Abstract

Pelatih mempunyai tugas sebagai perencana, pemimpin, teman, pembimbing, dan pengontrol program latihan, sedangkan atlet mempunyai tugas melakukan latihan sesuai program yang telah ditentukan pelatih. Pendekatan latihan merupakan bagian penting yang harus dipilih oleh pelatih dalam menyusun dan dalam merealisasikan program yang telah direncanakan. Salah satu pendekatan latihan adalah gaya kepemimpinan pelatih. Gaya kepemimpinan pelatih merupakan cara kerja yang biasa dilakukan sebagai kekhasan dari seseorang pelatih. Gaya kepemimpinan seorang pelatih dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan pelatih Hapkido dalam rangka meningkatkan prestasi atlet Hapkido di Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakang oleh perubahan sistem perkawinan adat yang menggunakan belis di desa Benteng Tado. Budaya belis menjadi beban ekonomi bagi masyarakat karena sudah bergeser dari makna aslinya yang juga berpengaruh pada perubahan pembentukan karakter masyarakatnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  praktik pelaksanaan budaya belis, makna budaya belis dan nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam budaya belis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat (guru), kepala desa, dan masyarakat yang pernah pernah terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan budaya belis. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di Desa Benteng Tado. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: proses pelaksanaan budaya belis dilakukan melalui 3 tahap yaitu (1) pra pernikahan: karong salang, cumang tau ata tua, tukar kila, turuk empo, (2) pernikahan: ngo ba paca, wagal, (3) pasca pernikahan: podo, curu/ roko, gerep ruha. Makna budaya belis bagi masyarakat desa Benteng Tado adalah sebagai bentuk penghargaan terhadap perempuan dan untuk membalas jasa orang tua dan keluarga perempuan. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai budaya belis sebagai kearifan lokal, teridentifikasi 18 nilai-nilai karakter kehidupan yang terkandung dalam budaya belis pada perkawinan adat di Desa Benteng Tado. Nilai-nilai kehidupan tersebut berketerkaitan dengan seluruh dimensi pembentuk karakter yaitu: nilai religius, nilai jujur, nilai toleransi, nilai disiplin, nilai kerja keras, nilai kreatif, nilai mandiri, nilai demokratis, nilai rasa ingin tahu, nilai semangat kebangsaan, nilai cinta tanah air, nilai menghargai prestasi, nilai bersahabat/komunikatif, nilai cinta damai, nilai gemar membaca, nilai peduli lingkungan, nilai peduli sosial, dan nilai tanggung jawab.   This research was motivated by changes in the traditional marriage system that used belis in the village of Fort Tado. Belis culture is an economic burden for the community because it has shifted from its original meaning which also has an effect on changing the formation of the character of its society. The purpose of this study is to determine the practice of implementing belis culture, the meaning of belis culture and character values contained in belis culture. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study are traditional leaders, community leaders (teachers), village heads, and communities who have been directly involved in the implementation of belis culture. The place where the study was conducted in the Village of Benteng Tado. The results showed that: the process of implementing belis culture was carried out through 3 stages, namely (1) pre-marriage: karong salang, cumang tau ata tua, tukar kila, turuk empo, (2) marriage: ngo ba paca, wagal, (3) post-wedding: podo, curu/ roko, gerep ruha. Makna belis culture  for the people of Fort Tado village is as a  form of appreciation for women and to repay the services of women's parents and families. From  the results of research on belis culture as local wisdom, 18 life character values contained in belis culture were identified in traditional marriages in Benteng Tado Village. These life values are related to all character-forming dimensions, namely: religious  values, honest values, tolerance values, discipline values, hard work values, creative values, independent values, democratic values,  the value of curiosity, the value of the spirit of nationality, the value of love for the homeland, the value of appreciating achievements, the  value  of friendly / communicative, the value of peace-loving, the value of love of reading, the value of caring for the environment, the value of caring for the environment, the value of respecting achievements, the value of friendly/communicative, the value of peace-loving, the value of love to read, the value of caring for the environment, the value of caring for the environment, the value of value  social care, and the value of responsibility.

Abstract

Flood is an event of flow or stagnation of water in an area that occurs due to the overflow of water from existing canals exceeding the capacity of water disposal caused by high rainfall and the topographical conditions of the area in the form of lowlands to basins, causing physical, social and economic losses. This type of research is qualitative research because the results of this research were obtained from various data collection techniques such as interviews, document analysis, observation and documentation. The population in this study were residents in Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan Sunggal District. The sample is part of the population that has a quality that can represent the entire population. The sampling process was carried out non-randomly (nonprobability sampling) with a purposive sampling technique, namely the method of taking samples based on certain withdrawals. The criteria referred to in this study are local residents who have been affected by floods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning of PPKn at SMP Negeri 3 Bau-Bau , and to find out the creativity of PPKn teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bau-Bau in applying nationalism values in PPKn learning. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used in this study used interview techniques, observations, literature studies, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis techniques and infarence analysis. The conclusion produced in this study is that PPKn learning at SMP Negeri 3 Bau-Bau can be said to have been maximized in equipping students about the cultivation of nationalism values as well as understanding nationalism and civic responsibilities such as how to establish harmonious interactions between each other. PPKn learning is also recognized as teaching material that is able to protect students from the entanglement of radicalism. Currently, many of our teenage children are exposed to radicalism and the average of them is still of school age. The suggestions and recommendations in this study are as follows: (1) It is hoped that SMP N egeri 3 Bau-Bau through PPKn learning can maximize the cultivation of Nationalism values to its students, (2) It is hoped that SMP Negeri 3 Bau-Bau will further expand the PPKn learning method with a more straightforward approach so that the students can easily absorb the substance of the PPKn learning, (3) It is hoped that PPKn teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bau-Bau will be more active in looking for the right learning media when teaching PPKn lessons in class. So as to maximize the cultivation of nationalism values in KDP learning in the classroom, (4) It is hoped that the SMP Negeri 3 Bau-Bau will more regularly encourage workshops on national insights that involve its students. So it is hoped that national insight will become an adhesive element in the interaction between students and students and between teachers and students.

Abstract

The background of this research is a study that tries to explore the role of the family in encouraging the quality of learning in schools according to the concept of Ki Hadjar Deawantara and Romo Mangun. The two ideas of educational figures that are presented in this simple work are recognized as being able to answer the challenges of implementing contemporary education which is considered to be far from the expectations of the community. Where the implementation of education is still carried out mechanically which is proven to distance students from their culture and the management of education is carried out with the principle of profit oriented (seeking profit). The type of research used in this study uses a library research approach . The data collection technique in this study is a library through written sources such as books, journals, research reports, and sources from the internet. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of this study include the following: First, Ki Hadjar Dewantara, the idea of educational thinking is oriented towards the principle of human independence, students Given freedom in recognizing its culture, and the principle of togetherness. Second, Romo Mangun, emphasized the importance of education oriented towards humanizing the implementation of education with the concept of Basic Education Dynamics (BED) and equipping small communities and groups weak to recognize his right in education. Third, the relevance of the educational ideas of Ki Hadjar Dewantara and Romo Mangun to the current implementation of education, namely that the current management of education runs without clear orientation and tends to be profit oriented without regard to clear out puts. As a result, out put education cannot answer the needs of learners and relatively distances students from their culture and education can exploit its learners. Therefore , it is important that the educational concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara and Romo Mangun be reapplied to overcome current educational problems. The suggestions in this study are as follows : (1) The design of education policies before they are implemented must pass the socialization stage with the parents of students or the community so that the community moreover, parents of students can understand the purpose and objectives of the policy, (2) The management of learning as much as possible must involve the parents of students such as determining the determination of strategic decisions relating to the future of learners, (3) The implementation of learning in schools should be free from discriminatory practices and forms of injustice , distancing students from their environment, (4) Cooperation between school management and parents of students must continue to be improved so that there is synergy between schools with parents of students in improving the growth and development of students both in the school environment and outside the school.

Abstract

The study was conducted to examine the character education of nationalism with the theme of national integration in the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the X grade students of SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. This study aims to find out, (1) the process of character education of nationalism with the theme of national integration in the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika frame in class X students at SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta, (2) the results of nationalism character education on the theme of national integration in the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika frame in class X students at SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research instruments used ware observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained ware collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The process of nationalism character education with the theme of national integration in class X students of SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta is carried out by integrating it into Pancasila and Citizenship Education Class X subjects, beside being integrated into character education learning, it is also implemented through cultural habits school. In the Pancasila and Citizenship education lesson it self, nationalism character education with the theme of national intgeration is taught using contextual tekstual student center methods or such as using problem solving methods. So that students are required to be able to solve existing social problems about the character of nationalism and national integration and provide solutions to these problems. (2) The results of nationalism character education with the theme of national integration in class X students of SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta can be seen from the cognitif values and affective values of students. The affective value can be seen from the participation of students in activities organized by the school such as flag ceremonies, paskibraka selection, and scout extracurricular activities which have increased and become indicators of achieving the character of nationalism.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between the implementation of school rules and the level of student discipline. Quantitative research methods use hypothesis testing with Kendall's Tau analysis and determination correlation analysis to measure the strength and significance of the relationship. The results of the hypothesis test show that the implementation of school rules has a strong and significant correlation with the level of student discipline at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Kendall's Tau analysis score of 0.000, smaller than the significance level of 0.01, confirms that the relationship between school rule implementation and student discipline is significant. A closeness of 0.568 indicates that the relationship is not only significant, but also strong and positive. Regression analysis showed a correlation value (R) of 0.805, indicating a positive relationship between the implementation of school rules and student discipline. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.648 indicates that 64.8% of the variation in student discipline can be explained by the implementation of school rules. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of school rules, the higher the level of student discipline at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. The school needs to continue to pay attention and improve the quality of the implementation of school rules to maintain and improve the level of student discipline. In addition, this research contributes in the context of fostering students character and morals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of green information technology and learning orientation as predictors of influencing teacher performance and innovative teaching governance. And to find out the role of the innovative teaching governance construct as a predictor of influencing teacher performance. The population of this research is all teaching staff at State High Schools/Vocational High Schools in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was non-probability simple random sampling with the distribution of questionnaires using google form and a completely filled out questionnaire totaling 183 teaching respondents. The analytical tool used is SEM AMOS. The results showed that there was a significant effect of green information technology and learning orientation on innovative teaching governance; green information technology and innovative teaching governance have been proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance, but learning orientation has no effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Tempe merupakan salah satu makanan populer di Indonesia yang merupakan sumber protein nabati dan banyak digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu hal yang sering menjadi perhatian adalah kebersihan dan titik kritis kontaminasi yang terjadi pada setiap tahapan proses produksi. Peningkatan kondisi higiene dan sanitasi menjadi hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadikan suatu produk dengan kualitas yang lebih baik. Kegiatan edukasi dilaksanakan di ruang mitra yang merupakan bagian dari masjid Jabal Nur Sentul City, Kabupaten Bogor. Lokasi kegiatan juga dilaksanakan di lokasi produksi tempe yang masih dalam komplek Radja Tempe yang sama. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Juni 2024 dengan target kegiatan yaitu pengurus Radja Tempe, Pengrajin, dan masyarakat sebanyak 24 orang peserta. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pengetahuan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan. Terjadi peningkatan rerata pengetahuan peserta yang pada saat pre-test memiliki skor pengetahuan 82,5 ± 11,9 meningkat pada saat post-test dengan skor pengetahuan 88,3 ± 9,6. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta meningkat setelah dilakukan edukasi yang diharapkan pengetahuan peserta tentang keamanan pangan dan HACCP juga akan meningkat. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan edukasi (p<0,05). Perbedaan yang signifikan ini menunjukkan bahwa skor pengetahuan peserta sesudah kegiatan edukasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan skor pengetahuan peserta sebelum kegiatan edukasi. Kegiatan edukasi dengan metode partisipatif dapat dilakukan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang HACCP kepada mitra pengrajin. Kegiatan edukasi ini memberikan manfaat kepada mitra yaitu melalui peningkatan pengetahuan tentang keamanan pangan dan HACCP.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on science and social learning outcomes regarding magnetism, electricity and technology in class V students at SDN 3 Dongko. This research is quantitative research with an experimental type of research, the design used is Pre-Experimental Design with One Grup Pretest Posttest. Sampling used random sampling technique. The sample used was 20 experimental class students. Data was collected using pre-test and post-test questions. The research results show that the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model has a significant influence on student learning outcomes. The magnitude of the difference is proven by the results of the paired sample t test. The results of the paired sample t-test calculations obtained a significance value of 0.000. Based on the test criteria if the Sig.2.093) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is an influence significant in the application of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model on science and social learning outcomes of magnetism, electricity and technology material in class V students at SDN 3 Dongko.
