Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya dan hambatan-hambatan Lembaga Rifka Annisa Women’s Crisis Center dalam menangani korban kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan subjek penelitian adalah purposive. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ketua Lembaga Rifka Annisa Women’s Crisis Center, dua staf divisi pendampingan, satu staf divisi pendidikan dan pelatihan, satu staf divisi pendampingan, dan satu staf divisi hubungan masyarakat. Untuk memeriksa keabsahan data digunakan teknik cross check, dengan membandingkan atau mengecek data hasil wawancara dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis induktif. Adapun langkah-langkahnya, yaitu reduksi data, unitisasi dan kategorisasi, display data dan terakhir pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa Lembaga Rifka Annisa Women’s Crisis Center dalam upaya menangani korban kekerasan terhadap perempuan melakukan 2 upaya, yang pertama adalah upaya preventif yaitu: (1) Diskusi-diskusi tentang KTP. (2) Traning penanganan perempuan korban kekerasan bagi TP-PKK, (3) Kumpulan catatan/position paper, (4) Pengembangan konsep RPK, (5) Pandangan mengenai persepsi gender/ Survey persepsi gender pembuat kebijakan, (6) Pemantauan tinadakan litigatif yang dijalani oleh perempuan korban kekerasan dan perumusan kebijakan praktek aparat hukum/policy brief, (7) Program jaringan, (8) Penertiban, (9) Kolom tetap di majalah Manggala dan Harian Kompas, (10) Program radio dengan talkshow “Swaranisa”, (11) Pemutaran dan diskusi film, (12) Pengolaan perpustakaan, dan (13) Program pantau keluarga. Upaya yang kedua adalah upaya represif yaitu: (1) Pendampingan/konseling, (2) Pendampingan hukum/Litigasi, (3) Mengelola rumah singgah sementara/shelter, (4) Pendampingan medis, (5) Kunjungan ke rumah korban/ home visit dan monitoring. Hambatan-hambatan yang dialami Lembaga Rifka Annisa Women’s Crisis Center dalam upaya menangani korban kekerasan terhadap perempuan adalah respon korban diam, menyembunyikan informasi, berbohong tentang sesuatu hal, padahal hal tersebut penting untuk diinformasikan, korban tipe orang yang penakut dan ragu, korban suka bertahan pada opininya, korban tipe orang yang penakut dan ragu, korban suka bertahan pada opininya, korban menuntut hak-haknya untuk ke pengadilan, sementara bukti-bukti dan saksi belum mencukupi.

Abstract

Early childhood moral education through constructivist approaches focuses on implementing daily practices that are appropriate to the development of children from birth. Through a constructivist approach, the purpose of this study is to find out the development of children in all areas of the curriculum and all domains of development, both physical and moral. The goal of early childhood moral education is through a constructivist approach so that later children become independent students. In learning using a constructivist approach gives children the opportunity to learn about moral issues and behavior in real experience. Children build moral understanding through the social interactions they experience. Constructivist teachers facilitate children in the classroom so students can be directly involved in resolving conflicts or problems experienced by students in class, making decisions and social issues. The constructivist teacher builds children's interests and goals in building children's reasoning, children's experiments and encouraging children to be able to cooperate among all class members. The results of this study that the constructivist approach taken in the classroom makes children able to be autonomous and can make decisions, children can play games in groups through cooperation, and can conduct discussions or social and moral deliberations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the cultivation of character education in the value of nationalism through loving Indonesian in the language month at Ngoto Sewon Bantul Elementary School. The nationalism character of Indonesian love is a manifestation of love for the motherland and nation through loving the use of Indonesian as the language of instruction in education in schools and as the language of unity. The purpose of inculcating the character of nationalism is that students love and can use Indonesian properly and correctly as a national language and language that can unite unity and unity in the daily lives of students in the family, school and community. In October the Indonesian nation is celebrated as a month of language and literature, which is a form of love for the motherland and refers to the history of the Indonesian nation and state. Ngoto Sewon Bantul Elementary School as a child rights-based cultural krida school held a series of activities in the form of competitions to commemorate the language and literary month. The implementation activities of the inculcation of character education in the value of nationalism were held several kinds of activities in the form of competitions such as listening to stories, writing short stories, reading poetry, creating poetry, writing poetry, storytelling, singing, speeches, coloring and making posters. The purpose of this language and literary month activity is that students have the character to love language and literature which are the noble values of the Indonesian people that need to be preserved and remain preserved.Keywords: Cultivating the character of nationalism; love the motherland; language and literature.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of character education in early childhood. Character education is an ongoing process, the goal to be achieved by character education is the implementation of the exemplary values formed in each human person as a social being. The purpose of character education desired by Imam Al-Ghazali is taqarrub ilallah and perfection to achieve happiness in the life of the world and the hereafter. Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts on character education always show the morality and spirituality side. The results achieved in this study that the implementation of character education in early childhood which according to Imam Al-Ghazali is a thought that is based on habituation that starts from giving examples and exercises, in order to form good morals as a basis for the formation of dignified human character.

Abstract

The human life that is in the globalization period has a lot of shifting values, and the norm that raises behaviors that tend to ignore norms and moral order. Pancasila as an open ideology continues to improve itself by developing meaning without compromising the basic value. The law in Indonesia contains rules to control the global values that have been present. Indonesian man is a culture that is obedient to the rules or the positive law by using progressive law that is sourced from the value of humanity. Pancasila as the foundation of the legal source will be the footing of the community to be a good citizen in the Order of society, nation and state that remains oriented to the human being itself. The research method of using the normative law reach is research with the approach of legislation. The results showed the revitalization of Pancasila ideology as an attempt to return Pancasila as a guideline for Indonesia's nation and state. Pancasila as a national ideology as a nation, advisers and directors in the country of Indonesia that is a charateristic nation.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses menuju ke arah yang lebih baik dan bermartabat. Permasalahan karakter adalah pembahasan permasalahan yang menarik untuk dikaji dan dicarikan jalan keluarnya. Sebuah negara yang berkarakter akan bisa menjadi bekal dalam mencapaian tujuan negaranya. Sebaliknya negara yang tidak mempunyai chatacter building yang baik akan menjadi negara yang akan mengalami kemerosotan dalam berbagai hal. Terkembangan teknologi menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam sebuah pendidikan. Landasan filosofi dalam pengembangan karakter menjadi arah bagi pengembangan karakter itu sendiri dalam proses Pendidikan. Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana dalam proses pembentukan sebuah karakter seseorang menuju ke arah yang lebih baik. Dasar filosifi pendidikan karakter ada tiga yaitu dasar ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis. Terdapat lima macam aliran dalam filsafat pendidikan, yaitu: Progressivisme, Esensialisme, Perennialisme, Rekonstruksionisme, dan Eksistensialisme.

Abstract

Stages of Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement Material as a Learning Media for Becoming Three People. The first stage is planning, tutors make plans to implement learning. The second stage is the implementation stage, containing material on international relations through international cooperation agreements, negotiations, the formulation of texts and endorsements so that the contents of the cooperation agreement are agreed. The third stage is evaluation, for learning the results of learning through affective, psychomotor and cognitive. Furthermore, learning outcomes are obtained. Utilization of cooperation agreement material as a learning medium can improve student learning outcomes in PKN learning. The average percentage of student learning outcomes before action is 28%. Furthermore, after the action in the first cycle increased to 34%. Whereas in the second cycle increased to 38%.

Abstract

The values ​​of the national character become an important problem if there is still a disgraceful attitude or behavior carried out by a person in his daily life which results in disrupting the life of the community, nation and state. The rapid development of times and technology without good character or behavior will be a problem. The attitudes and behavior of a student that we often encounter, such as fights between students, brawls, drug abuse, drinking and promiscuity will have a negative impact on the development of student character. Synergy is needed between parents, teachers and the community in character building and development. In Pancasila and Citizenship Education aims to make someone a good citizen, have character and make a human being who is democratic and has Pancasila values. The formation of student or student character cannot be obtained instantly, of course, through a process according to a person's stages of development. Forming a character takes a continuous amount of time which eventually becomes an expected character. A comprehensive approach will be able to develop and make someone have good character. The formation and development of character with a comprehensive approach, namely through inculcation or planting of values, giving role models, facilitation ​​and the development of skills (soft skill).

Abstract

This writing aims to describe the roles and strategies of the families, communities, schools, and state for anti-corruption education. Techniques for data collection was literature studies. The results of the study show that anti-corruption education in the family, school, community and state must be put into effects together. The role of the families is to educate children by example, habits, and dialogue. The employed strategy is to make use of the religion, society and culture, socialization and education, as well as the economy. People need to learn about corruption to improve the bureaucracy, understand their rights and obligations as smart and good citizens, and fully cooperate and commit. Schools need to design learning modules by developing anti-corruption values, such as core values, attitude values, and work ethic values. The strategy used by the school is to develop an environment-based anti-corruption PPKn learning model through cooperative learning. The state needs to implement a culture of shame in the government, include anti-corruption education in basic to higher education, and formulate social sanctions for corruption.

Abstract

Education aims to educate and create the nation's future generation with character. However, problems like brawls, violence, abuse of narcotics, illegal drugs, and promiscuity still occur among students. It becomes the concern of parents and teachers in educating and leading students to develop their character. The teacher is obligated to develop Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning models suitable for students to have good character. Through character education, it hoped that it would produce a sound generation. The educational process that gives birth to the expected character is, of course, gradual. This study aimed to find out Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning models for developing students' character. Research using mixed methods research with data collection, analysis, and mixing both quantitative data and qualitative. This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches in collecting data through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that Pancasila and Citizenship Education Learning model based on character education through a comprehensive approach could develop and shape the students' character, such as inculcation, modeling, values facilitation, and skill-building. Through character development, it hoped that good characters were expected to form permanently.
