Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research was carried out at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. The population in this study was all nursing staff who worked in 7 inpatient rooms at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, totaling 302 people. The number of samples taken in this study was 75 nursing staff who served in 7 inpatient rooms at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The research results show that leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on nurse performance. This means that having visionary leadership who dares to take risks in every decision made will provide an increase in nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on leadership and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh impulse buying terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui tingkat peningkatan penjualan dengan memperhatikan indikator-indikator impulse buying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji regresi antara dua variabel. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 300 penonton Tiktok dan pengguna Tokopedia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibantu dengan media Google Form dengan instrumen pengaruh impulse buying dan peningkatan penjualan yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi berganda, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 1,503, menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari impulse buying terhadap peningkatan penjualan. "Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh impulse buying pada Tiktok Livestreaming tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Tokopedia".

Abstract

This study examines the concept of tabayyun in the Quran and its importance in relation to the rampant phenomenon of spreading hoaxes on social media. The issue of hoaxes has emerged as a significant threat to social stability and interfaith harmony in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative methodology with a thematic interpretation approach, this research analyzes the verses of the Quran with a special focus on the sixth verse of Surah Al-Hujurat.  Data collection is done through literature review by examining books of tafsir, and contemporary sources on social media. The results of this study show that: (1) The Quran has established a comprehensive framework for information verification through the concept of tabayyun, (2) The application of tabayyun in the digital era requires source verification, content analysis, and impact assessment; (3) There is a strong relevance between the concept of tabayyun and efforts to counter fake news, This study concludes that the concept of tabayyun in the Quran presents a solution to overcome the problem of fake news (hoax) on social media.

Abstract

Traditions and mantras are essential elements in people's culture and life. This study focuses on mantras in the Erau tradition in Kutai Kartanegara Kingdom. Erau is one of Indonesia's cultural traditions, which is carried out annually with an activity center in Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. In the Erau tradition, the mantras is vital in regulating society and determining social relations between citizens. It also acts as a source of inspiration and motivation for people to carry out their daily lives. This research was conducted to understand more about these mantras and how they are used in the context of the Erau tradition. This study also aims to discover the meanings of each mantra in the Erau tradition and how these mantras play a role in people's daily lives. The result of this study is that mantras is used as a local communication tool in the form of language, which has an essential role in seeding messages and culture. The characteristics of the mantra used are spoken language and the mention of all the supernatural beings believed to be the rulers of the supernatural realm. The meaning of the mantra is intended to seek permission from the rulers of the supernatural realm to hold the Erau event, to ensure the smooth conduct of the Kutai Kartanegara Erau activities, and to empower the king who leads his people simultaneously. The results of this study can be used as a reference in future studies on other traditions and mantras in different regions.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pada sekolah SMP Swasta Muhammadiyah 25 Rantauprapat Menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor). Pembuatansistem melakukan observasi, dan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah. Tahap perancangan sistemaplikasi yang paling akhir yaitu tahap pengimplementasian program yang akan menghasilkanprogram sistem aplikasi Pemilihan Kepala Sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah 25 Rantauprapatyang bertujuan untuk memudahkan proses mengolah data calon Kepala sekolah dan juga saatproses pemilihan. Sistem komputerisasi sangatlah tepat untuk mengolah data dan menghasilkaninformasi yang bermanfaat. Adapun data-data yang menjadi input dalam sistem aplikasi iniyaitu antara lain input data Guru yang mencalon, input data Kriteria untuk menjadi calonKepala Sekolah, sedangkan output dari sistem ini akan menghasilkan laporan-laporandiantaranya adalah laporan Hasil Pemilihan Kepala Sekolah dari setiap Guru yang mendaftar,dengan adanya sistem ini hasil pemilihan akan mudah dicetak dan disimpan dan pihak sekolahguna menjadi bahan pertimbangan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di Indonesia telah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam akses internet, Teknologi dan kecanggihan internet saat ini benar-benar membantu manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Sehingga, memicu Industri e-commerce tumbuh pesat di Indonesia, dengan sejumlah besar platform e-commerce yang mendominasi pasar, seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Bukalapak. Pada Tahun 2021 Bank Indonesia mencatat ada 31 juta orang yang berbelanja online. Dengan tingginya minat berbelanja Konsumen Gen Z pada e-commerce Tokopedia, maka pebisnis e-commerce lainnya harus memperhatikan kualitas layanan pemasaran yang baik agar konsumen memiliki e-trust serta menjadi pelanggan yang loyal di e-commercenya. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana pengaruh E-trust yang terdiri dari Ability, Benevolence, Integrity dan E-service quality yang terdiri dari Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Privacy terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen Gen Z pada e-commerce Tokopedia di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis konsumen Gen Z dan mengetahui variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas Konsumen Gen Z pada Tokopedia di Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan adalah Manajemen Pemasaran mengenai Loyalitas Konsumen. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah e-questioner dan wawancara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sifat penelitian adalah ingin memperoleh gambaran tentang suatu keadaan dan persoalan serta menginterpretasikan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang terdaftar di Tokopedia dan fokus pada transaksi fashion yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui, ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 312 responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dalam penelitian ini terdapat delapan hipotesis yang telah diuji melalui analisis SEM dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% sehingga menghasilkan Critical Ratio (CR) 1,96. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan elektronik dan kualitas layanan elektronik memiliki pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung. Untuk pengaruh langsung variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap variabel kepuasan elektronik adalah kualitas layanan elektronik dengan kontribusi sebesar 53.6%, sedangkan variabel loyalitas yang mempunyai pengaruh langsung adalah variabel kepuasan elektronik dengan kontribusi 38.2%. Untuk pengaruh tidak langsung variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap variabel loyalitas adalah kualitas layanan dengan kontribusi sebesar 20.4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk membentuk loyalitas pelanggan hanya dapat dilakukan apabila konsumen Gen Z mendapat kepuasan terhadap kualitas layanan untuk bertransaksi pada e-commerce.

Abstract

The use of social networks is not only a means of socializing and exchanging information but also an interactive medium, serving as a practical bridge for conducting business, providing services or social resources, and being utilized as a platform for engaging in illicit activities. Nowadays, social media has become a common and effective tool for achieving objectives in business affairs related to prostitution. This study employs the normative legal research method, which involves examining applicable laws and regulations or those implemented concerning a specific legal issue. In this context, the study analyzes the problem from the perspective of legal provisions on the criminal act of online prostitution. Based on various legal provisions in the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP), Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, and Law No. 44 of 2008 on Pornography, the existing regulations have not been effective in prosecuting and combating the online prostitution business. These laws do not regulate the users of prostitution services, resulting in their exemption from legal prosecution under Indonesia’s Positive Law. Online prostitution refers to prostitution activities that use the internet as a medium for transactions. Under the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP), only individuals who facilitate online prostitution, such as pimps or procurers, can be criminally prosecuted. Meanwhile, sex workers and their clients cannot be punished, as this offense is considered a victimless crime.

Abstract

The Senusa Coffee Shop on Jalan Bangau Sakti Pekanbaru is where this study was carried out. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Senusa Coffee Shop Jalan Bangau Sakti’s competitive advantage is impacted by product innovation, location, and service quality. All patrons of Senusa Coffee Shop on Jalan Bangau Sakti make up the population of this study. With a sample of 385 customers, this study employed the incidental sampling technique. Product innovation, location, and service quality are the independent factors under investigation. Where the dependent variable is a competitive advantage. The Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analytical approach is used in this study. The study’s findings indicate that at Senusa Coffee Shop Jalan Bangau Sakti, product innovation significantly boosts competitive advantage, location significantly boosts competitive advantage, and service quality significantly boosts competitive advantage. The R-Square value of 90,5% demonstrates the extent of the relationship between the variables of product innovation, location, and service quality.

Abstract

Floods are among the natural disasters that can cause substantial damage, particularly in tourist locations with high visitor traffic. This paper proposes the implementation of an IoT-based predictive method for early flood disaster warnings in tourist areas. The proposed system utilizes IoT sensors to monitor environmental conditions in real-time and employs machine learning-based predictive models to forecast the likelihood of flooding. By continuously collecting and analyzing data such as rainfall, river water levels, and soil moisture, the system can predict potential flood events with a relatively high degree of accuracy. The research involved developing and testing the system in a controlled environment to evaluate its performance. The results demonstrated that the system could provide timely early warnings, allowing tourist site managers to take necessary preventive measures to protect visitors and infrastructure. The implementation of such a system can significantly reduce the impact of floods by providing actionable information well in advance of potential disasters. This early warning capability is crucial in tourist areas where rapid response is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of visitors. Overall, the study highlights the effectiveness of combining IoT technology with predictive analytics in disaster management and risk mitigation

Abstract

Health is valuable for humans, because anyone can experience health problems. Children are very susceptible to germs and lack of sensitivity to symptoms of a disease is a fear for parents. Parents are lay people who do not understand health. If a child has a health problem, they prefer to trust it to experts or specialist doctors who already know more about health, regardless of whether the problem is still at a low or chronic level. With the convenience of having experts or specialist doctors, sometimes there are also disadvantages such as limited working hours (practice) and many patients so they have to wait in line. In the rainy season, almost no area in Indonesia is free from dengue fever attacks. Research shows that dengue fever has been found in all provinces of Indonesia. Two hundred cities reported an Extraordinary Event (KLB). The incidence rate increased from 0.005 per 100,000 people in 1968 and drastically jumped to 627 per 100,000 people. An Expert System is a computer system designed to imitate the problem-solving abilities of an expert in a particular field using the knowledge and analysis methods that have been defined by the expert. The results obtained in using this system are the information system for DHF patients at the Tanjung Sarang Elang Health Center can be completed easily without requiring a lot of energy and time, does not require many files if more than one DHF disease data is needed and the data produced is free from errors. Thus it is expected to be very helpful in diagnosing DHF patients at the Tanjung Sarang Elang Health Center. Macromedia Dreamweaver is an HTML editor for designing, writing code (php) and as a program for processing and building websites, web pages and other web applications.
