Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan turunnya hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan, serta menurunnya produktivitas sphygmomanometers (tensi darah). Keadaan tersebut harus segera ditangani karena karyawan memiliki peranan sebagai pengelola sistem serta merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi.Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi. variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi, serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survei dengan teknik stratifield random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0.Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 64,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 42,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 43,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dengan indikator dan objek yang berbeda. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: The success of achieving organizational goals is largely determined by the roles and responsibilities of employees in it. Employees are required to be able to support and be involved in every activity to achieve goals in the organization. The inability of employees to do work optimally will cause problems in employee performance. Employee performance can affect an organizational performance which has an impact on the realization of the organizational goal. This article provides a numerical study of 1) the effect of employee engagement on performance, and 2) the effect of organizational climate on performance. This research employed verificative study through an explanatory survey using sampling amounting to 84 employees in public organization as respondents through questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression technique through Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. The results of the research indicate that the 1) employee engagement has an effect on performance by 49% or in the moderate category, 2) organizational climate has an effect on performance by 76,6% or in the strong category. This result indicated that higher employee engagement will be higher performance, as well as the organizational climate, the better the climate in the organization will be the higher employee performance and vice versa.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri manufaktur di Jawa Barat belakangan ini mengalami penurunan.Hal tersebut disebabakan akibat rendahnya kepuasan kerja para karyawannya, akibatnyaperusahaan sulit untuk mencapai tujuannya. Salah satunya yang mengalami kepuasankerja karyawan adalah PT. Karya Yusup di Bandung. Hal tersebut membuat PT. KaryaYusup menciptakan strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan denganmeningkatkan lingkungan kerja sosial dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran lingkungan kerja sosial, (2) mengetahuigambaran keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, (3) mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja, (4)mengetahuipengaruh lingkungan kerja sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (5)mengetahuipengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawandan (6) mengetahuipengaruh lingkungan kerja sosial dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjaterhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Karya Yusup di Bandung. Objek yang menjadiunit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Karya Yusup di Bandung. Variabelbebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan kerja sosial dan keselamatan dankesehatan kerja, dan variabel terikat (Y) dari penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja. Jenispenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalahexplanatory survey dengan teknik sampel yaitu teknik probability sampling denganjumlah sampel 83 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniearbergandadengan alat bantusoftware komputer SPSS 20.0 for windows. Hasil temuan dalampenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran lingkungan kerja sosial dalam kategori baik,gambaran keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dalam kategori baik, gambaran kepuasan kerjadalam kategori baik, kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh lingkungan kerja sosial,kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, kepuasankerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh lingkungan kerja sosial dan keselamatan dan kesehatankerja.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannyapenelitian lain mengenai lingkungan kerja sosial dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja denganindikator dan objek yang berbeda.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of social work environment, financial reward and employee retentionDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 86 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency tableFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the social work environment is in the good category with a score of respectively 79%, financial reward is in the good category with a score of respectively 78%, employee retention is in the high category with a score of respectively 80%Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding social work environment issues, financial reward, employee retention. The difference of this study with previous research is focused on the social work environment, financial rewards.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription the influence of knowledge management implementation toward employee performance in Bandung city revenue Management agency.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 74 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that knowledge managemnt in the category is good with a score 81,9% , and employee performence is in high category with a score 86%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of work environment on job satisfaction, compensation on job satisfaction, and work environment and compensation on job satisfaction. The object which used as analysis unit in this research were employees of citizenry’s bank X. This research used verifivicative and explanatory survey as method. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires with 25 respondents as sample. The results of this research found that the influence of work environment on  job satisfaction is in the strong category, compensation that affects employee job satisfaction is in the strong category, and work environment and compensation have a strong influence on employee job satisfaction of the citizenry’s bank X. However, this research found that if the condition of work environment is conducive, it will increase employee job satisfaction. On the other hand, if the implementation of compensation goes well, the employee job satisfaction will increase. Moreover, if the condition of work environment is conducive and implementation of compensation goes well, then the job satisfaction of employees citizenry’s bank X will increase

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 75 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that job characteristics in the category is appropriate with the score 86%, job satisfaction is in the high category with a score 85% and job performance is in high category with a score 87%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance issues on employee. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian - Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Model/metode penelitian/pendekatan – Model penelitian ini memakai model cross- sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode survei. Sebanyak 84 responden dipilih sebagai simple random sampling. Survei menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memakai regresi linier.Temuan penelitian – Terdapat hasil positif mengenai dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana cara peningkatan semangat kerja karyawan melalui lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya pada objek yang digunakan, variabel yang digunakan, mendukung teori serta referensi yang berbeda yang digunakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Dampak lingkungan kerja, lingkungan kerja sosial, insentif, semangat kerja, industri pariwisata.Jenis Jurnal: Artikel Penelitian

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 90 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained result that promotion of good enough position with score 7396 acquisition equal to 73,37%, amount in category enough according to score 12118, obtained percentage equal to 73,98%. and job satisfaction in high enough category with score 12769 Earnings equal to 75,06%.Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the contuction industry that is PT. Gunanusa Utama Fabricators Serang, with the variables studied namely promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of dicipline, work culture and organizational behavior citizenship.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 90 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that work dicipline in the category is appropriate with a score 65,5% , work culture is in the high category with a score 72,8%, and organizatonal citizenship behavior is in high category with a score 66,2%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior.
