Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Group Investigation (GI) type cooperative learning model based on LKPD on elementary school students' science learning motivation. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Dangin Puri on grade IV students in the 2024/2025 academic year. Sampling was done using simple random sampling. The method used is a quasi-experimental approach with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection through questionnaires that have been tested for quality using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis is carried out descriptively and inferentially. Hypothesis testing was carried out using an independent sample T-test after previously conducting normality and homogeneity of variance tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the learning motivation of students who participated in learning with the GI model compared to students who participated in the conventional learning model, where students in the experimental class showed a better increase in learning motivation. This is proven by the comparison of the average value of the learning motivation score of the experimental class which is higher compared to the control class. These findings indicate that the GI model based on LKPD is effective in increasing students' learning motivation, with a statistical significance value showing ? < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups. In conclusion, the GI model based on LKPD has proven to be an effective learning model and can be used as an alternative in the teaching and learning process for student learning motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) berbasis LKPD terhadap motivasi belajar IPAS siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Dangin Puri pada siswa kelas IV tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksperimen semu dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengumpulan data melalui angket yang telah diuji kualitasnya menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji-T sampel independen dengan sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas varians.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model GI dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional, dimana siswa dalam kelas eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar yang lebih baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perbandingan nilai rata-rata skor motivasi belajar kelas eksperimen yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa model GI berbasis LKPD efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi statistik yang menunjukkan ? < 0,05, menandakan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Kesimpulannya, model GI berbasis LKPD terbukti sebagai model pembelajaran yang efektif dan dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam proses belajar mengajar untuk motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

In response to global demands for 21st-century competencies, Indonesia has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum, while many internationalised schools adopt the Cambridge Curriculum. Both aim to foster scientific literacy but differ in philosophical foundations, curriculum structure, and pedagogical design. This study aims to compare the implementation of science education in these two curricula at SD Tunjung Sari, an SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) school in Bali, to identify their respective strengths and inform future curriculum integration. Employing a qualitative design, data were collected through document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and classroom observations. The study focused on four key components: learning objectives, content, instruction, and assessment, using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. Findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum emphasises holistic development and contextual learning through project-based and Science–Technology–Society (STS) approaches. At the same time, the Cambridge Curriculum promotes inquiry-based learning with a structured, internationally benchmarked sequence. Although both curricula align with PISA’s scientific literacy domains, they differ in content scope and delivery. The study recommends a hybrid model that integrates global standards with local values to enhance science education in diverse contexts. This can support policymakers and educators in designing future-ready curricula that are both globally competitive and culturally rooted.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of using the scramble learning model with word cards on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Pancasila Education at Insan Prestasi Elementary School, Denpasar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the scramble learning model with word cards on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Pancasila Education at Insan Prestasi Elementary School, Denpasar. The method used was a quantitative quasi-experimental design, involving two groups: an experimental group that implemented the scramble model and a control group that used conventional methods. Data were collected through a pretest and posttest consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions to measure students' understanding of Pancasila Education material. The analysis results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class, with an average posttest score of 88.00, while the control group only scored 73.04. Hypothesis testing using a t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. These findings indicate that the implementation of the scramble learning model with word cards is effective in improving students' learning outcomes in Pancasila Education. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more interactive and engaging learning methods in elementary schools, as well as encourage teachers to implement innovative learning strategies in the teaching and learning process. This will enable students to be more actively involved and better understand the values ??of Pancasila, ultimately improving the quality of education at SD Insan Prestasi Denpasar. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran scramble berbantuan kartu kata terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas IV di SD Insan Prestasi Denpasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran scramble berbantuan kartu kata terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas IV di SD Insan Prestasi Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi- experimental, melibatkan dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan model scramble dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest yang terdiri dari 30 soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Pendidikan Pancasila. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen, dengan rata-rata nilai posttest mencapai 88,00, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya 73,04. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran scramble berbantuan kartu kata efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik di sekolah dasar, serta mendorong guru untuk mengimplementasikan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga siswa dapat lebih aktif terlibat dan memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan lebih baik, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SD Insan Prestasi Denpasar.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi sains siswa Indonesia salah satunya disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran IPA yang masih konvensional. Oleh karena itu pembelajaran IPA khususnya di sekolah dasar (SD) harus dilakukan perbaikan. Salah satu rekomendasi perbaikan adalah pembelajaran IPA berorientasi hakekat sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan hakekat sains dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian literatur. Data bersumber dari berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Tahapan penelitian ini mencakup pengumpulan literatur, telaah literatur, seleksi literatur berdasarkan tujuan penelitian, analisis data yang terkumpul dengan teknik analisis isi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur berupa jurnal, buku dan prosiding dan literatur lain yang berkaitan dengan literasi sains dan hakekat sains. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar dapat dilakukan dengan pola ; 1) Produk-Proses-Aplikasi-Sikap yaitu dimulai dengan menjelaskan konsep IPA lalu dilakukan kegiatan ilmiah untik verifikasi konsep dan dilanjutkan dengan penerapan konsep dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan pengenalan sikap ilmiah ; 2) Proses-Sikap-Produk-Aplikasi yaitu dimulai dengan kegiatan ilmiah dan disertai pengembangan sikap ilmiah dan kemudian didapatkan produk sains dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan aplikasi produk sains dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan 3) Aplikasi-Produk-Sikap-Proses dimulai dengan menjelaskan sebuah peristiwa aplikasi sains dan lalu identifikasi konsep sains yang ada dengan berpedoman pada sikap ilmiah dan lalu dilakukan kegiatan ilmiah untik verifikasi konsep.

Abstract

Libraries as the heart of higher education play a vital role in supporting the Tri Dharma, particularly in academic and research development. The advancement of information technology demands innovation in library services, one of which is the adoption of Web-Based Library Management Systems (WLMS). This study, entitled Evaluation of the Use of Web-Based Library Management System at I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa State Hindu University, Denpasar, aims to evaluate the effectiveness, challenges, and strategic significance of WLMS implementation using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework. A sequential explanatory design was applied, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with 39 respondents consisting of librarians, lecturers, and students. Quantitative findings indicate very good results in perceived usefulness (PU), attitude toward use (ATU), behavioral intention (BI), and actual use (AU), while perceived ease of use (PEOU) scored in the “good” category. TOE-based analysis reveals supporting factors such as infrastructure availability, leadership commitment, and system accessibility, while inhibiting factors include unstable internet, data security concerns, insufficient training, and low digital literacy among users. These results demonstrate that although WLMS significantly improves accessibility, efficiency, and digital literacy, its sustainability requires continuous system optimization, technical support, and human resource development. This research concludes that WLMS adoption at I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa State Hindu University is largely successful but still needs strategic interventions to ensure long-term effectiveness and integration with the university’s mission of advancing Hindu knowledge and culture in the digital era.
