Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to improve German language reading skills of 11th grade students of State Senior High School 1 Gowa by using Playing answer learning method. The subject in this research are the students of 11th grade of Mathematics and Natural Science 6 of State Senior High School 1 Gowa. This research is a type of classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The data of this research consist of qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data are the data which describe the learning process obtained through observation. While, quantitative data are the data obtained from the results of cycle I and cycle II tests. The results of the research showed that the learning outcomes of students reading skills increased, namely 73.52% in the cycle I and increased to 92.20% in the cycle II. This results indicated that the implementation of Playing answer learning method can improve German language reading skills of 11th grade students of State Senior High School 1 Gowa.

Abstract

Abstract. This research was a classroom action research which consisted of two cycles and was conducted online.  This study was aimed to determine the improvement of German vocabularies mastery of Nine Senior High School Makassar’s Students Grade X MIA by using Kahoot media.  The data in this study consisted of two types of data, including qualitative data and quantitative data.  Qualitative data was obtained through observation, while quantitative data was obtained through the results of the first and second cycles of vocabularies mastery tests.  The data were analyzed using the percentage technique.  The results showed that the mastery of German vocabularies’ average score which obtained by the students in the first cycle reached 65% and the second cycle reached 85%.  These results indicated that the use of Kahoot media could improve the mastery of German vocabularies of Nine Senior High School Makassar’s Students Grade X MIA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the portrait of the implementation of Blended Learning-Based Learning learning consisting of planning, implementing, and evaluating knowledge. This research approach is qualitative with a type of description research—data collection techniques are in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses miles and Huberman models. They are checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that: Learning planning There is no specific policy issued by schools regarding blended learning-based learning, preparation of human style resources in the form of In House Training (IHT) training to teacher teachers regarding procedures for using the Learning Management System called Google Classroom, Implementation of learning, teachers choosing methods and media to be used, the level of student activity in the blended learning process is greatly influenced by available networks, online learning strategies that are taking material from the internet, media used when learning blended laptops and cellphones, learning applications used by Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Evaluation of realizing using a different learning system during online learning with face-to-face learning, the form of assessment given by the teacher online is in the form of quizzes and online tests through learning applications, while when offline, the teacher provides a direct evaluation in the form of hardcopy of questions to students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what Teacher Management Professional Training Management looks like in SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive research type. The data sources of researchers are Wakasek Curriculum, Teacher and Teacher BK. and the archive at the research location. Data collection procedures used are interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display ,. The results of this study indicate that: The management of this teacher professionalism training includes MGMP training which is an activity to improve professionalism competence as professional educators and develop the quality of education. Teachers must perform optimally and with all efforts to make their students achieve the expected goals. So this paper tries to discuss the management of teacher professionalism training which includes MGMP training as an institution that seeks to produce professional teachers. Besides that, to carry out his professionalism as a professional teacher is his creativity and innovation. Management Teacher professionalism training in Makassar 17 Public Middle School improves the quality of being a professional teacher. Based on good management and management, this training will run according to the desired goals.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information on improving students' reading comprehension skills in German class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 16 Makassar through the application of Quizizz media. The research design used is Kurt Lewin's Classroom Action Research design which consists of four components: design, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 16 Makassar with students of class X MIPA 2 consisting of 36 people as research subjects. The research data were collected through teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets and reading comprehension tests. The data in this study were analyzed using the average and percentage formula. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of students' reading comprehension skills in the first cycle was 69.17 which was classified in the less category. After making efforts to improve through maximizing the learning process in the second cycle using Quizizz media, the results showed that the average score of students in this cycle was 86.11 which was classified in the good category. The results of this study indicate that the Quizizz learning media can improve the ability to read and understand the students of class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 16 Makassar with a percentage increase of 16.94%.Keywords: Enhancement, Enhacement, read, German language, Quizizz

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the improvement in listening comprehension of X SMA Negeri 2 students through film media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research's Kemmis and Me Taggart models. The subjects in this study were Class X MIPA 5 students, a total of 36 people. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II, and each cycle consisted of four phases, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The students' grades resulted in an average score of 70.4. in the first cycle and increased in the second cycle with an average value of 87.4. The results of this study show that the use of German film media can improve the listening comprehension of the students as well as the positive attitude and activity of the class X students MIPA 5 SMA Negeri 2 Makassar.Keywords: Improvement, German Listening, Media Film Nicos Weg A1

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketercapaian Visi dan Misi sekolah dilihat dari rencana kerja tahunan sekolah khususnya dibidang kesiswaan. Pendekatan Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Tercapainya visi dan misi sekolah pada bidang kesiswaan mengacu pada program sekolah sebagaimana yang telah direncanakan dalam Rencana Kerja Sekolah (RKS) yang telah diaktualisasi, selain program sekolah pencapaian visi misi sekolah juga ditunjang oleh keberadaan program ekstrakurikuler seperti, pembinaan osis yang fokus kepada pembentukan nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik. Adapun rencana kerja sekolah terkhusus di bidang kesiswaan menjelaskan program kerja atau pembinaan kesiswaan selama empat tahun seperti; (1) rapat koordinasi antara kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan pembina ekstrakurikuler, (2) pemberian penghargaan kepada siswa berprestasi, (3) dokumentasi kegiatan kesiswaan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pelatihan pengelolaan Google Classroom bagi guru Sekolah Dasar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang pengelolaan Google Classroom. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah minimnya mitra mengetahui penggunaan Google Classroom dengan tepat dan menarik, serta sekolah-sekolah yang belum memfasilitasi pelatihan pengelolaan Google Classroom untuk mitra. Solusi yang ditawarkan yakni pemberian materi tentang pengelolaan Google Classroom, melatih mitra dalam mengelola kelas dalam Google Classroom dan memberikan feedback. Metode yang digunakan adalah método ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan cara pemberian materi tentang manfaat dan tujuan Google Classroom dan praktek pengelolaan kelas yang dimulai dari mengelola tampilan, menambahkan siswa, memposting pengumuman, menambahkan bahan ajar, membuat quis dan sistema penilaian. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan pengelolaan Google Classroom adalah memberikan tambahan pengetahuan kepada guru tentang mengelola Google Classroom secara menarik yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan mutu pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Google Classroom

Abstrak. Tujuan dilakukan pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam dalam menulis artikel ilmiah. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian materi tentang konsep tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah Artikel yang tidak layak dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah, Prasyarat mutlak dalam penulisan artikel, Komponen artikel ilmiah, Mekanisme penetapan judul artikel, penulisan abstrak dan kata kunci, Penulisan metode yang baik, Cara menguraikan hasil , Cara menguraikan pembahasan , Strategi  penarikan kesimpulan serta melakukan praktek meriview satu artikel untuk lebih memahami bagian-bagian pada artikel. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah adalah dengan menggunakan metode pemberian materi dan dan praktek membuat artikel Sederhana mahasiswa dapat  memahami cara menulis artikel ilmiah untuk di publikasi pada Jurnal Nasional. Kata Kunci: Artikel Ilmiah, Karya Ilmiah, Praktik Baik
