Abstract

This study examined the role of social interactions, the work environment, and work motivation in influencing job satisfaction among employees at the Sekretariat Daerah Pontianak. The findings revealed significant relationships and provided insights into the dynamics of these variables. The results indicated that social interactions had a direct and significant impact on job satisfaction. Positive interactions, such as effective communication and collaboration, enhanced job satisfaction levels. Similarly, the work environment was found to influence job satisfaction, with factors such as physical conditions, organizational culture, and leadership practices playing a significant role. Work motivation was identified as another crucial factor affecting job satisfaction. Employees who were motivated and engaged in their work reported higher levels of job satisfaction. However, the study found that work motivation did not fully mediate the relationships between social interactions, the work environment, and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Sekretariat Daerah Pontianak prioritize fostering positive social interactions, improving the work environment, and promoting work motivation as separate but interconnected factors in enhancing job satisfaction. The study provides valuable insights for organizational leaders and policymakers to understand the factors influencing job satisfaction. By addressing social interactions, the work environment, and work motivation, the organization can create a more satisfying work experience and ultimately improve employee well-being and performance.

Abstract

The key objective of the study is to foster the changing market demand from the view of various social, behavioral, personal, and economic transformations on individual investment decisions at Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets in China. The study used a questionnaire to survey a total of 345 investors holding stocks of listed companies at both Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges. The results of the study indicate that behavioral factors, personal factors, and market factors have a significant positive impact on individual investor investment decisions in both shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets while social factors have an insignificant negative impact on individual investor investment decisions in both shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets. Chinese stakeholders will understand better the role of various social, behavioral, personal, and markets factors and their impacts on stock market performance at both Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets. The findings have important insights for various stakeholders i.e. government, regulatory bodies, practitioners, academia, industry, and researchers.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia sangat penting bagi pembangunan ekonomi, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Studi kualitatif ini mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah yang mengatur sektor minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada persepsi, tantangan, dan rekomendasi dari para pemangku kepentingan utama. Melalui analisis tematik dari wawancara dengan pejabat pemerintah, pakar industri, pegiat lingkungan, peneliti akademis, dan perwakilan masyarakat, studi ini mengidentifikasi wawasan penting tentang hasil kebijakan dan kesenjangan implementasi. Temuan-temuan menyoroti peran ganda kebijakan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi sekaligus mengatasi dampak lingkungan dan sosial. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan kejelasan peraturan, penguatan mekanisme penegakan hukum, dan mendorong keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan yang inklusif untuk mencapai praktik pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the increase in German vocabulary of grade XII students of SMA Negeri 8 Bulukumba through of the short stories medium. This research is a class action reseach consist of two cycles with each cycle consist of planing, implementation, observation and reflection stages. This data consists of two types, namely qualitative data in the form of observation data during the learning process and quantitative data in the form of test result to increase student’s German vocabulary. The average score of vocabulary mastery of grade XII students in cycle I was 55,52 and in cycle II increased to 81,04. The results of this study show that the use of short story media can increase the German vocabulary of grade XII students of SMA Negeri 8 Bulukumba.Keywords: Vocabulary, Learning Media, Short Stories, German

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research was  to determine the students ability to read German texts from class XI SMAN 9 Makassar trough kahoot game as the media. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles with each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subject of this research was class XI Mia 1 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. There are two types of research data, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data was obtained from data from teacher and student observations, while quantitative data was obtained from students' German reading test results. The students' German reading test results in the first cycle obtained an average of 74.4 and increased in the second cycle with an average value of 90.4. The results of this study indicate that the use of kahoot game media can improve the students ability to read German teks of class XI Mia SMA Negeri 9 Makassar.Keywords: Reading, Media Kahoot, German

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out the improvement of the students' German vocabulary. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles to find out the planning, process, and results of the Spinning Wheel game in improving the German vocabulary of class X UPT SMA Negeri 12 Bulukumba. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were students of class X MIPA 2 UPT SMA Negeri 12 Bulukumba consisting of 27 students. The results of this study indicate that the percentage values obtained by students in cycle I reached 93% and cycle II reached 96%. These results indicated that the Spinning Wheel game can improve the German vocabulary of class X UPT SMA Negeri 12 Bulukumba.Keywords: Vocabulary, Improvement, German, Spinning Wheel

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and results of improving German listening skills through the Seedlang application. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. This research data consists of two types of data, namely qualitative data which is a description of the results of implementation and observation during learning and quantitative data in the form of student listening skills test results. The average value of improving the listening skills of XI MIPA 3 class students in cycle I was 66.42% (good) then in cycle II it increased to 87.42% (very good). Abstract

Abstract. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research aims to describe the value of character education contained in the three German fables in the collection of Brüder Grimm tales and their relevance in learning German at school. Data sources of this research were primary and secondary data. Data collecting, the researcher used reading and note-taking technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that the values of character education contained in these three fables are obedient, committed, not easy to give up, loving each other, cooperation, brave, not greedy, creative, helping, hardworking, caring for others, loyal, and empathy. These values are relevant to the value of character education to be realized in the cultural and character education of the Indonesian nation, so that the three fables can be one of the choices of teaching materials in learning German in schools.Keywords: Fabel, Brüder Grimm, Character Education

Abstract

Abstract. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The purpose of this study was to improve the listening skills of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Sinjai. The data in this study consists of two types, namely: quantitative data and qualitative data. Qualitative data were obtained through observation and quantitative data obtained through the results of the listening ability test cycle I and cycle II. The results of the data analysis showed that the value of listening skills obtained by students in the first cycle was 67.3% while in the second cycle it was 86.53%. These results indicate that the use of German animated video media can improve the listening skills of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Sinjai.Keywords: Listening Skills, Animated Videos, Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstract. This research is a classroomaction research which consists of two cycles. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, process and results of using Nicos Weg's video media in improving the German listening skills of class XI IPS 2 students of SMA Negeri 1 Bone. The data in this study consisted of two types, namely: quantitative data and qualitative data. Qualitative data were obtained through observation and quantitative data obtained through the results of the listening ability test cycle I and cycle II. The results of the data analysis showed that the listening ability score obtained by students in the first cycle was 76.28%, while in the second cycle it was 87.57%.
