Abstract

Artikel ini melakukan tinjauaun litelatur sistematis tentang knowledge management dalam konteks industry kreatif. Aktivitas industry kreatif yang menekankan pada proses kreativitas dan inovasi, mendorong pengetahuan individu sebagai intangible asset untuk bisa dikelola dengan baik. Alasan ini yang menjadi dasar bahwa manajemen pengetahuan perlu ada secara berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi  juga  telah  dianggap  sebagai  fasilitator penting  dari  proses  ini,  terutama  dengan  memelihara  berbagai  informasi  dan  pengetahuan. Artikel ini  secara  sistematis mengkaji literatur yang meninjau knowledge management di industry kreatif. Dalam penelitian ini 33 artikel di analisis dengan beberapa kriteria inklusi dan esklusi yang telah ditetapkan, sebelumnya penarikan database elekteronik melalui Scopus menghasilkan 160 artikel, yang kemudian dicocokan dengan kriteria sehingga filter menghasilkan 33 artikel yang dianalisis. Analisis ini menjadi masukan berharga untuk pengembangan peneltian selanutnya khususnya knowledge management di industry kreatif.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kerangka terintegrasi untuk menganalisis peluang dan serta ancaman utama yang terkait dengan eksploitasi teknologi Big Data (BD) dalam manajemen modal intelektual (IC). Melalui tinjauan literatur terstruktur (SLR) dari literatur yang masih ada tentang BD dan IC, studi ini mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan khusus dari teknologi BD dan menghubungkannya dengan dimensi tradisional IC. Munculnya BD tidak secara signifikan mengubah risiko dan peluang manajemen IC yang telah dikaji dalam literatur-literatur sebelumnya. Namun, hal itu secara signifikan memperkuat besarnya dan kecepatan dari BD dalam memanifestasikan diri. Dengan demikian, penulis merasa diperlukan revisi solusi manajerial tradisional untuk menghadapi perkembangan BD yang semakin pesat.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of leadership, social work environment, and performance. The design of this study is cross sectional using an explanatory approach to surveys. The analysis unit used is a saturated sample of 100 employees. This research uses quantitative methods. With the data analysis technique used is a double linear regression with SPSS computer software version 26.0. The results of the study can be known that 1) the level of leadership is in a very high category, 2) the level of social work environment is in a very high category, 3) the performance level is in the high category, 4) leadership has an influence of 58.3% on performance, 5) the social work environment has an influence of 56.8% on performance, and 6) the influence of leadership and social work environment on performance is 70.7%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap organizational commitment. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Adapun unit analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai administrasi Universitas Pendidikan Indoenesia dengan sampel sebanyak 184 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioenr secara online (google form). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SPSS 22.00 for windows. Adapun hasil penelitianya menemukan bahwa adanya pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 94,4%, sedangkan dari variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini sebesar 5,6%. Hal ini menunjukan antara keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan/positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

There is some evidence in this article regarding the role of outsourcing for SMEs and the change in outsourcing to smartsourcing, seen in conventional outsourcing that has now shifted to advances in IT technology through big data and other applications. The review of this article is obtained from 35 scientific articles published by the author, where the majority of articles are research methods with case studies. The results of qualitative thematic descriptive analysis from Outsourcing to Smartsourcing Encouraging Innovation and Growth through Outsourcing For SMEs can be seen from SMEs that have expanded outsourcing in almost every area of ​​operation, such as human resource management (HRM), IT, peripheral tasks, transaction levels, professions. and strategies, enhancing core competencies, and so on. The outsourcing of technology makes outsourcing into smartsourcing which is considered more effective, efficient and developing globally

Abstract

This study aims to explore the phenomenon of employee relationships in the tourism industry, as well as provide an overview for managers in dealing with their employees. The study is a systematic literature review using the Scopus database by analyzing 55 articles related to employee relations. Bibliometric analysis is also used with the help of Vos Viewer software to view visualizations of the analysis results. This study shows that employee relationships are critical to the success of any organization. When employees feel valued, supported, and respected, employees are more likely to be more motivated, productive, and loyal.

Abstract

In today's digitally modern world, characterized by dynamic business landscapes, effective leadership is crucial and cannot be overstated. Strong, decisive, and capable leaders are crucial in overcoming obstacles and complexity related to the company's 5.0 dynamic. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of leadership research by focusing on factors that significantly affect leadership. Motivated by the need to create a comprehensive body of literature on peer pressure, this study used a bibliometric approach, identifying 163 studies using the terms "leadership development" and "strong leadership" from the Scopus database. The most frequently reviewed articles are analyzed to highlight key contributions and provide general information about this field. All of the aforementioned information covers several aspects such as the relationship between managers and employees, manager characteristics, and strong management influence on employees' work and creativity. The practical implications of this research have the potential to serve as a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners, assisting in the development of clear and concise conclusions with the relevant context. Organizations should be encouraged to integrate their internal processes with the results of their bibliometric analysis. This study highlights the importance of leadership in managing business ventures and daily operations, as well as providing insights into the current state of research and the role of researchers in developing critical understanding of leadership

Abstract

Eco-friendly human resources can help sustainable business continuity. The current research aims to propose a business model theoretical framework that adapts to the new environment, addresses sustainable goals and gaps in the field, and builds a resilient and agile system for the business ecosystem. To approach the research problem, this study used the R-based Bibliometrix tool. The Scopus database selected and analyzed papers as part of five research steps. Bibliometric tools such as Biblioshiny, VOSviewer, and R Studio have been used to illustrate the findings. This study’s findings highlight several factors that will form the foundation of the proposed model. Green competencies, both natural and acquired, and the requirement to provide green motivation, were identified as important for developing the new business model.

Abstract

This research aims to deeply and thoroughly analyze various talent management strategies that have been proposed and implemented in the related literature. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by following the PRISMA stages to collect, review, and synthesize key findings related to optimizing organizational performance through talent management strategies over the past five years (2018-2023). This research will focus on identifying strategies that have proven successful in creating a work environment that supports the development and optimal utilization of employee potential. By involving concepts such as recruitment, employee development, retention, and overall talent management, this research aims to provide a holistic view of how organizations can integrate talent management strategies to achieve optimal performance goals. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for business practitioners, HR managers, and researchers in the development and implementation of effective talent management strategies. In addition, this research can serve as a foundation for the development of conceptual models that can be adapted by organizations in the face of changing market dynamics and competition.
