Abstract

At this time, the development of various brands in cosmetic products is very diverse. From time to time the number of brands and products in circulation is increasing rapidly so that market competition increases. Everyone has their own choice in consuming the desired product. Green products and halal labels are one of the factors that can influence consumer buying interest in making a purchase. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of green products and halal labels on interest in buying kedas beauty products in the Muslim community of Jambi City. The number of samples in this study were 97 people using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between green products and buying interest on interest in buying kedas beauty products.

Abstract

Ecotourism is an option to introduce a naturally maintained environment, as well as an area for tourist visits and environmental development based on nature maintenance and conservation. In the process of building and developing ecotourism, tourism activities carried out can have both positive and negative impacts, especially if they are in populated areas. This research was conducted at Lake Rayo Ecotourism, Sungai Jernih Village, Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview data collection techniques and is supported by literature study. This research aims to determine the condition of Lake Rayo Ecotourism, its management and development efforts and the impact of the existence of Lake Rayo Ecotourism on MSMEs in the surrounding community. The results of the research show that ecotourism conditions are in accordance with ecotourism destination standards, where "something to see" is fulfilled, namely special objects and attractions that can be seen, such as unspoiled natural beauty, surrounding flora and fauna, "something to do" and the availability of facilities such as support for visitors to carry out various activities such as boat trips, fishing, photo spots, prayer rooms, tracking and "something to buy" namely the availability of facilities for shopping such as buying food at traders. Efforts to manage and develop Lake Rayo Ecotourism with community involvement/participation are carried out independently, such as: maintenance and repair, creating and adding photo spots, planting and planting, guarding, supervising and protecting the forest from illegal logging. The socio-economic impact that occurs shows a positive impact, namely increasing income for the community and providing business opportunities for the surrounding community through tourism.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of managing academic journals has highlighted the need for efficient systems that ensure seamless data synchronization across platforms. Existing solutions often involve fragmented workflows, resulting in redundant manual tasks and data inconsistencies. This study proposes an integration of the Open Journal System (OJS) with a Laravel-based Journal House Information System through a custom API synchronization service. The method employs Express.js and MySQL to facilitate real-time, automated data transfer, streamlining journal management and improving accuracy. Developed using the Agile methodology, the system was rigorously tested for performance and functionality, demonstrating its ability to efficiently handle large datasets. The proposed solution reduces administrative workload, enhances data consistency, and provides a scalable model for academic institutions seeking to improve their journal management workflows

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi suatu wilayah dapat diukur melalui berbagai indikator, di­antara­nya adalah tingkat konsumsi masyarakat yang dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan dan jumlah penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa atau menentukan pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) per kapita serta tingkat jumlah penduduk pada tingkat konsumsi masyarakat di Provinsi Jambi pada tahun 2021‒2023. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi data panel untuk mengevaluasi dampak PDRB per kapita dan tingginya jumlah penduduk pada konsumsi masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan menerapkan metode yang paling sesuai yaitu efek tetap. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode library research yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDRB per kapita dan jumlah masyarakat memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat konsumsi masyarakat. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pemerintah daerah untuk berfokus pada peningkatan produktivitas daerah dan menciptakan lapangan kerja yang merata untuk menjaga daya beli masyarakat. Pemerintah daerah juga perlu menyusun program pembangunan yang adaptif terhadap dinamika jumlah penduduk agar pertumbuhan konsumsi tetap stabil dan berkelanjutan.The region's economic development was measured through various indicators, including the level of public consumption, which was influenced by income and population. This study aimed to analyze and determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita and the population size on the level of public consumption in Jambi Province from 2021 to 2023. The approach was a quantitative method with panel data regression analysis to evaluate the impact of GRDP per capita and high population on public consumption in the region. The most suitable method in the research was the fixed effect model. The data was collected through the library research method sourced from the Jambi Province Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The study results showed that GRDP per capita and the population size significantly influenced public consumption. The implications of this study provided results that could be taken into consideration by local governments to focus on increasing regional productivity and creating equitable employment to maintain people’s purchasing power. Local governments also needed to develop programs that were adaptive to population dynamics so that consumption growth remained stable and sustainable.

Abstract

Menurut penelitian ini, penanaman modal dalam negeri adalah salah satu indikator investasi domestik yang membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah, sedangkan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja yang terlibat dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang didalamnya mencangkup 11 provinsi selama periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Partisipasi angkatan kerja memiliki pengaruh dampak yang signifikan terhadap produk domestik regional bruto, yang menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi didorong oleh peningkatan partisipasi ini menyelidiki bagaimana tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, dan investasi penanaman modal dalam negeri, juga berpengaruh terhadap produk domestik regional bruto, yang menunjukkan bahwa investasi domestik meningkatkan produktifitas dan penciptaan nilai tambah di tingkat regional. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara peningkatan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja dan investasi penanaman modal dalam negeri telah terbukti menjadi komponen penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi diwilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan solusi kepada pengambil kebijakan tentang cara meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kerja dan membuat lingkungan investasi yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the implementation of the mukhabarah and muzara'ah system to improve the welfare of rice farmers in Benteng Bawah village, Mersam sub-district, Batanghari district, Jambi province. The main issues raised are how to implement the mukhabarah system for rice farming, how to implement the muzara'ah system for rice farming in Benteng Bawah Village, what is the impact of implementing the mukhabarah and muzara'ah system for agricuture on the economic welfare of rice farmers in Benteng Bawah Village.This type of research includes qualitative research, to obtain valid data the researcher uses data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is crosswel. Available data, which is usually in the form of a telephone call, is analyzed. This part of the analysis usually involves data classification. The resuts of research on the implementation of the mukhabarah and muzara'ah systems to improve the welfare of rice farmers in Benteng Bawah village, Mersam sub-district, Batanghari district, Jambi province, namely, in the mukhabarah system the harvest is divided into 3 parts, where 2 parts are for sharecroppers and 1 part is for land owners, because all costs and seeds are paid by the land cutivator, whereas in the muzara'ah system the harvest is divided into two or equally because the seeds and costs are paid by the land owner. These two systems have an impact on the welfare of land owners and sharecroppers, enough to meet food needs until the next harvest.

Abstract

Air quality monitoring often encounters missing data issues due to technical glitches, equipment malfunctions, or other causes. This study employs PM2.5 and PM10 datasets from station 6, calculating multiple weighted probabilities for imputation. With missing values introduced at rates of 10, 40, and 70 percents through different amputation methods, the Random Forest and missForest techniques are utilized for imputation. Notably, missForest consistently outperforms Random Forest across all scenarios, yielding accuracy exceeding 96% even with high missing data levels. MissForest achieves remarkable accuracy above 96% for PM2.5 and PM10 across left, middle, and right multiple weight probabilities amputations. Overall, missForest attains the highest accuracy (over 97%) for Air Quality Index at lower and middle missing value proportions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether EVA and MVA provide additional funds for funders and whether EVA and MVA affect the stock price of the telecommunications company. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all telecommunications companies and the data analysis tool used was the classical assumption method with multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that: EVA and MVA has no effect on the stock price variable of Telecommunication companies based on the results of the t-test. Based on the f-test shows that there not is an influence between EVA, MVA on stock prices if analyzed together. The result of R2 is 16.7%, the variation in stock prices can be explained by the two independent variables, namely EVA and MVA, while the rest is explained by other variables outside the regression model.

Abstract

Utilization of mobile application technology which can be one of the considerations for presenting information in various business actors because of its flexible and easy nature. One of them is the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant which is currently still implementing a manual ordering method, the waiter records the menu to be ordered, then delivers the order to the kitchen which requires a lot of time and effort. From these problems, the authors provide a solution for designing a food menu ordering application for Android-based mobile devices with the waterfall method. This study aims to design a real-time food menu ordering system for Android-based mobile devices using the waterfall method. The developed application streamlines the ordering process at the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant. Functionality testing results indicate that 92% of the application features functioned correctly, demonstrating its effectiveness and reliability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap keputusan investasi gen z di pasar modal syariah pada mahasiswa FEBI Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien determinansi. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 65 sampel mahasiswa FEBI Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi angkatan 2020-2022, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemajuan teknologi (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (Y). Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai dari Thitung 2,040 > Ttabel 1,999 dan nilai Sig 0,046 < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pengetahuan investasi (X2) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (Y). Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai Thitung variabel pengetahuan investasi sebesar 2,346 > Ttabel 1,999 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.022 < 0.005. Sehingga kesimpulannya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan investasi secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Diketahui nilai signifikansi untuk (X1) dan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap (Y) sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (5,837 > 3,145). Maka kesimpulannya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan investasi maka semakin tinggi keputusan mahasiswa berinvestasi.
