Abstract

Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berorientasi pada pembelajaran dengan output menghasilkan suatu produk, dan STEAM-2C (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics, Culture, Communication) embedded dengan model PjBL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak model pembelajaran STEAM-2C terintegrasi model PjBL dalam pembelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian ini berupa kualitatif yang datanya diperoleh dari 30 pertanyaan terbuka dan wawancara terhadap mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen yang valid melalui penilaian validitas isi oleh tiga validator dalam Forum Group Discussion (FGD), dan pengukuran tiga rater melalui rumus Gregory dengan perolehan KV = 1; instrumen juga dinyatakan reliabel dengan persetujuan validator melalui rumus Cohen Kappa (K) dan uji coba pada siswa. Ditemukan bahwa model STEAM-2C terintegrasi PjBL dinilai sangat baik dari unsur minat, kegunaan, kelayakan, kebaruan, keunikan. Simpulan, dampak modelpembelajaran STEAM-2C ini mengarah pada motivasi belajar, literasi sains, Higher Order Thinking skills (HOTs), dan TPACK mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Kompetensi profesional berorientasi pada pemahaman konsep dapat ditinjau dari multiple representations. Peningkatan kompetensi profesional calon guru fisika di Indonesia perlu dilakukan melalui model pembelajaran yang tepat. PESMIR merupakan model PjBL terintegrasi Ethnoscience, STEAM, dan Multiple Intelligences-Representations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menentukan efektifitas model PESMIR berbantuan aplikasi Tracker dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional calon guru fisika pada mata kuliah Fisika Lingkungan; 2) Menentukan korelasi antara penerapan model PESMIR berbantuan aplikasi Tracker, dan model PESMIR tanpa aplikasi Tracker; 3) Menentukan signifikansi perbedaan antara hasil tes kompetensi profesional dengan penerapan model PESMIR berbantuan aplikasi Tracker, dan model PESMIR tanpa aplikasi Tracker; dan 4) Menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh model PESMIR berbantuan aplikasi Tracker terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional calon guru fisika pada mata kuliah Fisika Lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi-Experimental Design dengan Posttest-Only Design with Nonequivalent Groups. Sebanyak 200 data dianalisis, terdiri dari 100 data kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Data diolah dengan Software SPSS 21.0, dan Effect Size Calculator (Cohen’s D) for t-test. Analisis data menggunakan uji N-gain untuk menentukan efektivitas; uji Paired Sample t-test untuk menentukan statistik deskriptif, korelasi, dan perbedaan signifikansi model; uji Effect Size Cohen’s untuk menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh model PESMIR berbantuan aplikasi Tracker terhadap hasil tes kompetensi profesional. Ditemukan bahwa skor N-gain (0,7629) dan persentase N-gain (76,2861) data berdistribusi normal melalui Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, data homogen melalui Levene’s test, korelasi sig. 0,649 > 0,05, perbedaan sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, dan pengaruh (Effect Size) = 0,514602. Simpulan, model PESMIR berbantuan aplikasi Tracker efektif meningkatkan kompetensi profesional; tidak terdapat hubungan antar model; terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil kompetensi profesional dengan penerapan model PESMIR berbantuan Tracker, dan model PESMIR tanpa aplikasi Tracker; besar pengaruh penerapan model PESMIR berbantuan aplikasi Tracker terhadap peningkatan hasil kompetensi profesional calon guru fisika dalam mata kuliah Fisika Lingkungan berada pada kategori sedang.

Abstract

The impact of the corona virus (Covid-19) outbreak on the tourism industry, especially Indonesia, is certainly very influential. From 2020 to 2021 a number of cancellations of tourist arrivals have occurred since the virus outbreak was announced. The plane seats are empty, as well as hotels, cruise operators, and other business potentials. As an illustration, the realization of foreign tourist visits during 2019 reached 16.3 million from the target of 18 million. In the tourism sector, tourist arrivals, which are currently the second largest in Yogyakarta, are estimated to decline. The same applies to the investment and trade sectors. In recent years, the investment value has continued to increase. It will even become the second largest in 2021. Therefore, it is necessary to have adequate facilities to support the tourism sector in Indonesia during this Covid-19 period. One of them is Majapahit Market which is located in Umbulharjo village, Cangkringan sub-district, Sleman district. The lack of facilities to support health protocols, guides to tourist attractions, as well as tourist attractions that are still relatively simple have made the Majapahit Market experience a significant decline in tourists. In addition to the PPKM carried out by the government, the Majapahit Market should have facilities that support during this Covid-19 period. In addition to the tourism sector, health protocol facilities in some remote educational places also need improvement. Especially on the lack of knowledge of students about the corona virus, as well as how to carry out learning activities with good and correct health protocols. In addition to remote educational places, several educational places in the city also need improvement during this Covid-19 period. One of them is Cokroaminoto University, Yogyakarta. Based on these problems, the authors carry out community service through UCY Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities in the Covid-19 era. The activity has been carried out by supporting the community by making adequate facilities in the Covid-19 era, as well as providing education, distributing masks, as well as food assistance to MTs Bima Bhakti Pertiwi students who are currently carrying out offline learning activities, and providing assistance for human resources. to the campus to make improvements during this Covid-19 period.

Abstract

Training to improve reading, writing and arithmetic skills for the elderly is located at the Sabilunnajah Elderly Islamic Boarding School, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Province. The problems of the elderly at the Sabilunnajah Islamic Boarding School include some elderly who do not graduate from elementary school, the elderly easily forget and do not understand the material, the limitations of the ustadz/ustadzah Pondok, there being no basic material for reading, writing and arithmetic. The aim of the training is to improve reading, writing and arithmetic skills for the elderly. Implementation of training a total of 8 times. The elderly students who took part in the training activities were 38 students. The results of the training show that there is an increase in reading, writing and arithmetic skills, namely 35%. Before the training, the average score for reading, writing, and arithmetic was 60%. After training increased to 95%.

Abstract

This devotion to public is motivated by the problem of students' lack of understanding in the use and application of computers at SD Negeri 1 Plumbon. The solution offered to address the partner's problem is to implement a community service program in the form of basic computer skills and information technology training for students. The objective of this community service is to provide knowledge and basic computer skills, as well as information technology, to elementary school students. The community service activities consist of four stages: 1) Planning stage, 2) Implementation stage, 3) Assistancetraining stage, and 4) Simulation and practice stage. Through this training, it aims to provide knowledge and basic computer skills, as well as information technology.

Abstract

The training of trainer service activities to increase the learning competence of adults or the elderly through modular instruction is motivated by a team of trainers who do not yet have experience as instructors or teachers, especially in the implementation of adult learning, including andragogy skills; (2) communication; (3) mastery of the material and class management. The training of trainers was held in the auditorium of Cokroaminoto University, Yogyakarta for one day. The purpose of the training of trainers is to improve the learning competence of adults or the elderly, before the trainers are deployed to the field, in this case the Sabilunnajah Islamic Boarding School, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The competencies in question are andragogic competencies or adult teaching skills, communication skills in implementing learning and classroom mastery and management abilities. The results of the training of trainers to increase the learning competence of adults or the elderly through modular instruction can be seen that: (1) the participants' andragogical skills on average are much better than before the training. Most of the participants had adult teaching skills which included indicators of understanding of older students, designing lesson plans, conducting learning evaluations, strategies for developing older students to actualize their various potentials. communication skills in the implementation of learning in general have been achieved more optimally including mastery or selection of sentences or words, ability to explain material, and voice intonation. (3) in general the mastery of the material is quite better, the participants are able to give instructions and the stages of delivering the material. The trainees understand the technical management of the class.

Abstract

KKN was carried out on February 2, 2022. The implementation of the KKN program started from observations carried out after the deployment. Observations were made as a reference for the preparation of the KKN work program that had been carried out in Klipuh and Bonorejo Padukuhan, Gulurejo Village, Kapanewon Lendah, Kulon Progo Regency, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta from February 2, 2022 to March 17, 2022. With this observation, students can plan work programs that have been carried out during the implementation of KKN in Padukuhan Klipuh and Bonorejo. The results of the group and individual work programs were carried out well. The response from the community is also very good. The community helps a lot in the work programs that we carry out. Funding for the implementation of the KKN program originating from the campus is given to each student and student fees. The implementation of the overall program is in accordance with the plan. Population factors in the implementation of the KKN work program include the cohesiveness of group members, the families of Mr and Mrs who have provided a place for us to live.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture was held in Padukuhan KedungBuweng. For 4 weeks and 3 days starting from 05 February to 06 March 2024. The programs are designed sequentially starting with discussions between KKN groups, community service officials, and local communities, especially those that are in direct contact with the programs being designed. The results achieved from the entire KKN program include developing community skills and helping develop Human Resources (HR) to increase the potential of local villages. In the field of education, namely literacy and learning programs, both academic and religion-based, are implemented to develop quality human resources from an early age. Apart from that, the provision of a reading corner to improve children's literacy at Padukuhan KedungBaweng. In the field of religion, namely the empowerment of mosques and TPAs. In the fields of environment and planning, building road fences and land management, as well as providing land inventory. In the legal field, namely the sticking of anti-bullying posters and the socialization of acts of violence against children. In the economic sector, namely the socialization of the hobby of saving and making a map of MSMEs in Padukuhan KedungBuweng, Wukirsari Village, Kapanewon Imogiri, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess how people perceive tempeh. The study was conducted using an online self-administered questionnaire among 340 respondents aged between 11 and 58 years. The results showed that respondents perceived tempeh as an Indonesian cultural food (97.70%), a highly nutritious food (99.41%), and a superfood (86.47%), and 51.76% of respondents consumed 50 g of tempeh daily. Most respondents perceived tempeh to have economic impact (91.7%) and used it as a food for celebrations (95.29%), and there was no significant differences between generations (p<0.05). The conclusion is that tempeh is perceived as an Indonesian cultural food that has cultural, economic, and nutritional value.

Abstract

Online learning requires the utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) that are not only administratively functional but also support the enhancement of students’ digital literacy. This study aims to evaluate the use of existing LMS platforms, namely EdLink and SIAKAD, as the foundation for the subsequent design and development of a Civic Education LMS. A mixed-methods descriptive approach within the initial stages of a Research and Development (R&D) model was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 20 students and in depth interviews with 4 students focusing on accessibility, interactivity, user interface design, and instructional support. The evaluation results indicate that, overall, EdLink and SIAKAD scored highly in terms of accessibility and administrative management but remain limited in discussion forum interactivity, notification quality, and interface design. These findings highlight the need for designing a more adaptive and interactive Civic Education LMS integrating gamification and artificial intelligence features. This research serves as a preliminary foundation for subsequent expert validation and student trials in the development of the new LMS.
