In the world of education, learning achievement is very important and become one of the benchmarks of learning achievement. Success in teaching and learning can be achieved from the results of learning achieved by learners. Learning achievement by two factors, in internal factors and external factors. Internal factors of this student, such as physiological and psychological factors. While the external factors of this student are students, such as family environment, school and community environment. The learning theory of Albert Bandura known as the Social Learning Theory (social learning theory) with the concept of the accuracy of reciprocal determinations, suggests a constant interaction between environments, behaviors and people who are learning the process that will ultimately affect the achievements that result. The theory of social learning from Albert Bandura which is a process of learning external and internal factors.

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi survey kepada siswa-siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN Se-Kota Bandung. Manfaat Penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi bahwa pentingnya self efficacy dimiliki siswa dalam proses pemebalajaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanya 3907 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian di ambil sebanyak 363 siswa. Intrumen yang digunakan untuk data self efficacy berupa angket sebanyak 10 butir dan untuk data prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi berupa nilai Ujian Akhir Semster (UAS). Analisis pengaruh self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan menggunakan uji path sub struktur (uji t), nilai t hitung dan t tabel dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% satu arah diperoleh sebesar 1,649. Karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 9,961 > 1,649, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Yang berarti self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri di kota Bandung, hal ini juga dapat diketahui dengan melihat nilai probabilitasnya yaitu sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar adalah (0,403)2 = 0,1624 = 16,24%.

Millennial workers are known to easily change jobs, tend to be free of expression, and want fast progress in careers and competencies, they dominate with a proportion of 56.1% of the total workforce. This study aims to reveal recommendations for retention strategies for millennial workers from recent studies. The method used is a systematic literature review of journal articles published in reputable international journals from the Emerald and SAGE Journals databases. The search results identified 9 journal articles relevant to the research objectives. The results of the study show that a competitive climate that values achievement, openness to express opinions, open opportunities to pursue careers and competencies, quality mentors, and appreciation for expression creates a culture in relevant corridors are a series of strategies that are seen as able to accommodate millennial workers to develop, last longer, and improve the competitiveness of company.

Teachers have an important role for the education of the Indonesian nation.They must teach during the pandemic corona virus.They have many duties to do. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of teachers in order to achieve the ideals of the Indonesian nation in the intellectual life of the nation. In order for teachers to get maximum work results, it is necessary to achieve job satisfaction that can be felt by teachers in carrying out their activities. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods, namely through questionnaires and interviews were analyzed using PLS which was conducted on 119 teachers in Jakarta. The results of this study found that work stress has an effect on job satisfaction, work life balance has an effect on job satisfaction and work life balance has a relationship with work stress.

The purpose of this study is to provide a literature review on work-life balance and work stress. A total of 125 articles were selected from 140 found from the Google Scholar database for the years 2016 – 2021. The articles found were classified by all authors, year of publication, publisher journal name, and citing. Overall, from year to year, research on the concept of work-life balance that is tied to stress tends to increase. In the last 2 years, this topic has been widely discussed again regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.

Critical thinking is a way of thinking by knowing and analyzing things to get a solution. Critical thinking skills applied in students to learn to solve problems / problems. This study aims to determine the ability of critical thinking of high school students in cooperative material in class X. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Subjects in this study are high school students of class X in Kabupaten Ciamis. The sample used is 93 students, consisting of 3 classes of 32 students from IIS 1, 27 students from IIS 2 and 34 students from IIS 3. The research instrument used is about knowledge about cooperative material which amounts to 25 choices double with four alternative answer choices, the questions used are arranged according to critical thinking indicator with C4-C6 cognitive level. Data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. the average of students' critical thinking early ability is 49.35% (Low) or in the low category. The low initial ability of critical thinking makes the researcher assume that students are not used to get the problem with cognitive level of C4-C6 on cooperative material. So it is necessary to do better coaching to improve students' critical thinking skills. In addition, students are also required or accustomed in solving problems with high levels of cognitive C4-C6 or cognitive level.

The level of success of the company can be measured through the work productivity of individuals who work in the company. To be able to predict the level of employee work productivity, employee competence has an important role in it. Employee loyalty has a role in mediating the effect of competence on the level of employee work productivity. PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia faces the challenge of employee work productivity not achieving work targets. This study aims to examine the role of employee loyalty in mediating the effect of employee competence on work productivity at PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia. The sample of this study is 250 employees from a population of 745 employees. The data collection technique was done by disproportionate stratified random sampling. Analysis technique using SEM PLS. The results of the analysis show that work loyalty is proven to mediate between employee competence and employee work productivity at PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia. The results show that employee competence can have a significant and positive influence on employee work productivity, so in this case employee loyalty mediates the effect of employee competence on productivity. The implication of this research is that in an effort to increase employee productivity, PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia can improve employee competence through training, which is accompanied by increased loyalty through involving employees in decision-making and establishing effective communication.

The performance of an employee will certainly affect the activities in a company or organization; therefore, it is important to find out the factors that can cause a decrease or increase in the performance of an employee, in order to optimize the capabilities possessed by each employee. So, the purpose of this study is to find out various factors that are related and can also affect the performance of an employee. The method used in writing this research is a Systematic Literature Review, using Scopus which is the source of data in this study. The data used is limited by the year of publication, starting from 2018 to 2022, the journals used in this study are published in English, and have citations from more than 200 journals. A total of 22 journals were selected for research use. Based on the results obtained in this study, there are various factors that are related and can also improve performance ranging from Leadership, Satisfaction, Motivation, and Employee Resilience, and there are several factors that can also mediate the relationship to Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment competence on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study found that the influence of the work environment and competence on employee performance got the results of 62.4% through the coefficient of determination test on employees of PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk Factory 5 Sanitary Division Cikupa Tangerang-Banten. So that this gets the result that the more conducive the work environment, the higher the employee's performance. Likewise, the higher the competence, the higher the performance of the employees of PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk Factory 5 Sanitary Division Cikupa Tangerang-Banten. Implications The implications of high performance can increase productivity and effectiveness for employees in carrying out the work given by the company. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap tingkat stres kerja perawat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik analisis data regresi liner berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling sebanyak 64 orang perawat. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui yaitu beban kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,612 terhadap stres kerja perawat, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,389 terhadap stres kerja perawat, pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan terhadap stres kerja perawat adalah 64,6% melalui uji koefisien determinasi pada perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cibabat Cimahi. Sehingga hal ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa semakin rendah beban kerja maka semakin rendah pula stres kerja perawat, dan semakin kondusif lingkungan kerja maka semakin rendah stres kerja perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cibabat Cimahi. Implikasi dari stres kerja yang rendah dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan efektivitas bagi perawat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan.
