Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of eco-enzymes as a practical learning method in improving the understanding of students at SMP Yos Sudarso Sidoarjo regarding organic waste management in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program. The research methods used include interviews, and direct observation of students and teachers regarding their responses and understanding. The results of the study indicate that the eco-enzyme making activity significantly increases environmental awareness and students' skills in managing waste. The contribution of this study is to the introduction of practical methods that can be applied in schools to support environmental-based learning. These findings are expected to be a model for the implementation of sustainable environmental learning in other educational institutions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemanfaatan eco-enzyme sebagai metode pembelajaran praktis dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMP Yos Sudarso Sidoarjo terkait pengelolaan sampah organik dalam program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung kepada siswa dan guru terkait respons serta pemahaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembuatan eco-enzyme secara signifikan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengelola sampah. Kontribusi penelitian ini pada pengenalan metode praktis yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi model bagi penerapan pembelajaran lingkungan berkelanjutan di institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

ShopeeFood mencatat transaksi pesanan paling sedikit dibandingkan dengan kompetitornya, GrabFood dan GoFood. Meskipun terjadi peningkatan pada tahun berikutnya, pangsa transaksinya tetap tergolong kecil. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan bahwa ShopeeFood perlu meningkatkan daya saingnya untuk menarik lebih banyak konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fleksibilitas kerja (work flexibility), insentif kerja (work incentives), motivasi kerja (work motivation), dan kinerja individu pada driver shopeefood di Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Kuantitatif mengacu pada filosofi positivisme dan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari sampel tertentu. Sampel pada penelitian ini ialah seratus lima puluh enam responden yang merupakan anggota driver yang berada di grup Facebook Shopeefood di Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah Uji Koefisien determinasi (R2), Uji F dan Uji t-statistic menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work flexibility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap individual performance, work incentives berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap individual performance, work flexibility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work motivation, work incentives berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work motivation, work flexibility dan work incentives melalui work motivation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap individual performance, dan work motivation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap individual performance pada Driver Shopeefood di Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Financial literacy and digital financial inclusion play an important role in SME performance, with financial resilience as a moderating variable. This study aims to evaluate the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on entrepreneurial performance. Using a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 203 SME owners in Sidoarjo and Surabaya through questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive impact on digital financial inclusion. Furthermore, digital financial inclusion is proven to significantly influence the improvement of SME entrepreneurial performance. Interestingly, although financial resilience was initially hypothesized to strengthen the relationship between digital financial inclusion and SME performance, the results of the path test showed that its role as a moderating variable was not statistically significant on entrepreneurial performance. This finding emphasizes the importance of efforts to improve financial literacy and expand access to digital financial services in supporting sustainable SME business growth and performance. However, this study also highlights the urgency to continue strengthening SME financial resilience so that they are better able to face various economic challenges and achieve long-term stability The practical implications of this research are recommendations to help SMEs face economic challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi mediasi kepuasan konsumen dalam hubungan antara keragaman produk dan lokasi terhadap niat beli ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi konsumen warung Madura di Sidoarjo. Non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak partial least square 4.0. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara keragaman produk terhadap minat beli ulang dan kepuasan pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara lokasi terhadap minat beli ulang dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta, kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan memediasi hubungan antara keragaman produk terhadap minat beli ulang, dan memediasi lokasi terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the work environment on individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers. individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers in Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory research method, data were collected through surveys using questionnaires and analyzed with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that SOP and work environment have a significant effect on motivation and individual performance. The results showed that SOP and work environment have a significant effect on motivation and individual performance. Motivation also affects individual performance, but does not play a mediating role in the relationship between SOP and work environment. role as a mediating in the relationship between SOP and work environment to individual performance. Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to find the influence of organizational culture and the contribution of transformational leadership to knowledge sharing in PMII organization. Methodology: This study adopts a quantitative methodological framework. Data acquisition was carried out via a structured questionnaire, targeting 250 respondents drawn from the population of active PMII members in Sidoarjo, selected through an incidental sampling technique. The analytical procedure encompassed various statistical diagnostics, and determination coefficient analysis were performed utilizing the SPSS. Results: The analytical findings reveal that, organizational culture Anda trasformational leadership significant effect on knowledge sharing. Findings: The research concluded that both organizational culture and transformational leadership are pivotal in fostering knowledge sharing. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in uncovering the mutual role of organizational culture and transformational leadership in strengthening the outcomes of knowledge sharing. Originality: This study lies in its focus which examines the the dynamic between organizational culture and transformational leadership on knowledge sharing. Conclusion: This investigation demonstrates that all hypotheses are substantiated, there by offering empirical support for the assertion that both organizational culture and transformational leadership significant influence on knowledge-sharing dynamics within PMII organizations. Abstract

Tujuan observasi ini guna untuk menguji dan menganalisis dampak kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja pada kinerja Kepuasan kerja karyawan pemadam kebakaran. Jenis penelitian ini kuanttatif. representatif dala m penelitian ini total 45 narasumber. Penggolongan data dilkukan secara menyebarkan kuesioner skala Liket. Pengukur uji analisis digunakan observasi ini ialah Smart PLS. Hasil observasi ini menyatakan kesehatan - Keselamatan kerja mempunyai sebab yang signifikan pada kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh dengan kepuasan kerja. kesehatan – keselamatan mempunyai dampak yang signifikan pada kinerja karywan. Lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. kepuasan kerja itu memiliki dampak yang signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan kepuasan kerja tahu bagaimana mentransfer perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja ke kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja tidak mempengaruhi lingkungan kerja atau kinerja karyawan pos Pemadam Kebakaran Unit Krian. Manfaat dari penelitian ini guna untuk menentukan dampak kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pos pemadam kebakaran unit Krian sehingga dapat dijadikan maskan dan evaluasi dalam melakukan sesuatu Upaya dan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan kinerja karywan agar perusahaan mampu bekerja dengan aman dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important role for the economy of a country in order to increase productivity, competition and be able to open up business opportunities and create job opportunities. The phenomenon that occurs in the UKM environment in Sidoarjo is that UKM actors only focus more on tangible assets so they pay less attention to intangible assets. The purpose of this study is to find out the role and implementation of knowledge brokers to design innovative behavior in supporting digital transformation for SMEs in Sidoarjo. The research method uses the Field Research approach using qualitative research types. The data collection technique uses triangulation which consists of documentation, interviews, observation and surveys as well as recording archives. The results of the study explain the implementation of knowledge brokers to design innovative behavior in supporting digital transformation in SMEs in Sidoarjo, which is still  limited to Knowledge sharing where knowledge brokers are structured and designed as a bridge in providing information and consulting carried out by universities and organizational partners only in training activities and accompaniment. The role of knowledge brokers is very important in implementing strategies in utilizing company-owned resources to encourage digital transformation in SMEs, which can utilize digital technology to mediate interactions between stakeholders and SMEs who need capital in their businesses. expand business with investors who will invest to get a return on investment. This interaction increases digital literacy for SMEs and enhances the process of sharing and disseminating knowledge between organizations.

Abstract

Pada era modern yang geografis semakin padat dan teknologi terus berkembang pesat, pentingnya ruang terbuka hijau sebagai oase alami untuk rekreasi dan keseimbangan lingkungan semakin meningkat. Kegiatan program kerja ruang terbuka hijau bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam hal pengelolaan sampah plastik dan ruang publik yang sudah ada. Salah satu sampah plastik yang digunakan adalah gelas dan botol plastik. Melalui pengamatan awal, beberapa masalah yang tampak terkait pengelolaan sampah plastik dan penggunaan ruang terbuka publik yakni masyarakat kurang memaksimalkan penggunaan ruang terbuka publik yang sudah ada. Keterbatasan pengolahan lahan yang ada untuk menjadikannya ruang terbuka hijau. Belum ada kesadaran masyarakat terkait pengolahan sampah plastik untuk menjadi barang yang bernilai guna, dan belum ada bentuk usaha dalam memanfaatkan sampah plastik menjadi bagian dari ruang terbuka hijau. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah Karang Taruna Desa Lebo. Melihat dari prioritas penanganan bersama mitra, maka solusi utama yang perlu diterapkan adalah 1) pengetahuan manajemen pengelolaan sampah plastik yang tergorganisir untuk menjadi barang bernilai guna dan 2) penerapan ruang terbuka hijau sebagai solusi pemaksimalan penggunaan lahan kosong untuk kawasan desa berwawasan lingkungan. In the modern era, where geography is increasingly dense, and technology continues to develop rapidly, the importance of green open spaces as natural oases for recreation and environmental balance is increasing. Green open space work program activities aim to assist the community in managing plastic waste and existing public spaces. One of the plastic trash bags used is glass and plastic bottles. Through initial observations, some problems related to managing plastic waste and public open spaces are that people are not maximizing the use of existing public open spaces. Limited processing of existing land to make it a green open space. There needs to be public awareness regarding the processing of plastic waste into useful-value goods, and there is no form of business in utilizing plastic waste to become part of green open spaces. The partner in implementing this activity is the Youth Organization of Lebo Village. Looking at the priority of handling with partners, the main solutions that need to be implemented are 1) management knowledge of organized plastic waste management to become value-added goods and 2) application of green open spaces as a solution to maximizing the use of vacant land for an environmentally sound village environment.

Abstract

Employee work behavior is greatly affected by various kinds of customer attitudes and actions, both positive and negative. In general, the positive attitude of the customer will indirectly encourage performance improvement. This study aims to analyze how employees work behavior towards various customer attitudes both positively and negatively. This research method uses qualitative methods. The population of this study are employees at PT Jack Solusi Indonesia with a total of 42 employees. The collection technique in this study was to conduct interviews with cafe managers and employees. The data obtained is based on information from the management and various existing literature. The results of this study refer to how much customer behavior influences how employees work. Employees carry out their duties and obligations according to the direction of the manager. Of course, every direction that has been given has not gone well due to the attitude of customers in the work environment. Similarly, partially alias the tone of a significant influence between work behavior and customer attitudes in the work environment..
