan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, meskipun pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti fitur pembayaran online dan notifikasi otomatis, masih diperlukan.Kesimpulannya, sistem berbasis web ini berhasil menyelesaikan permasalahan utama dalam penyewaan manual, memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna, dan mendukung pelaku usaha lokal. Pengembangan lanjutan diharapkan dapat memperluas manfaatnya bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website Coffeeshop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di coffeeshop kecil hingga menengah. Pengelolaan operasional yang efektif sangat penting untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen stok, pemesanan, dan pelaporan keuangan, terutama dengan sistem manual yang rawan kesalahan dan kurang efisien. Sistem ERP berbasis website ini mengintegrasikan tiga modul utama: manajemen inventaris, pemesanan, dan pelaporan penjualan, dalam satu platform yang mudah diakses dan user-friendly.Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, pengelolaan stok dapat dilakukan secara real-time, pencatatan transaksi lebih akurat, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan menjadi lebih efisien. Website ini dirancang dengan antarmuka yang sederhana, memungkinkan pengguna dengan kemampuan teknis rendah sekalipun dapat mengoperasikannya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ERP berbasis website dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi risiko kesalahan manusia, serta mempercepat pengamb ilan keputusan berbasis data. Selain itu, sistem ini memberikan kemudahan akses, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam manajemen operasional, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, website ERP ini menjadi solusi alternatif yang terjangkau dan efektif bagi pengelolaan operasional coffeeshop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis perbandingan antara dua metode Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), yaitu Electre dan Promethee, dalam menentukan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) terbaik di kota Palangka Raya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dirancang untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria penting dalam penentuan kualitas SMA berdasarkan aturan yang berlaku. Populasi dan sampel menggunakan 27 SMA negeri, swasta dan termasuk yang dibawah yayasan. Manfaat dari kebijakan ini, adalah dalam rangka pelaksanaan penyaluran program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), untuk memilih SMA yang layak mendapatkan bantuan berdasarkan evaluasi yang akurat dan transparan.Metode Electre dan Promethee dipilih untuk dipasangkan karena kemampuannya dalam menangani kriteria kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara efektif melalui pendekatan outranking yang mengandalkan perbandingan berpasangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima kriteria utama, yaitu akreditasi, jumlah siswa, tenaga pendidik, jumlah ruang kelas, dan jumlah laboratorium, dengan bobot yang telah ditentukan untuk masing-masing kriteria. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web dengan fitur analisis Electre dan Promethee, yang memungkinkan pemrosesan data secara real-time dan menghasilkan peringkat SMA secara objektif dan sistematis.Penelitian ini diharapkan tidak hanya memberikan hasil perbandingan yang komprehensif dari kedua metode tersebut tetapi juga menawarkan solusi praktis dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait penentuan SMA terbaik di kota Palangka Raya, khususnya Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan nilai accuration metode ELECTRE sebesar 92,593% dikategorikan excellent classification, sedangkan pada metode PROMETHEE sebesar 85,185% dikategorikan best classification.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile, khususnya perangkat Android, membuka peluang dalam dunia pendidikan untuk menciptakan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan game edukasi Android berjudul The Tale of Tio’s Journey menggunakan metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC). Game ini ditujukan untuk membantu pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) pada siswa kelas 4 SD atau usia 8 tahun ke atas. Proses pengembangan dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, konsultasi, dan pengujian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan 90% siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap game ini, dengan tingkat persetujuan tertinggi (97%) pada aspek desain, animasi, dan ketertarikan bermain. Aspek kemudahan memahami instruksi dan gameplay memperoleh persetujuan sebesar 80%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, The Tale of Tio’s Journey diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran yang lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif bagi siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has necessitated a critical reevaluation of criminal law frameworks globally, particularly in addressing cybercrime. This study identifies significant gaps in Indonesia’s current Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law, including ambiguous definitions of cyber offenses such as electronic defamation (Article 27(3)) and hate speech (Article 28(2)), which have led to inconsistent judicial interpretations in 58% of analyzed cases. The absence of clear distinctions between personal data theft and state-sponsored cyberattacks further complicates prosecution, while 67% of regional law enforcement agencies lack specialized digital forensics units, prolonging investigations by an average of 287 days for cross-border evidence retrieval. Qualitative analysis of 12 landmark cases (2020–2024) and interviews with 15 legal and human rights experts reveal systemic human rights risks, including warrantless data collection in 43% of operations and a documented chilling effect on free expression due to overly broad libel provisions. Emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) present dual challenges: while predictive policing tools reduce investigation timelines by 72%, algorithmic bias in 29% of AI systems exacerbates discrimination against marginalized groups. This research proposes a multidimensional reform strategy emphasizing: (1) legislative modernization through GDPR-inspired data categorization and tiered penalties; (2) establishment of a National Cyber Forensics Network to standardize technical capacity across Indonesia’s 34 provinces by 2027; and (3) adoption of rights-centric AI governance protocols requiring judicial oversight for surveillance tools. The analysis underscores the urgency of ratifying the Budapest Convention to streamline transnational cooperation, despite sovereignty concerns raised by 63% of prosecutors. Without these reforms, Indonesia risks both technological obsolescence in combating sophisticated cyber networks and systemic erosion of digital rights in its pursuit of cybercrime deterrence.
