Abstract

Research development organization SAMSAT Riau Islands Province alignment within the organizationis measured by using a model of congruence of Nadler - Tushman. From this model gained fourdimensions, namely, input, output, process transformation and congruence. With four dimensions inthis model explains 27buah indikators that can be measured to see the process of organizational developmentSAMSAT Riau Islands Province. Indikator is obtained through questionnaires in the fieldwhich is then processed using a simple interval class. Having analyzed the overall indikator didapatkanlahfinal interval value which is equal to 4.17. The results of this statistical analysis melmilikiSAMSAT meaning that development organizations are categorized either because the process inputs(input), the output (output), a process that occurs within the organization tarnsformasi occur in harmonyor balance which leads to increased efficiency and effectiveness of the organization SAMSAT, besidesthat it can improve progress of the organization to make it more alive. With the development ofboth the organization acquired symptoms - symptoms that are found at the beginning of the study canbe addressed by the organization SAMSAT. So for the future is expected to SAMSAT organization canimprove its organizational development, so as to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the organizationas expected.

Abstract

Public participation is a fundamental principle in the administration of democratic governance, including in regional development planning. However, the participation of vulnerable groups, particularly persons with disabilities, has not been fully guaranteed operationally in local policies. This article aims to analyze the regulation of the participation of persons with disabilities in regional development planning in Tasikmalaya City from the perspective of Government Administrative Law. This study employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials are analyzed using qualitative normative analysis to assess the adequacy and consistency of norms governing the obligations of local governments to ensure the participatory rights of persons with disabilities. The findings indicate that although regional regulations and mayoral regulations have normatively recognized the rights of persons with disabilities, the regulation of their participation in development planning particularly through the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) remains general and declarative. From the perspective of Government Administrative Law, this condition reflects an operational normative gap that may weaken the protection of participatory rights of persons with disabilities, thereby necessitating the strengthening of more inclusive and equitable local regulations.

Abstract

Abstract. Small-scale fish processing activities in Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency, play a significant role in supporting the coastal community’s economy; however, they still face limitations in structured and sustainable business management. Most fish processors operate traditional businesses without a clear understanding of their business models, resulting in underutilized value-added potential. This community service activity aims to apply the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a mentoring tool to enhance managerial capacity and business understanding among fish processors in Kronjo District. The method employed was a descriptive qualitative approach within a community engagement framework, using field observations, interviews, and focus group discussions. The results indicate that the implementation of the Business Model Canvas improved partners’ understanding of their business structure, particularly in identifying customer segments, formulating value propositions, and recognizing the relationship between cost structures and revenue streams. The application of BMC also encouraged a shift in mindset from a production-oriented approach to more structured and sustainable business management. This activity concludes that the Business Model Canvas is an effective and practical tool for community service programs aimed at strengthening small-scale fish processing businesses and enhancing the welfare of coastal communities. Abstrak. Kegiatan pengolahan ikan skala kecil di Kecamatan Kronjo, Kabupaten Tangerang, memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat pesisir, namun masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan usaha yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Sebagian besar pelaku usaha menjalankan bisnis secara tradisional tanpa pemahaman yang memadai mengenai model bisnis, sehingga potensi nilai tambah produk belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai alat pendampingan guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas manajerial pengolah ikan di Kecamatan Kronjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Business Model Canvas membantu mitra memahami struktur bisnis secara lebih komprehensif, khususnya dalam mengidentifikasi segmen pelanggan, merumuskan proposisi nilai, serta memahami hubungan antara biaya dan pendapatan usaha. Penerapan BMC juga mendorong perubahan pola pikir mitra dari orientasi produksi menuju pengelolaan usaha yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa Business Model Canvas merupakan alat yang efektif dan aplikatif dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mendukung penguatan usaha pengolahan ikan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between fiscal ratios and short-run economic performance in Indonesia. Rather than treating economic governance as an abstract institutional construct, the analysis positions fiscal ratios as indicators of fiscal governance capacity and evaluates their association with observable macroeconomic outcomes. Using annual data, the study focuses on how revenue effectiveness, expenditure efficiency, and fiscal balance relate to variations in economic growth. The empirical analysis employs time-series regression with Newey–West standard errors to address potential autocorrelation and heteroskedasticity. To strengthen the robustness of the findings, alternative model specifications incorporating dynamic elements are also estimated. The results indicate that selected fiscal ratios exhibit statistically meaningful associations with economic growth, although the direction and magnitude of the effects vary across specifications. In particular, expenditure-related indicators tend to show a more consistent relationship with growth performance than revenue-side measures. These findings suggest that fiscal governance mechanisms may influence economic outcomes through indirect and short-term channels rather than immediate growth acceleration. Given the limited time horizon of the data, the results should be interpreted with caution. Nevertheless, the study contributes to the empirical literature by highlighting how fiscal governance capacity, as reflected in fiscal ratios, is linked to short-run macroeconomic performance in a developing country context.

Abstract

 Kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis dan keteladanan di era digital menjadi pendekatan penting dalam pendidikan, terutama di Pondok Pesantren Al Masyuriah Sepatan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan guru dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan transformasional yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai spiritual dan keteladanan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga sesi: workshop tentang kepemimpinan transformasional, pelatihan integrasi nilai spiritual dalam kepemimpinan, dan pendampingan implementasi di kelas. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepemimpinan peserta, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri guru dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dan menerapkan nilai spiritual dalam kepemimpinan. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih positif dan inspiratif di era digital.

Abstract

In the context of Baraya Travel, the dynamics of shuttle ticket transactions often reveal consumer misunderstandings regarding terms and conditions for cancellations, which may undermine the integrity of the contract. This study is field research employing a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations and documentary studies, then analyzed using the principles of Islamic Economic Law. The findings indicate that the transaction mechanism at Baraya Travel normatively provides for khiyār rights, particularly through the company’s established ticket cancellation policies. However, empirically, an information gap persists where consumers lack a comprehensive understanding of these standard clauses. The analysis of Islamic Economic Law confirms that khiyār practices at Baraya Travel align with muamalah principles, where renegotiation or mediation serves as a solution to achieve benefit (maslahah). This study suggests the importance of transparency and education regarding the contract at the outset of the transaction to ensure that the fulfillment of rights and obligations between the service provider and user is fully realized in accordance with Sharia principles.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution brought significant advances in military technology, one of which was the development of a robotic system to improve security. Indonesia, particularly Papua, still faces armed threats. This study designed and implemented an image processing-based SS7 shield guard robot prototype to distinguish between friend and foe. The system uses a camera as a visual sensor, Raspberry Pi as a transmission center, and wireless data transmission to the guard post in real time. Tests were conducted at varying distances (2-16 meters), viewing angles (0°–90°), and light intensity (0-maximum Lux). The best results were obtained at a distance of 2-12 meters, an angle of 0°-60°, and a minimum illumination of 169 lux, with stable detection accuracy across a wide range of objects. The system demonstrated optimal performance in bright conditions and decreased at 0 Lux illumination. These findings demonstrate that the integration of hardware and image processing algorithms can support improved security for military posts and serve as an initial step towards the development of more adaptive automated security systems in the future.
