This study analyzes the impact of economic growth and the open unemployment rate on poverty in Jambi Province using panel data from 11 regencies/cities during the 2020-2023 period. The panel data regression method with a random effect model approach was used in the analysis. The results show that economic growth has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty, while The results show that while the open unemployment rate has a positive and significant impact on poverty,economic growth has a negative and insignificant impact on poverty. At the same time, both economic growth and the open unemployment rate have a significant impact on poverty. influence on poverty in Jambi Province. These findings imply that poverty alleviation efforts need to consider improving economic growth and reducing the unemployment rate simultaneously to achieve optimal results.

This study aims to test and analyse the effect of profitability, growth opportunity, and company age on firm value in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 10 companies. The data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, while growth opportunity and company age have no effect on firm value.

This quantitative study uses religion as a moderating variable to investigate how customer decisions are impacted by factors related to promotion, product quality, and service quality. The purpose of this research is to determine whether factors have an affect on one another. Utilizing a questionnaire approach, the study was conducted in Jambi City at BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera. The Saturated Sampling Technique was utilized to gather samples from 88 respondents for this study. The research's hypotheses are that: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the product; (2) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the service; (3) customer decisions are significantly influenced by promotion; and (4) customer decisions are significantly influenced by religion (The following are the ways in which religiosity influences customer decisions: (5) it strengthens or weakens the influence of product quality; (6) it strengthens or weakens the influence of service quality; and (7) it moderates the influence of promotion quality. The research yielded the following conclusions: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by product quality; (2) customer decisions are influenced by service quality; (3) customer decisions are influenced by promotion; (4) customer decisions are influenced by religiosity; (5) religiosity increases the influence of product quality on customer decisions; and (6) religiosity decreases the influence of service quality on customer decisions. (7) Religiosity reduces the impact of advertisements on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine and test the effect of the Sharia Index Maqashid Index, Islamic Performance Index, and Debt Equity Ratio on the profitability of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia, using intellectual capital as a moderation variable. This study uses quantitative research methodology and takes secondary data from the annual financial statements of Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks in 2018-2022. The sample of eight banks was selected through the use of purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques are called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study are as follows: (1) Sharia Maqashid Index has no influence on profitability; (2) Islamic performance index has an influence on profitability; (3) Debt Equity Ratio has a negative influence on profitability; (4) Intellectual Capital can moderate the influence of the Sharia Maqashid Index on profitability; (5) Islamic performance index of profitability cannot be moderated by intellectual capital; and (6) Intellectual Capital can moderate the effect of debt equity ratio on profitability.

Understanding and targeting specific consumer segments has become paramount in the evolving marketing landscape. Within the confines of a university campus, a unique characteristic of potential consumers with distinct preferences and behaviors exists. The aim of this research is to model of interest in choosing UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research uses primary data, data from high school students of XII students in Jambi Province. The sample used 1205 students from six districts/cities in Jambi Province. Binary Logistic Regression analysis is employed for the analysis. The findings indicate that the variables of gender, region of origin, and majors of high school students have a significant influence on the interest in choosing UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The regional origin variables, Merangin Regency and East Tanjung Jabung Regency did not have a significant effect on the interest in choosing UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Meanwhile, Jambi City, Kerinci Regency, Tebo Regency, and Bungo Regency influenced the interest in choosing UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The variables from school majoring in science and social studies have a significant influence on the intention to choose UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.

This study analyzes the impact of inflation and govemment expenditure on poverty in Jambi Province during the period of 2016-2018. Using panel data and regression analysis, the study finds that simultaneously, inflation and govemment expenditure significantly affect poverty levels. However, individually, neither inflation nor govemment expenditure significantly impactpoverty ata 5% significance level. The model used has a coefficient of determination of 99.48%, indicating that the independent variables in this study can explain most of the variation in poverty levels. These results indicate that while the overall modelis is good, the individual effects of inflation and expenditure on poverty are not significant.

This study aims to examine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Third Party Funds (DPK) on Musyarakah Financing at Islamic Commercial Banks with Non-performing financing (NPF) as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach is used by utilizing documentary studies using secondary data from the annual financial statements of each Islamic Bank in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. Sampling was done purposively by selecting 11 banks as samples. The data analysis method used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The hypotheses in this study are: (1) FDR affects the distribution of Musyarakah financing in Islamic commercial banks, (2) DPK affects the distribution of Musyarakah financing in Islamic commercial banks, (3) NPF moderates the effect of FDR on the distribution of Musyarakah financing, and (4) NPF moderates DPK on the distribution of Musyarakah financing. The results showed that: (1) FDR has a negative and significant effect on Musyarakah Financing in Islamic commercial banks, (2) DPK has a positive and significant effect on profitability in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, (3) NPF does not moderate the effect of FDR on Musyarakah Financing, and (4) NPF moderates the effect of DPK on Musyarakah Financing in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract. The implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program will have a positive impact not only on banking operations but on the continued existence in the future. With the implementation of CSR, Islamic banks not only gain economic benefits in terms of profit and growth but also enhance the public image and public trust. The results of this CSR program bring Islamic Banks closer to the people for better social change. Structural Equation Modelling results show that CSR variables significantly influence the image and trust of Bank Syariah Mandiri Jambi.Abstrak. Implementasi program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan akan memiliki dampak positif tidak hanya pada operasi perbankan tetapi pada keberlanjutan keberadaan di masa depan. Dengan penerapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, bank syariah tidak hanya mendapatkan manfaat ekonomi dalam hal laba dan pertumbuhan tetapi juga meningkatkan citra dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Hasil dari program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan ini membawa bank-bank Islam lebih dekat kepada masyarakat untuk perubahan sosial yang lebih baik. Hasil Structural Equation Modeling menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra dan kepercayaan Bank Syariah Mandiri Jambi.

Dalam menjalankan usahanya Toko Mukena Murah Jambi sudah menerapkan kinerja baik dalam penjualan, kemudahan pemesanan dan harga wajar. Namun ada fenomena yaitu penjualan Toko Mukena Murah Jambi mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Toko Mukena Murah Jambi mengimplementasikan jual beli online dropshipping untuk meningkatkan penjualan, mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat yang tidak meningkatkan penjualan, dan tinjauan Perspektif Ekonomi Islam yang di terapkan dalam jual beli online dropshipping. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitiannya implementasi jual beli dropshipping online di toko Mukena Murah Jambi tidak sepenuhnya meningkatkan penjualan karena salah satunya yaitu owner dan dropshipper mengaku tidak ada diskon atau potongan harga yang ditawarkan kepada dropshippers sehingga kurang diminati dropshipper. Adanya faktor penghambat seperti persaingan antar pedagang, kurangnya manajemen persediaan, tidak bisa membagi tugas karyawan dengan baik. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, Toko Mukena Murah Jambi telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat sahnya hukum fikih. Praktek jual beli Mukena Murah Jambi secara online dengan sistem dropship tidak dilarang syariat Islam, karena barang sudah mendapat izin dari pemilik barang, termasuk akad jual beli salam.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Pelayanan, Lokasi, dan Store Atmosphere secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pada Minimarket Win Win Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif Deskriptif dengan metode survey yang dilaksanakan di Minimarket Win Win Kota Jambi. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik Lemeshow dengan jumlah sampel 100 konsumen. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh antara pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen (2) tidak adanya pengaruh antara lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen (3) ada pengaruh antara store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen (4) ada pengaruh antara pelayanan, lokasi, dan store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengn taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat hal yaitu: (1) Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Minimarket Win Win Kota Jambi. (2) Lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Minimarket Win Win Kota Jambi. (3) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Minimarket Win Win Kota Jambi. (4) berdasarkan hasil pengujan secara simultan variabel pelayan (X1), lokasi (X2), dan store atmosphere (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Adapun kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah semakin baik pelayanan, lokasi dan store atmosphere maka keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Minimarket Win Win Kota Jambi akan semakin meningkat dengan baik.
