Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of the principal’s leadership on teacher’s performance, (2) the effect of the principal’s work motivation on teacher’s performance. This research was conducted in eighteen public elementary schools in Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency, with a population of 153 people and a sample of 46 people (30%). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis with simultaneous tests, the results show that the correlation coefficient or the influence generated is as large as the obtained R-Square value of 0.976, then the coefficient of determination is 97.6% and the remaining 2.4% is influenced by other factors that are not be this variable. The results of calculating the coefficients table obtained a b1 value of -0.047 and a b2 value of 1.096. Simultaneously these independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The relationship between the leadership style of the Madrasah principal and teacher performance; (2) The relationship between teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance; and (3) the relationship between the principal’s leadership style and teacher’s job satisfaction together with teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study using the partial correlation method. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsnawiyah (MTs) throughout Gandus District with 95 teachers as respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. Prerequisite test analysis using the normality test, Linearity Test, and Multicollinearity Test, and data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the leadership style of the Madrasah head and teacher performance with a correlation value of 0,937 with a percentage of relationship of 87,8% while 12,2% is determined by other factors not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: (1) The relationship between self-concept and teacher’s performance, (2) the relationship between job satisfaction and teacher’s performance, (3) the relationship between self-concept and job satisfaction together on teacher’s performance. This study is quantitative research with partial correlation and multiple correlation methods. This research was conducted at a private high school in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang with 89 teacher respondents. Data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The validity test uses the validity of the construct while the reliability test uses Cronbranch Alpha. The prerequisite test for analysis uses the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and the data are analyzed using partial correlation analysis and multiple correlation followed by the t-test. The results of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between self-concept and job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teachers in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang with a correlation value of 0.533, the simultaneous contribution or contribution of self-concept and job satisfaction variables to teacher’s performance was 28.4% while 71.6% was determined by other variables.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya memberikan layanan pendidikan yang bermutu. Untuk itu, guru harus berupaya meningkatkan kinerja melalui peningkatan kompetensi maupun memalui forum KKG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kegiatan KKG tematik dan kopetensi profesinal terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Sekecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian penelitian expost facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang.yang berjumlah 106 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kualitas kegiatan KKG Tematik, kompetensi professional dan kinerja guru dalam kategori baik. Kondisi ini menguatkan bahwa kegiatan KKG dan kompetensi profesional yang baik dapat berdampak terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil uji regresi juga menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kualitas kegiatan KKG tematik dan kopetensi profesinal terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Sekecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) Planning, implementation, and supervision; (2) Obstacles faced and solutions in managing guidance and counseling services to direct students in choosing a career at SMA Negeri 14 Ogan Komering Ulu. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection used in this research included (1) in-depth interviews (Depth interview), (2) participant observation (participant observation), and (3) documentation. Based on this research, the results obtained are that 1) Planning, implementation, and management supervision of guidance services to direct students in career choices has gone quite well; 2) The obstacles faced by SMA Negeri 14 OKU in managing guidance and counseling services are internal factors, lack of depth in career determination, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and teachers' busy teaching schedules; In overcoming these obstacles, four solutions have been implemented, namely 1) collaboration between BBK teachers and school personnel, 2) making a list of guidance service activities, 3) completing facilities and infrastructure BK room, and 4) manage a good time.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka learning curriculum and the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, as well as the obstacles and impacts that arise from its implementation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants taken in this study were 5 people who were directly related to this study. The data collection techniques obtained were observation, interviews, and documentation in data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka learning curriculum and the Pancasila student profile strengthening project have been implemented in stages at SD Negeri 03 Rantau Alai and are running well as intracurricular and co-curricular learning. Problems that arise in the implementation of the Merdeka learning curriculum and the Pancasila student profile strengthening project are the lack of relevant reading books, teacher competence in the use of supporting technology, and limited internet access. All existing obstacles have been overcome by adding relevant reading books, conducting teacher training forming learning communities, and adding signal boosters (modems).

Abstract

Implementing discipline character among students and the role of educators in elementary schools are crucial aspects in shaping a well-rounded individual. This study investigates the strategies used to instill discipline in students and the involvement of educators in this process at. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation analysis to gather data. Results indicate that a combination of consistent routines, clear rules, and positive reinforcement effectively promotes student discipline. Educators play a significant role, not only as enforcers of laws but also as role models and mentors, guiding students toward self-discipline. The findings suggest that an integrated approach involving the school community and parents enhances the effectiveness of discipline character building. This study contributes to the understanding of character education in elementary schools and offers practical recommendations for educators and policymakers to foster a disciplined and conducive learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive module using Livewire and PCB Wizard applications to facilitate students in designing electronic circuits in the subject of electronic circuit applications. The study employed the methods of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). Furthermore, there was an improvement in scores from the experimental class compared to the control class. Expert evaluations resulted in an average score of 4,24 with a percentage of 84,93%. The effectiveness questionnaire from students yielded a score of 4,53 with a percentage of 90,07%. These findings indicate that the interactive video is considered effective and practical for use, demonstrating that the use of Livewire and PCB Wizard applications can significantly improve students’ abilities in designing electronic circuits.

Abstract

This study focuses on the management of school mover in realizing educational transformation (case study at SD Az-Zahrah Palembang), which aims to determine the planning, organization, implementation, and organization of supervision of school mover in realizing educational transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. School mover are catalysts for realizing the vision of Indonesian education, namely realizing a sovereign, independent, and personality-based advanced Indonesia through the creation of Pancasila students. School mover focus on developing student learning outcomes holistically by realizing the profile of Pancasila students that includes competencies and characters that begin with superior human resources (principals and teachers).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of organizational culture and principal’s leadership on teacher performance in state senior high schools in Cengal District. A quantitative approach was employed using questionnaires distributed to 42 teachers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression techniques in SPSS 26. Results indicate that organizational culture significantly influences teacher performance (R² = 62.1%), while principal leadership shows a lower but significant impact (R² = 11.1%). Combined, these two variables explain 33.0% of the variance in teacher performance, suggesting that additional factors contribute to performance outcomes. These findings emphasize the need for stronger leadership development programs and school culture improvements to enhance educational effectiveness.
