Abstract

Strengthening Strategy of School Cultural Values in Improving the Quality of Education at SMP Negeri 33 Makassar. The focus of this research is (1) Strengthening Strategy of School Cultural Values, (2) Supporting & Inhibiting Factors. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the values and strategies applied, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive research type. The research data sources are the Principal, Vice Principal, and Teachers. The data collection procedures used are interviews, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses the triangulation method, data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that (1) Strengthening strategy of values is through (a) Establishing shared norms, (b) Effective communication between school residents, (c) Leadership oriented towards cultural values, (d) Policies that support a positive culture. (2) Supporting & Inhibiting Factors (a) Supporting factors include leadership, teacher cooperation, parental participation, and good communication that strengthen school culture. (b) Inhibiting factors include miscommunication, lack of understanding of cultural values, and low teacher discipline that require coaching. Overall, the strategy for strengthening school cultural values is carried out systematically by strengthening values through shared norms, effective communication, value-based leadership, and positive policies. In implementing this strategy, it can strengthen the values of discipline, integrity, mutual cooperation, nationalism, creativity, and innovation. The main supporting factors include the role of the principal, teacher cooperation, and parental participation, while the obstacles are miscommunication, low cultural understanding, and lack of teacher discipline.

Abstract

This study examines the Evaluation of the Driving Teacher Program (Moving the Practitioner Community) at UPT SDN 13 Binamu, Jeneponto Regency. The Driving Teacher Program is a policy from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia that aims to form teachers who are reflective, innovative, and able to build a collaborative culture in the school environment. Program evaluation is needed to find out the extent to which the implementation is effective and in accordance with the needs of the school. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Driving Teacher Program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the Principal, one Driving Teacher, and one Classroom Teacher. The results of the evaluation show that in the context aspect, the program is relevant to the needs of schools and is in line with national education policies. In the input aspect, school resources have been used quite well even though there are still limitations in facilities and external resource persons. In the Process aspect, the activities of the practitioner community run in a structured and participatory manner, but face time constraints and IT capabilities. In the Product aspect, the program has a positive impact on improving teachers' professional competence and student participation. Overall, the program is considered effective in improving the quality of learning. However, it is necessary to strengthen facilities and infrastructure, continuous assistance, and adequate facility support so that the sustainability of the program can be guaranteed

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of marketing strategies for educational services at MAS As'adiyah No. 21 Kampiri, Wajo district with a 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Person, Physical Evidence, and Process) marketing mix approach. The focus of this research is a qualitative approach and a type of descriptive research. The data collection procedures used are interviews, observations and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method, data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation to conclusion drawn. The data sources in this study are the Principal and Deputy Head of Curriculum. The results of the study show that (1) Marketing Strategy for MAS As'adiyah Education Services No. 21 Kampiri, namely (a) Product: the madrasah has uploaded achievements on social media (b) Price: the madrasah implements free education without registration fees and monthly tuition as the main attraction, (c) Place, the location of the madrasah is strategic and easy to reach (d) Promotion, carried out through social media, distribution of brochures,  visits to other schools, and formal cooperation with universities, (e) Person, madrasah uses teacher testimonials as a marketing strategy (f) Process, madrasah routinely holds meetings with stakeholders for program evaluation, (2) Supporting Factors & Inhibitions (a) Supporting Factors: government support and commitment of school residents, (b) Inhibiting Factors: barriers include limited infrastructure, human resources, and public perception of madrasah education
